Margarida (8/5): - Pequeno almoço razoável com o básico. 25 min a andar até ao centro, está numa zona mais sossegada. Tem um restaurante agradável na praia. E os funcionários foram sempre prestáveis. Pouca variedade no pequeno almoço. Praia não tem areia, são pedras que magoam os pés. Recomendo que levem sapatos. Espreguiçadeiras sujas e velhas. Havia sempre um cheiro pouco agradável nos corredores do hotel. Não tem regime de meia pensão.

Ci sarebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione per l'impianto dell'acqua calda e del box doccia.

Obsługa hotelu była przez kilka dni wyłącznie dla nas. Czysto, wygodnie, cudowna lokalizacja, plaża pod hotelem, dlatego dzieci mogły bezpiecznie same schodzić na plażę a my widzieliśmy je z okna. Wszystko nam się podobało.

Cindy (3/5): Na september ben je hier niet meer welkom. - Locatie, kamer met uitzicht Dit was de 3e keer dat ik in dit hotel was. 1e 2 keren was begin september. Alles prima in orde. Nu de laatste keer op 30 september aangekomen. Elke dag al het eten koud bij het ontbijt. De bar bij het strand had geen cola meer, geen aperol meer, geen sandwiches en ga zo maar door. Strandbedden werden al weggehaald. tafeltjes ook en kussens bleven na een regenbui nat achter. Elk excuus was dat het het einde van het seizoen was. Heb aangegeven dat dat echt geen excuus is. Ik ga zeker terug naar Albanië maar niet meer terug naar dit hotel en ik zou dus niemand aanraden om na september daar te boeken.

Tiziana (5/5): Posizione ottima e personale cordiale ma le camere da letto sono da rivedere - La posizione direttamente sul mare e la pulizia Ho prenotato due camere di cui una quadrupla che aveva solo la vista decente. Bagno piccolissimo, improponibile. WC e doccia erano un unica cosa, mentre ti facevi la doccia allagavi tutto. E la stanza non era adeguata per 4 persone adulte. Un letto non aveva la rete per il materasso, era poggiato su una struttura fatiscente costruita da voi in legno ( ho le foto). Altra situazione, se prenoto una camera x 4 adulti e pago 4 adulti devo avere il lettino in spiaggia per ogni adulto.
Valentina (7/5): La vue au top. - La vue est extraordinaire. L’accueil du personnel, au petit soin. La clim fonctionne très bien. L’emplacement et les restaurants aux alentours. Les propriétaires n’étaient pas conviviaux, pas de bonjour, aucune politesse. L’ascenseur (un seul pour tout l’hôtel) Le petit déjeuner peu varié et pas de qualité, il devrait indiquer la composition des plats. Le restaurant n’est pas top. La plage n’est pas nettoyée, morceaux de verres, mégots de cigarettes. Transats sales, essuies de plage payant. Aucun accès plage pour les pmr et les poussettes.

ljubica (9/5): Esperienza bella, Saranda offre belle spiagge con un mare limpido. - Posizione ottima, mare/spiaggia pulita con il lettini già inclusi nel prezzo. Servizio ance sulla spiaggia dal bar vicino Colazione buona ma si potrebbe offrire di più visto diverse culture di turisti. Lo consiglio volentieri. La cosa non piaciuta sono i venditori che offrivano a squarciagola i loro prodotti, capisco che lavoravano e vendevano per la soppravivenza ma qualcuno e anche a riposare.

Laetitia (5/5): Sympathisé - L’hôtel était plutôt confortable et l’accueil très sympathique surtout le réceptionniste Daris. Il nous a beaucoup aidé. Dans l’ensemble l’hôte est sympa, la plage privée est à quelques mètres. Petit bémol les serviettes sont payantes mais pour les clients de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont très petite, le petit déjeuner est à revoir, très peu de choix sont proposés. Il est noté que le parking est gratuit hors il est payant une fois sur place.

