• AF4839489 (2/5): Trapped in a Nightmare - I’m grateful they allowed my dog to stay, and he loved the terrace. It was also convenient to rinse and dry him off after a swim there. Additionally, there’s a small, enclosed beach nearby where we swam every morning. Unfortunately, my stay was far from what I expected. The check-in process was quite stressful. I was coming from another country, driving a long way plus ferry, and was really exhausted. When I arrived, I missed the turn because there were NO signs or recognizable markers at all (why?). The roads on the island are very winding and narrow, which made it difficult to navigate. I accidentally ended up at the neighbor's property, where I got stuck near a cliff. The neighbor was very calm and helpful, and together we placed bricks under my car to help me leave. However, the scariest part came when a man appeared, shouting loudly and angrily. He had a barking dog which darts under the wheel, which only made it worse. I was frightened because of his aggressive tone, and he kept yelling about what was happening. Then, I realized that this was actually my host, and it was even more uncomfortable. One of the biggest issues I encountered was the lack of respect for my privacy. The owners and their staff treated the property as though it wasn’t being rented out! They would enter the space without notice, taking blankets or doing other tasks, as if they had full access, despite me paying for the stay. This constant intrusion into my personal space made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy during my time there. As a frequent traveler, I always carry a UV light to check cleanliness. I was shocked to find the property covered in stains revealed by the UV light. I didn’t cancel, only because it was peak season and I was locked into plans. It was very dirty (adding pics). On the first day, the toilet broke and didn’t flush for three days. Two technicians came unannounced, walked inside in dirty shoes, then another one, it was fixed only on 3d day. Their poor English made communication impossible. I had an important work meeting and asked for the issue to be fixed quickly, but they arrived exactly when I started, disrupting me. Overall, all the facilities in the property are ancient, so expect they'll be fixing a air-conditioned during your stay (not in advance.) There was no air conditioning in the bedroom. Additionally, there were a lot of insects. I understand that insects are common in certain areas, but guests should be provided with means to deal with them, like a spray or repellent. It’s a basic courtesy for a place that rents out to guests. Every morning I woke up with a handful of died ants in the bed. The listing said there was a washing machine, but it was actually in the owner’s house nearby and required setting an appointment. This was very inconvenient, especially since I had other plans to do during my stay. The entire host family lacked tact. The day after my arrival, I met their daughter, who asked personal questions like, 'What do you do?' like I'm not on holiday, but at the job interview. It felt like the only thing she didn’t ask was how much I earn. It was intrusive and uncomfortable. I can already imagine how the host might respond, calling me one of the rudest guests. But let's be clear, I came to use your facilities for a specific price, not to make friends. I felt both emotional and physical relief when I left that place. I'm really glad it was just the starting point of my trip.

• Napoleon (10/5): Excellent, relaxing, beautiful view! - Everything! Great location. Polite hosts. Easy to park. Most relaxing and beautiful view I ve ever had! The cake waiting for us, baked by the host. Nothing!
• Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped, has AC and TV in each room. The apartment includes a kitchen (terrace) with an amazing view of the sea, a perfect space for relaxing and contemplating the view. The host is very kind, he welcomed us with coffee, tipuro and cake, and in the end, he was kind enough to host us 1 extra night for free, because the ferry did not work and we could not leave the island. No case
• Ulrike (7/5): Beautiful beach and wonderful flowers - The beaches were beautiful especially the splendid Donkey beach . The restaurant by the road was lovely as was the cafe there . We did not have a car but they were reachable by foot albeit on a busy road. The plants around the apartment and the views were gorgeous. The noise from the road was very loud when we sat on the terrace outside. There were no buses so the towns in either direction could only be reached by taxi. We were there in early May and the inside of the apartment felt damp

• Chiara (8/5): Beautiful relaxing place to stay! - The hill with all those olive trees and flowers and plants is amazing. I love they keep a traditional style to their accommodations, especially the stone floor. It was clean, comfortable, there is large outdoor space, the kitchen is equipped with anything you might need, you have clean towels and shampoo/ soap for the bathroom. We had coffee capsules and sugar provided, together with still and sparkling water. They welcomed us with a beautiful gift for our anniversary with an impeccable set up on the dining table, fresh fruit, wine, cheese, marmalade and bread sticks, an ice bucket, and a lovely vase filled with Bougainville flowers! We had a car but you can walk downhill to the front beach in less than ten minutes! We had to book a different accomodation as we had to change our dates for the holiday, and it didn't have a full sea view, as it was covered by the olive trees, but it was lovely anyway! There's a little noise from the cars passing by although the property is further up the main road, I believe it has to do with the fact that it's in between hills and the wind just carries a little echo in there.
• Thomas (10/5): Great location to get away from it all. - Great location and the host, Stelios, was very helpful. Nice man. The outdoor shower (optional) was fantastic. The veranda is exceptionally large and private. The nearby beach (10 min walk) is beautiful and very swimmable. Nothing.

• Elīna (7/5): Lovely quiet place with wonderful Cycladic island atmosphere! - The apartment is great for summer, the olive threes gives the shade, beautiful balconies and view.. the owner with his wife was wonderful and helpful! After winter period the apartment is still cold inside :) but it is ok.. some electricity connections need to be fixed to be more safe.

• Elena (8/5): Very good - The property is amazingly located close to the Golden beaches and beautiful Batsi. The host was great and the surroundings were beautiful. The house needs a little bit more maintenance. The AC was old or filter not clean which generated a dusty air in the apartment.
• Tamsin (10/5): Amazing apartment, perfect view and wonderful service - The location was excellent, very close to many lovely beaches, a small supermarket, a couple of nice tavernas and a delicious bakery where we went pretty much every morning for coffee and pastries. Check in was really easy, Stelios was waiting to show us around the apartment and there was also a plate of his wife's delicious homemade cakes, which she left a couple of times during our stay.....a lovely touch! It was easy to find the apartments and the fact that they were only about 10 minutes from the port was extreamly helpful for us as we were travelling with kids. The apartment itself was very clean, and each day someone popped in whilst we were out to make our beds and change towels if needed. The highlight of the apartment was the amazing outside space with the most amazing view of the coast and beach. Overall an outstanding stay which exceeded all my expectations - hopefully we'll be back one day!
