• GERRIT (8/5): Goed voor enkele nachten. - Het uitzicht vanaf de voorzijde op het meer. Bezoek noord Macedonië. Dat is de mooiste kant van het meer. De geur in de kamer. En de vloerbedekking op de grond. Weinig luxe op kamer geen Netflix mogelijk om te streamen. Slecht internet

Gut war auch der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Leider war das Frühstück nicht sehr umfangreich und der große Speisesaal mit den ungedreckten Tischen wirkte trotz der tollen Aussicht leider ungemütlich.

Frühstück für diese Hotelkategorie sehr schlecht. Es gab keinen Schwarztee sondern nur 2 kleine Thermoskannen zur Selbstbedienung mit einer nichtdefinierbaren Teesorte. Die Kannen wurden nur unzureichend nachgefüllt. . Lauter, kleiner Frühstücksraum.

• Brunilda (10/5): Lovely Stay. - We have a lovely stay at Hotel Enkelana. Our room was on the 6th floor with a nice lake view. Clean room and modern decorated. Breakfast was simple but tasty enough. We have to stay only for 1 night, wish to come back again

• Anatoli (9/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Η θέα από τα δωμάτια είναι υπέροχη. Άνετο κρεβάτι και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Ευκολία στο πάρκινγκ. Το πρωινό ήταν απογοητευτικό. Καμία διαφορά σε σχέση με την προηγούμενη διαμονή μας. Χωρίς ποικιλία και με απουσία βασικών ειδών πρωινού (αλλαντικών και τυροκομικών). Παρόλαυτα, είμαστε φαν αυτού του ξενοδοχείου και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά.

Pool looked good, we didn’t get a chance to swim. Breakfast was nice enough choice The shower sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom floor wet/slippy.

• Xhilda (8/5): - I liked very much the room and the view from the room overlooking the lake. It was warm inside and the location of the hotel is excellent There is a pool in the facility but no spa of any kind. Also when going out into the corridors it was colder than expected.

Très calme, grand parking privé. Le personnel est attentif aux demandes des clients et très professionnel. La dimension des draps est à revoir pour mieux s'adapter à la literie (draps trop courts)

• Nina (7/5): Great location - The location was fantastic right on the lake front. There was a good size car park. The staff were helpful. We had a family room which was separated. There was loads of space. The bathroom was lovely. The decoration of the hotel was a little bit tiered The breakfast choice could be improved. There were no labels to inform what the food and drink was.
• Fankhauser (8/5): Guter Aufenthalt in tollem Zimmer - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Die Lage war top. Wir erhielten eine gute Empfehlung für das Nachtessen auswärts. Das Frühstücksbuffet war bescheiden. Am Empfang konnte sich nur gerade eine Person mit uns unterhalten (englisch). Sie war aber zwischendurch nicht an der Rezeption. Wegen eines Ärztekongresses konnten wir leider nicht im Hotel selber das Nachtessen einnehmen.

• EVDOKIA (8/5): ΜΙΑ ΟΜΟΡΦΗ ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ ΣΤΗ ΛΙΜΝΗ ΟΧΡΙΔΑ. - Ειχαμε μια σουιτα με θεα τη λιμνη της Οχριδας. Το δωματιο ηταν ευρυχωρο και καθαρο. Στη ρεσεψιον ολοι ηταν εξυπηρετικοι και πολυ ευγενικοι. Γενικα η διαμονη μας ηταν εξαιρετικη και η θεα θαυμασια. Εκεινο που μας ενοχλησε ηταν το πρωινο. Πολυ φτωχο και κακης ποιοτητας. Θα μπορουσαν να ειχαν ενα καλυτερο πρωινο με μεγαλυτερη ποικιλια και καλυτερης ποιοτητας πραγματα.

• Anneli (7/5): Nice stay, spaceous but cold room - Our room (Deluxe Double Room with Balcony) was very spacious, clean and had a nice view. The hotel itself was a bit worn out. The long corridors felt like a hospital and were freezing. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The room was very cold when we arrived (14°C). It was 12°C outside and althought the room had A/C, which did the heating work, it had only one plastic key, which meant that the heater was on only when being in the room. It would be nice to consider that if you have a booking, you will heat the room beforehand at least to 20°C and give 2 keys so that it would be comfortable to stay.

• MV (7/5): - De mooie ruime kamer viel dus best mee. Het brubbelbad waarvan sprake, stond nog in de verpakking. Het zwembadwater was ijskoud. Personeel van het restaurant stond tijdens ons ontbijt buiten te roken vlakbij onze tafel en met het schuifraam, waardoor wij zelfs aan tafel de sigaretten konden ruiken. Uiterst ongepast voor een vermeend 5-sterren hotel. Zeker geen 5 sterren waard. Het ontbijt was zeer ondermaats, bijna geen keuze en het personeel was niet gepast gekleed voor een vijfsterrenhotel. Geen schoteltjes voor onder de koffietassen aanwezig. Om te kunnen uitchecken zijn we zelf moeten op zoek gaan in de bar om daar te vragen naar een baliemedewerker.
• elad (10/5): - Everything was spectacular. The room's view was amazing, the room was spacious (got the family room), breakfast was great, the location is perfect, and the staff were very helpful. Stayed there with a toddler and the staff were kind enough to take the handle off his balcony door (I was scared he'd venture out at night unattended). I would highly recommend everyone stay here when going to pogradec. Pool is heated only when people are there which means no people = cold pool
