• Damianos (3/5): Avoid this hotel for now - Super friendly receptionist. Overall nice layout close to city centre. Easy access. Hotel was undergoing renovations. There was significant noise and nuisance. Every morning machinery would start at 08.00 so you would wake up anyway. Soundproofing is absent. You could hear every tiny noise from the corridor. Cleaning staff were also loud early in the morning outside our door. Rooms seem clean but there was always this weird smell from ageing (like pee). Also we had to pay for wifi although the receptionist tried to help (unsuccessfully). In 2026 never thought I will have to pay at a hotel for internet.

• Martha (9/5): Great stay, will be back! - Property was clean and unit was roomy and well stocked. Location was good for walking to downtown. Loved the pool area! Staff was friendly and welcoming. The property was under construction so had to walk around construction messes and construction noise. It will be nice when it’s done.
• Jennifer Thompson (7/5): Lots of Good things. - Clean and spacious. The air conditioning did not work. So it was like an oven. The electrician could not get it working but we were finally moved to a new room.
• Nick (9/5): Beautiful suite in a nicely upgraded property. - The suite was nicely set up, and very clean and had a nice bed and kitchen as well as 2 large full bathrooms. It also has a great pool and jacuzzi. I tried to search the TV listings, but unfortunately the menu was very limited and I couldn't figure out how to use the Video-on-demand feature.

• James (9/5): At $150 a night for such a large well maintained room it was an excellent value, would recommend - Room was nicely updated, good beds, comfortable queen Murphy Bed in the living room made accommodating 6 people easy, in room laundry was nice as are the gas BBQ’s outside each room. Nice pool with good furnishings. Good plumbing in the bathrooms and full kitchen, plugs with USB in the night stands facing the bed, as well as new paint and carpets make it a great suite for a group! The sofa and two chairs as seating in the living room were oddly proportioned with ridiculously wide seats and very low backs making them seriously awkward and uncomfortable to sit on. This was the only major issue.
• Julie (9/5): Large apartment in central location with nice pool. - Very large apartment with mountain views and balcony. Comfortable bed. Nice pool area with a jacuzzi; pool towels were provided. Staff were very friendly. It was walking distance to cafes and restaurants ( and about 20-25 minutes walk to downtown area where the Marilyn statue is located). There was no kettle for making tea, only a coffee machine (I used a pan) but this is quite typical of american hotels/apartments.

• Victoria (9/5): Parfait! - Un véritable petit appartement, très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Tout le nécessaire pour faire des lessives, pratique quand on fait un long voyage avec des enfants! La piscine est grande et propre. Beaucoup de transats disponibles. Il y a même une salle de jeux avec ping pong, billard, dvd à emprunter… le rêve pour les enfants! Les plaques chauffantes ne chauffaient pas très fort et on a eu un seul sachet de café pour deux nuits. Sinon tout était parfait.

• Joseph (10/5): Very enjoyable. - Location, staff and convenance. Very accommodating atmosphere and very helpful staff. This was almost like staying in a 2 bedroom condo. We arrived May 5th(Cinco De Mayo). There were a bunch of loud and boisterous people on the second floor. This was late in the evening and very disturbing. The security on duty just sat at the desk and did nothing. Another concern, the night stands in the master bedroom are to bulky, and to close to the bed. I rolled over in my sleep and my right arm truck the night stand and got a 2 inch gash. They should be replaced for safety reasons.

• Lanster8521 (6/5): Friendly staff makes up for any down side! - This is a dated property, that could use some upgrades, or certain things being redone. IE, Carpets, paint, etc. some of the rooms have a smell from the years of customers. The pool area is nice with loungers and tables and chairs. This resorts pool area is not as impressive as the neighboring WorlMark in Indio. The staff make up for the dated appearance. Some of the friendliest employees we’ve encountered in all our years of travel. Every afternoon they make popcorn for guests to enjoy. Ken was so friendly and helpful at checking in. One of our rooms weren’t ready for an early check in. Ken took our number and called us to let us know when it was ready. That as super helpful and kind of him to take the time to do that for us. The rooms, at least the two bedroom suites are very large. We had a great trip, for a family member’s wedding. Staying here made things so much easier for us.

All of the staff we met or interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The property is dated, carpets are stained from high traffic and years of thousands of dirty feet walking on them. We rented multiple rooms and a couple of them smelled funny.

This hotel was great. The front desk were so helpful and accommodating. We got an upgrade to the 2 bed suite (room 303) and it was so worth it. Great views of the mountains. Lots of space for our almost 2 year old to run around, 2 balconies and one included a barbeque, full kitchen with everything you could need to cook, dishwasher etc. Washing machine and dryer in the room which was very handy. The rooms were not dated at all and had a really calming feel about them with nice decor. There was a very nice pool where I could swim and watch the sunset. We loved our stay and it was the best of our 13 hotel trip. We think about it often and hope to stay there again in the future.