Monica (7/5): Lussuosa villa sulla spiaggia di Saranda - La nostra villa era molto spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Meravigliosa la posizione con vista sul mare e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Inoltre chi soggiorna in villa ha diritto a un grande ombrellone con quattro lettini su una terrazza privata (condivisa solo con chi soggiorna nella seconda villa/appartamento). È possibile parcheggiare l'auto in un parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La struttura alberghiera è direttamente sul mare con spiaggia privata. Il ristorante dell'albergo dispone di una bellissima terrazza sul mare (non abbiamo mangiato al ristorante), il beach bar è molto bello e offre dei buoni piatti per un pranzo in riva al mare. La spiaggia purtroppo è molto affollata: è una piccola baia che ospita le spiagge private di tre o quattro grandi alberghi, e probabilmente è frequentata anche da chi abita negli appartamenti e alberghi nei dintorni. Ombrelloni e lettini quindi sono molto attaccati gli un agli altri, l'acqua non è bellissima, nonostante il fondale di ciottoli. I materassi sui lettini sporchi, spiaggia non pulitissima in genere. Non c'è una doccia. Il personale in parte non parla bene l'inglese, o non lo parla per niente. Colazione non entusiasmante, nonostante il buffet, ma soprattutto non c'era nessun cartello che indicasse cosa fossero le cose sul buffet. Grave mancanza anche considerata l'attenzione necessaria oggigiorno a esigenze particolari, quali allergie, intolleranze, diete ecc. E poi era finito il the nero. Inaccettabile. In genere non sono rimasta incantata del mare in questa zona.

Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely staff, great location, highly recommend this hotel. - Location was perfect. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shops. We stayed in the penthouse so we also had an amazing roof top terrace with beach views. The staff that we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed evertyhing.
Diana (10/5): Wonderful vacation by the beach - Super location by the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (also helped with booking the bus tickets etc). We also got free upgrade on our rooms. Breakfast was nice and rooms clean. Rooms were cleaned every day, also got fresh towels every day.

Beach area was nice with extremely attentive staff both on the beach and in the restaurant area. A/c was very effective. Cleaners were great left room fresh and clean everyday Staff in hotel kept conversation to minimum, some facilities missing such as phone in room, kettle, no pool, wifi didn’t reach our room, handles on all doors and windows were lose and nearly falling off, breakfast closed at 9:30am. Our balcony door didn’t lock very securely, that porch was easily accessible for anyone to access from outside the hotel. Room lacked space in general. No option to decline room cleaning as there was no sign for outside the door .

Endast 2 solstolar ingick per rum fastän man var 4 personer, inte garanterad solstolar fast det ingick om man kom ner till stranden senare.

Francesco (10/5): Qui abbiamo trovato quello che la mente è il cuore cercavano: accoglienza, mare, relax e buon cibo. - Che dire? 💚Una magnifica posizione, proprio sul mare; hotel con propria spiaggia, comodissima; cucina deliziosa, specialmente di pesce. Nessun prezzo esagerato, anzi🔝. Era la seconda volta quest’anno (in famiglia + amici) e non siamo rimasti delusi. Abbiamo trovato delle modifiche che avevano migliorato e allargato il posto, ma fatto rimanere sempre accogliente e stupendo posto. Staff cortese e attento. Grazie di cuore! Non vediamo l’ora che arrivi il 2026. Non avrei nulla da comunicare, perché tutto andava come volevamo.

Victória (6/5): - Achei a localização do hotel boa, é um hotel beira mar e perto o suficiente do centrinho para conseguir ir andando O hotel precisa urgentemente de uma reforma, a porta da nossa varanda não trancava, parte da descarga estava quebrada, as cadeiras de praia estavam quebradas/sujas. A limpeza também precisa melhorar, era comum encontrar moscas de banheiro por toda acomodação.

Maharana (10/5): A quiet peaceful gateway - The penthouse apartment has a really good view. The staff was really sweet and helpful. We even met the owner who was very friendly. There’s a dog on the premises whose name is Maslum and he’s the best thing about the property :) Nothing to mention.
Katerina Shani (10/5): - Great location, just a bit away from all the buzz of the tourist strip, close enough to all amenities and services. Amazing view of the Ionian sea and Corfu. Breakfast is freshly cooked every day from local ingredients. Even in low season, in January. We stayed in the 5th floor apartment which is just perfect for families, as well as for couples. The owner is present during breakfast serving you freshly squeezed orange juice.
Samantha (8/5): Great comfortable stay with a beach view and private beach access! - Triple room was comfortable, nice balcony and clean. Breakfast was a good spread with new Albanian treats to try each morning and the private beach is lovely, not at all crowded in October! Location is a bit out of town but no more than 15 min walk from Central and the promenade and great restaurants nearby. Shower makes the room a bit wet but pretty standard. Beach is rocky as are most in the area.
