• Constanze (7/5): - Sehr sauber und komfortabel Die Heizung war die komplette Nacht auf 5, wodurch es sehr unangenehm heiß war. Erst im Tageslicht habe ich den hinter dem Schrank versteckten Regler gefunden.

• Mariusz (7/5): Fajna atmosfera w hotelu- personel ok, nie obraża się jak coś się wytyka - Posilki ok. Lepsze niż w innych hotelach w Austrii. Kolacja ok. Sauna ok. Parking ok. Narciarnia ok. Łazienka ok Ręczniki do sauny mocno ograniczone- tylko w recepcji. Woda w saunie tylko zimna z lodem i cytryną- po wypiciu, jak ja bylem nie uzupelniana.

• Irena (6/5): Zimmer okay - Personal und Frühstück ungenügend. - Die Zimmer waren geräumig und es war soweit alles vorhanden. Direkt vor unserem Zimmer war ein anderer Balkon und sie konnten uns direkt aufs Bett sehen. Das Feühstücksbuffet war leider echt eine Frechheit. Frühstück gibts von 07:15-09:00 Uhr. Wir waren um 08:20 Uhr da und es gab nur mehr harte Brötchen und Essensreste der anderen am Buffet. Es sah aus als würde es schon seit 2 Tagen so aufgebaut sein. Das Waffeleisen war nur verbrannt und grauslig. Das Personal ab Check In bis übers Frühstück und Check Out einfach nur schlecht gelaunt und Auskunft gabs sowieso keine. Nicht mal ein „Guten Morgen“ rutsche jemanden raus. Und 2,50€ für den Parkplatz (4 Plätze neben dem Haus) zu verrechnen ist auch absolut frech.

• vlad (6/5): - Locația este excelenta. În inima munților, peisajul este cu adevarat fascinant. Camera spațioasă. Sauna funcțională. Mic dejun decent. Organizarea este extrem de deficitară. Am așteptat mult pentru check-in, desi l-am facut online. A fost o eroare de la ei. Dupa acest lucru, cand am intrat in camera, nu se făcuse curat dupa clientii de dinaintea noastra. Iar a trebuit sa așteptăm.

• Helmuth (9/5): Anreise auf Berg glücklicherweise bei wolkenlosem Wetter, bei Schnee denke ich wäre Räumung auch gut - Frühstück sehr gutes Brot und alles super Ausreichend vorhanden Sehr guter Kaffee Nur bei TV fehlten die kompletten österr. Programme für 1 Nacht kein Problem, bei längerem Aufenthalt als Österreicher speziell wäre das verbesserungsfähig. dafür war im Vorraum auch noch 1 TV( etwas kleiner) dieses Service habe ich auch noch nie gehabt.

• Jonas (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet - Sehr gemütliches Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, hier ist für jeden etwas dabei ! Der Spa/Saunabereich läd nach einem anstrengenden Tag zum entspannen ein. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits. Wir mussten täglich knapp 10 Minuten den Berg mit Serpentinen herunterfahren. Da hätten wir uns vorher aber auch schlau machen können.

