Tres bonne organisation des employés qui sont tres discrets. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses. Le restaurant en buffet libre est tres bon etvtres bien garni😉 Rien

Bueno lo que no me gustó, pero no es culpa del hotel es la falta de aparcamiento cerca, hay que caminar si o si y a veces bastante alejado del hotel, de resto genial.

Muito limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos, boas instalações e comida muito boa! Os horários estão muito focados para os ingleses… então os horários do almoço e jantar não estão ajustados a todas as culturas. O almoço termina às 14h30 quando essa hora em Espanha é quando muitas vezes estamos a iniciar o almoço. Também a reposição na última hora não é tão assente

- Mari Cruz (8/5): Hotel muy familiar en una urbanización - La amplitud de la habitación y el hecho de que tenga un saloncito y terraza es un plus. La variedad de la comida y la amplitud del comedor y de las instalaciones. Dispone de muchas piscinas y hamacas. La cercanía de las paradas de bus y hay varios comercios justo enfrente del hotel. Además, hay una tienda y un mini supermercado dentro del hotel. Deberían de poner unas amenities en el baño. Se nos acabó el jabón de manos del dispensador y tuvimos que pedir que lo repusieran. El dispensador de gel de la ducha es horrible, sale a cuentagotas. Deberían de dar formación sobre simpatía y amabilidad al personal, especialmente en recepción. El último día en el comedor nos retiraron los cubiertos y el postre cuando aún no habíamos finalizado de cenar. El hotel está ubicado en una urbanización donde no hay nada para ver o hacer fuera de las instalaciones y la playa es inaccesible. Está especialmente pensado para que familias con niños pequeños pasen tiempo dentro del hotel..
- Aleksandra (4/5): Very disappointing - do not book - Ocean was slightly visible from the room and the balcony was nice with palm trees around. The room was spacious with high ceilings. The rest was extremely disappointing. Beds were old and uncomfortable, with holes in the sheets as well as stains. My back hurt a lot after just a few nights spent on them. There was no king, two separate beds only even for a couple. Breakfast was mediocre, we were so happy we did not have all inclusive. Variety of food was acceptable but quality horrible. They did not wash the cutlery in the room and only gave us one towel. Shower gel was not replaced and had to be requested. The shower flooded and steamed up in five minutes and was generally not very clean. Pools are not heated well and you are for re to pay for spa pool which I have to admit was pleasant. Location is disappointing - there is no beach, only rocks, nowhere to walk or swim outside, you need to drive 20 mins to Maspalomas to get to a beach. No parking at the hotel - nearby is always occupied so have to park far.

- sonia (8/5): - La vistas a la playa desde las hamacas de la piscina son muy relajantes. El personal amable. La habitación amplia y cómoda. El hotel está bien comunicado con autobuses para el aeropuerto y otros pueblos. El buffet bien. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta, sin ser un punto negativo, es que la inmensa mayoría de los clientes son extranjeros y todos los horarios, comidas, animación, etc están más orientados a sus gustos. La piscina cierra muy pronto por la tarde y los horarios del comedor también muy adelantados en relación a las costumbres españolas. Para nosotros no supuso problema alguno, nos adaptamos, pero está bien saberlo.

- MilkCereal (10/5): Excellent stay - We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The entire place is elegant and beautifully maintained, with a charming courtyard that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Even though we hadn’t booked a room with a sea view, we were delighted to be upgraded to one overlooking the ocean – it was a fantastic surprise! During our stay, we spent a night exploring the northern part of the island. When we returned, the reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Although it wasn’t possible to give us the exact same room, they made sure to offer us an even nicer one with a stunning sea view, which we really appreciated!!! The dining experience was also excellent. Breakfast and dinner were always fresh and warm, continuously refilled, and never ran out. There was a great variety of dishes, and the dinner menu changed every evening, so it always felt new and exciting. All in all, it was a truly memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back again. We already miss it! The pool was cold and children jumping in the pool and splasing everyone.

- VERONICA (8/5): Ideal para ir en familia - Las actividades y las instalaciones para los niños. El hotel es ideal para ir en familia, hay entretenimiento para todas las edades. La comida también estaba muy bien y el personal muy amable. La habitación era acogedora y estaba limpia. La parte del hotel en la que estaba nuestra habitación necesitaba un poco de mantenimiento, el suelo de los pasillos era raro y la pared de nuestra terraza estaba desconchada. La habitación es a dos alturas y si vas con niños pequeños tienes que estar pendiente de que no se caigan por las escaleras. Tampoco nos gustó que el personal del hotel durante las actividades habla en inglés, no hay explicaciones de nada en español.

- Ilka (10/5): Excellent! - We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and tastefully designed, with a stunning courtyard that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Although we didn’t originally book a sea-view room, we were pleasantly surprised to receive one with a breathtaking ocean view – such a lovely and unexpected upgrade! We even left for one night to explore the northern part of the island, and when we returned, we were again given a gorgeous room with a sea view, which made our experience even more special. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were always warm, constantly replenished, and never ran out. The selection was wide, and dinner offerings changed daily, so it never became repetitive or boring. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return. The pool was cold and too many children splashing and playing rough in it.