• Nathalie (8/5): Overall, I would recommend anyone to stay at WorldMark. Excellent price point, comfortable rooms, fully stocked kitchen - Rooms were clean and comfortable. I love that there is a kitchen for the bigger rooms, which was so useful for me and my friends who were there for an event. It was stocked with a lot of items as well. Price is also very affordable! They have other amenities like a game room (with a pool table) and a pool. Parking is free, which is another plus. Staff was excellent!! Everyone was very nice and accommodating, which made our trip even better. Would definitely recommend renting the two bedroom rooms for bigger groups. A little outdated, especially the lobby. Elevator also is a little scary as it stopped for a moment while we were in it.

• Elaine (10/5): Beautiful view of mountains on the balcony 😍 - Our 2bdrm deluxe condo came with a full kitchen, 2bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. It was perfect for our party of 5 during our Fri to Mon stay. The hotel staff was courteous and very friendly! The pool area never got too loud and we enjoyed the location between the close proximity of downtown and the Aerial tram. Will definitely be looking to stay here again next year!

We had young children and they allowed a late checkout so that our children could nap. The location is very convenient and close to many good restaurants and a short walk from downtown. The pool was a nice size. Everything was very clean and the staff was amazing. The fitness center and game room were nice to have. Having a family, the full kitchen, washer and drier, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in our unit was perfect. We couldn’t find anything that compared to these rooms to accommodate a family stay. Very minor things, but the hot tub jets didn’t all work. The hot tub was nice and hot except our last night there the hot tub water was pretty cool. The supplied paper towels in our room were low quality.
• Michele (10/5): - This property was well located, driving time to downtown was 3-5 min. Free parking. Inside was exactly as described - very spacious. The view was fantastic - mountains and palm trees. Checking -in was at 4pm but even though we got there at 2:30 they let us sit around the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. I would go back there.

The pool was great too, and loved the convenience of the mini store downstairs. Our check in was so lovely, tia was very welcoming and offered us a margarita which was fabulous. I would recommend this place to anyone I was disappointed we weren’t able to extend our stay but it was a busy weekend for Coachella so I understand
• maawandoon (10/5): Wonderful Condo within walking distance of restaurants and shopping - We were greeted at the front desk by Allison and Alejandra who made a great first impression with smiles and eagerness to help. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and very well maintained. Our unit was on the third floor overlooking the pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains at sunrise was amazing! We had a great time finding the best mid century homes, taking the tram to the state park. We also did a day trip to Joshua Tree and Pioneer Town. We highly recommend taking the house tour at Sunnylands. Stay for lunch overlooking the beautiful gardens. We have stayed in a lot of timeshares and this one ranks very high on our list. We hope to return again.

• robinaB8010JH (6/5): Expected More…. of Everything - WorldMark by Wyndham Palm Springs is adequate. Nothing more. Nothing less. This property is a converted hotel. Photos and descriptions on the property website are deceiving. The pros: The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. There are activities offered like all other WorldMark properties. The game room and fitness center are small. There is a small “market” in the lobby that offers cold beverages, snacks and a few sundries. The property is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs where you can find many restaurants, Walk of Stars, galleries and selfie opportunities. The pool is easily accessible and the hot tub is large. The pool and hot tub are the best part of this property. The cons: The condos are very small. We have stayed at many WorldMark properties and this is by far the smallest and least impressive. We booked a two-bedroom unit. There’s a love seat and one chair in the living area. To access the Murphy bed, you have to move the sofa, coffee table and chair. Extremely inconvenient. The kitchen is tiny. Although the fridge and range are standard size, the dishwasher is not full sized. There is little cupboard space to put away groceries and little counter space. The master bath has NO storage. The tub could use a good deep clean. There is a door in the master bedroom to the hall. There is no soundproofing and you can hear everything and everyone in the hall. The second bathroom is located by the front door away from the second bedroom and the stacked washer and dryer are in that bathroom. There is no utility closet in a common space. A small floor sweeper and other cleaning equipment are located in the second bedroom closet. The closest also has a small chest of drawers inside which takes up a lot of space. The layout of these units is weird and really isn’t efficient or esthetically pleasing . It might work for a night or two, but six adults in this two-bedroom unit for a week is crammed and uncomfortable. WorldMark did a poor job converting the hotel to condo. Overall, we’ve been a bit disappointed with the unit, but the pool, employees and getting together with family have helped make our stay pleasant.
• Zuwita (8/5): Palm Springs! - We got ourselves a 2 room condo since there are 5 of us. It is spacious, comfortable and situated quite near to amneties. I like the fact that the sofa bed is a pull out bed instead of the normal sofa bed. That made it feel like a proper bed. The receptionists are very accomodating, helpful and cheerful! We really have no complaints. I think the place should have free wifi. Now you have to buy it which is a bit of a downer.