• Jasma (1/5): UPDATE: THE HOTEL HAS NOW REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY AND ARE LYING ABOUT THE BEHAVIOUR OF OUR DOG! - RACIST, UNFRIENDLY HOTEL! My partner and I arrived on the 25th of August early evening for a 4 day stay with our dog; an American bulldog under 1 year old. Let me explain that I am an Indian woman and my partner is German. The next afternoon when I came down to take the dog for a walk, the receptionist, Robert Schuster rudely told me that the dog needed to wear a mouth guard. THE DOG WAS ALWAYS ON HIS LEASH AND DID NOT BARK AND WAS NOT AGGRESSIVE IN ANY WAY. When I asked why, he said that it was necessary. And he also was not in the restaurant at meal times but in our room. When I told Robert S. that the dog did not need a mouth guard, that our vet had said it was not necessary and that I would not buy one and make the dog wear it just to be in the hotel, he said many times and quote aggressively, “MIR IST EGAL,” which translates to “I don't care.” He said then, “I have your details and I will use them against you.” THIS IS A HOTEL THAT PERMITS DOGS. There was NO rule at check in, when he saw the dog, that a mouth guard was needed and we were also not informed about it. And it only says on booking.com that pets are allowed with extra charges. RACIST AND HORRID BEHAVIOUR! After this incident, I came back into the hotel to go to my room to tell my partner what had happened. In the moments before I could enter my room, Robert Schuster came along the corridor and stopped when he saw me and my dog, STILL ON THE LEASH. In this situation my dog barked ONCE, and when I told him to calm down, he sat down quietly without growling or barking further or making any gestures to attack. I asked Robert Schuster if anyone had complained and he said that he was scared of the dog and that he should ALWAYS stay in the room. I mentioned that the dog would need to go outside now and then. Robert's body language had completely changed and he said, while nodding he had the power to THROW ME OUT OF THE HOTEL if I did not listen to him. I started knocking on my room door for my partner to come out and help me deal with the situation. In the mean time Robert S. racially abused me and said “these n***gas think they can do whatever they want.” We proceeded to empty the room and remove our luggage and dog from the premises and waited for the police to come so we could talk to them. When the police did arrive, I was the first to calmly explain the situation and what exactly had happened and how we had been treated. The policeman heard my side and then entered the hotel to talk to Robert S. Once the policeman was done inside, he came out and spoke to us and said that 1. the CEO would refund our money. THE CEO WAS NOT EVEN PRESENT. 2. It would be better if we left. A lovely 4 day holiday in the Austrian Alps was RUINED because of a receptionist's ego and intolerance towards non-white foreigners. Pathetic! I WILL NEVER GO TO ÖZTAL AGAIN!
• Laura (5/5): Enttäuschende Erfahrung. - Lage, Balkon Leider bemerkten wir am Abend, dass es kein warmwasser gab. Zu dem, hatte die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher gefehlt. Am nächsten Tag, als wir ausgecheckt hatten, sprachen wir diese Dinge an. Der Herr, kam uns mit dem Sat „Ich weiß, dass das warmwasser nicht funktioniert, schon seit Donnerstag nicht, aber er könne ja nichts dafür“ entgegen. Im Bezug auf die Fernbedienung witzelte er darüber, „dass er das nicht glauben kann, dass diese dann doch wirklich gestohlen wurde“ - Zitat. Wenn ich weiß, dass ich kein warmes Wasser meinen Gästen zur Verfügung stellen kann, dann teile ich dies doch bei der Ankunft mit, oder etwa nicht? Etwas enttäuschend aufgrund dessen!

• Asli (10/5): Relaxing - Everything is perfect! Delicious food, friendly stuff good decorated rooms and Restaurant. But The hotel is in an area above the main road, accessible by a private shuttle. It is very difficult to arrive with your own car if it snows heavily.

• Vojtaur (8/5): Great stay at a cute and quiet place - - It is in a small village with beautiful scenery, - The hotel is small and cozy. - Personnel was nice and helpful. - Really nice environment and a spacious ski basement - Dog for 10 EUR per night - Ski bus right in front of the hotel - Sauna and the wellness room is very nice and large - Stylish and cute environment in the restaurant - The room was very old, floors creaky, furniture also very outdated and used - There was a parking fee of 2 EUR per day (for cleaning the parking space from snow). The value is not an issue, yet it says "free parking" on Booking.com - You need to pay additional fee for a sauna towel (2.5 EUR per towel) - The sauna is open for a limited time 16-19:00 so it gets crowded at around 6pm when everyone is back from skiing - The food was okay, nothing special. Breakfast was rather simple - You can make bread at breakfast and take it with you on the sloap - You can only pay by cash - The shower gel in the bathroom is only next to the sink attached to the wall, so when you are in the shower, you must stop the water, open the doors from the shower, get soap, close the door.... very impractical. - Everything is in German. If you speak the language, you will have a blast. If not, it may be quite difficult to understand all the descriptions, notes, and the speech that is being given everyday at the dinners. The personnel tried to translate it to us, but all other thing remained only in German - the food menu and all other relevant information. The best English speaking person was a French girl. See the irony? :) - food at breakfasts and dinners was not described (not even in German, ha!) so sometimes you just had to try it to know what it is. - The breakfast started at 7:30 - it is quite late in my opinion if you want to be early on the slopes as it takes nearly additional 30 minutes to get to Solden. All the above things are rather small issues and although the list is extensive, we had a really nice stay. It is more thoughts for a change or things that surprised us. If the above would not happen, it would be an easy 10.
