• Anastasija (5/5): Начиналось хорошо, пока не приехали. - Сами апартаменты были чистыми и привлекательными. Но было много НО. Начнем с того, что коммуникация с хозяйкой хоть и была на привычном нам языке, однако манера общения у дамы крайне своеобразная и не могу сказать, что приятная. Готовьтесь, что за вас буду решать как вам отдыхать. 1. Нас заселял ее сын. (Абсолютно адекватный человек). 2. Туристический сбор платили мы сами. Нам дали необходимую информацию где и как это сделать, но вся регистрация и оплата была на нас, хотя мы предварительно спрашивали и нам ответили, что платить на месте, что подразумевает отдали деньги хозяину и забыли. 3. Полотенца были грязные и некоторые порваны. 4. Плита и холодильник работали очень плохо. Плита не греет, холодильник либо морозит все, либо не охлаждает вовсе. 5. На протяжении всего отпуска нас сопровождал сильный запах канализации в квартире. Принудительной вентиляции нет, а маленькое окошко в ванной комнате не помогало. 6. С потолка в душевую кабину постоянно капало. 7. Расположение квартиры далеко от пляжей, но для нас это не было критично. 8. Бесплатная парковка была, но мест на ней было очень мало и приходилось искать пакровку в ближайших дворах. 9. Не было одеял. Мы списались с хозяйкой и она сделала для нас исключение и привезла одеяла, т.к мы отдыхали с ребенком. 10. Протекающий чайник. Тоже был сразу заменён, путем замены с другой квартиры, которая была по соседству и тоже сдавалась. 11. Ужасные подушки, на которых очень тяжело спать. Также старые и промятые матрацы, которые не давали полноценно отдохнуть. 12. Wifi хоть и работал исправно, но нормальная скорость была только в комнате. 13. Также заявленный сейф не работал. 14. Во время нашего проживания, хозяйка хотела привести на просмотр другого арендатора, чтобы он посмотрел квартиру для последующей долгосрочной аренды. На наше категорическое нет, дама ответила что мы видимо неправильно поняли и нас никто выселять не собирается. Для нее видимо нормально сдавать апартаменты и водить других на просмотр, тем самым доставляя дискомфорт уже живущим там людям.
• Marie (10/5): - L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé et agréable. Je le trouve plus spacieux que sur les photos :) On est rapidement à la vieille ville (15 min à pied) et il y a tout à proximité! Il manque juste une place de parking car c'est compliqué de se garer à Budva... L'immeuble (cage d'escalier) ne fait pas rêver au départ, mais après on oublie car l'appartement est bien.

• Marco (8/5): Sempre bello tornare ma non più con famiglia perché ormai è diventato un posto per solo giovani. - Appartamento molto curato e nuovo Non mi è piaciuto il contesto del condominio che era veramente sporco e mal tenuto. I parcheggi purtroppo erano pubblici e secondo me chi deve stare lì ci deve essere un parcheggio riservato alla struttura… Era sorto un problema proprio il primo giorno che siamo arrivati ovvero il parcheggio era diventato dalla mattina a pagamento cosa che non era mai stato lì a quanto dicono i proprietari… per fortuna facendo presente che noi non avevamo intenzione di pagare il parcheggio i proprietari si sono movimentati per risolvere il problema… quindi tutto sommato è andato tutto a buon fine.

• Teodora (9/5): Superb - Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay – especially considering the great value for money. What really stood out was how helpful the host was: we had serious issues with our car and wouldn’t have been able to continue our trip without help. The host immediately took care of it himself, got the necessary spare part, and even helped my father fix it. I’m truly grateful for that! The room was just like in the pictures – and comfortable. One thing I didn’t know beforehand: we had to register ourselves as tourists with the local authorities and pay for that separately, so just keep that in mind. Check-out was at 10 a.m., and the hosts were already there on time shortly before. All in all, a great stay with a very dedicated host. Thank you! • Ida (6/5): Nice apartment but some issues - Location is quite good and not too far from old town Budva. The apartment was clean and nice. Overall the host has a very "unique" way to communicate. Before check-in we were told on booking to send a message to a number on WhatsApp then another number contacted me on WhatsApp, we had no idea of who was in charge and who was gonna show up to check us in. As a result : we only met the son of the owner. Also : BE VERY CAREFUL, they charged us 20€ for a tiny crack in the apartment electricity card. We had not been informed of this "rule" and when we asked if the card is really worth 20€, we were ignored. It is really disappointing to feel like we were taken advantage of... Apartment is nice but the host has to learn communication and transparency.

• Joy (8/5): Very good - The owner was very friendly and welcoming .The apartment was clean and spacious Parking is a huge issue .Very difficult for parking.Also since the apartment on the third floor, was difficult to carry all the luggage upto the room. Would be great if more white sheets and thick blankets were provided as we couldn't find any blankets
• Gyula (7/5): Good - The accomodation is near from the coast. The air condition in booth room was perfect, and the WIFI was fast enough. The apartment was in a neglected and dirty housing estate and staircase. The contact was not in time, when we arrived. The communication was strange, because they wouldn't give us the name of the owner before we arrived there,they respond the questions late. It was a strange smell, when we entered in the flat (bathroom drain). We had to go to pay the tourist tax, not the owner or contact. ( The administrators of the turist office were very unfriendly.)

• Lucy (9/5): Great spacious apartment close to the bus station - Spacious room, very clean. Kitchen has what you need for a few nights there. 5 minute walk to the bus station, 10 minutes to a supermarket, 20 minutes to the old town. You have to hold the shower head to use it, which can be a little frustrating but not a big issue.The pans provided meant only 1 pan could properly fit on the hob at a time, which can make cooking a little annoying. The bed is also 2 singles pushed together.

• Morvarid (6/5): Pleasant - The inside of place is clean and neat, not very far from beach so you can get there by walking. Also The wifi was good at the property. The lobby Nd outside of building is horrifying on cleanness. It was shocking when we first arrived. It is said that there is free parking but it's so crowded that it's very hard to find a parking spot. Also there is no venitilation in bathroom and no window, it becomes so damp in there.

• Adisa (6/5): Clean and comfortable. - Location is great for visiting Old town of Budva. The apartment was really clean and well maintained. Checking in was a little bit difficult, since the owner lives in another town. Parking is not private and secured, and there is no guarantee of parking space for the guests and we have some trouble finding parking spot, since the city was overcrowded because of the concert.
