- Diane (8/5): Lovely location and lovely old hotel - Lovely room Shower needs an update
- Annmarie (5/5): We would stay again, we just wouldn’t eat in the bar, saying that the breakfast was lovely and our stay was pleasant. - Great Location, easy check in & out, lovely lady on reception to welcome us & give us all the information we needed for our stay. Lovely bar area. And a good size lift. Lovely Breakfast. The bed was a small double & quite uncomfortable! The room came with a sea view but you could only see it through the window if you stood up?
We went down for food in the bar , I found the bar staff waiter- waitress rude & miserable , I ordered a main mea l a Lasagna that I could not eat it had been microwaved to death 🙁 I put my hand up to catch the Bar tender/waiter attention he look at me and said “What” I was so shocked, I asked him to take the meal away - he refunded me the price of the meal without me asking. This spoiled our evening so dissatisfied.
- Malcolm (10/5): Great will book again when our time is right - We have stayed a few times at the Euston over the past two years . The room was clean and tidy and well appointed . We were bed and breakfast and the food was excellent. We have dined in the hotel last time and the food was great .
The location of the hotel was on the sea front with free parking ( just watch the seagulls if you park for long ) and that’s not the hotels fault !!!
The jewel in the crown was the staff . Warm and friendly with their main aim is to help the guests . As for the weather , you takes your chances always take a fleece and a pac a Mac . It’s a great to visit the whole of Blackpool area without worrying about parking or going into the centre. Thanks for the stay. Every thing was well presented . As you expect for a grand old hotel. We were on the top floor and although we climbed two flights of stairs there was a lift directly to the floor .

- Dorothy (3/5): THIS HOTEL IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OLD. IT IS COMFY AND WARM AND CUSTOMERS WILL NOT STARVE. FOR SOME - BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB. FOOD HOT. BUFFET OFFERED A GOOD CHOICE. OUR ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE LIFT. BED LINEN CRISP AND CLEAN. PILLOWS WELL SUPPORTED OUR HEADS MAKING FOR A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP. SAMPLES OF LUNCH AND EVENING MEAL PROVED SATISFACTORY IN PROVIDING NOURISHMENT FOR US IN A TOWN BEREFT OF STREET CAFES OUT OF HOURS OTHER THAN PUBS. MY WIFE SUFFERS FROM SPINAL STENOSIS. SHE BRAVELY TRIES TO CLIMB STEPS AND THE LIFT SOLVED THE PROBLEMS OF INTER FLOOR ACCESS. BUT BUT BUT PLEASE READ ON. WE LIVE IN A BUNGALOW AND SHE IS TRANSPORTED IN A HAND PUSH WHEELCHAIR TO AND FROM OUR CAR.
DURING OUR STAY WE ASKED IF A RAMP TO THE HOTEL OUTSIDE CARPARK WAS AVAILABLE. THEY DID NOT SAY NO BUT ASKED US TO LOCATE THE "LEAN TO" ENTRANCE WHICH SADLY COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE THE WIDTH OF OUR WHEELCHAIR BUT IT DID HAVE A RAMP. BEAR IN MIND THAT EVEN ON DEPARTURE WE AGAIN ASKED IF THERE WAS ANOTHER RAMP. THE HOTEL REPEATEDLY REMINDED US THAT THE HOTEL IS LEVEL 2 LISTED AND THUS PROHIBITED FROM HAVING RAMPS AND OTHER CHANGES TO THE OUTSIDE ARCHECTURE.
WE ASKED WHY THE "CUBBYHOLE" RAMPED LEAN TO WAS ALLOWED DESPITE LISTING.
DURING OUR STAY I DISCOVERED THE TRADESMEN'S ENTRANCE AT THE REAR OF THE HOTEL. THIS ENTRANCE WAS FITTED WITH A SUPERB RAMP AND WAS JUST PERFECT. THE INTERNAL DOOR WAS A FIRE DOOR WITH A JACK BAR.
OUR DEPARTURE INCLUDED A FINAL COMMENT THAT WE AS CUSTOMERSMIGHT FIND THAT THE HOTEL WAS UNSUITABLE FOR US AND THEREFORE UNLIKELY TO RETURN. WE DO NOT CONDONE UNTRUTHS. BUT TO ALL YOUR CLIENTS WHO ARE ABLE BODIED AND WHEELCHAIR FACILLITIES ARE NOT HIGH ON THEIR EXPECTATIONS WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. DO PLEASE CONTINUE TO PROMOTE THIS HOTEL.
- Joan (7/5): - Breakfast was good ;evening meal was good but service was slow Needs a cozy resident room x
- Michael (8/5): - Good value for money, friendly staff, bar and restaurant prices very reasonable. No air con in the rooms which might be an issue in the Summer
- Lisa (8/5): -
- Christopher (8/5): -
- Davies (9/5): A great day, with a great stay. - Location was perfect for what we required. The breakfast was very good. A wide range and good quality. Entertainment in the bar/restaurant in the evening was fantastic too.
- alan (8/5): - good breakfast no facilites
- Janet (8/5): We have discovered a hidden gem not too far from home. Will definitely be back. - Breakfast buffet was very good and the hot food was well cooked. We ate in the bar area which was comfortable and the food was good with very reasonable prices. Our well behaved dog was made welcome - thank you.
Our room was light and pleasant with bath and shower over. Everything was very clean - thank you to the cleaners. The bed was large and very comfortable. The outside of the bedroom windows could benefit from cleaning but realise this is a very large property with not very large windows so excusable! The room was wonderfully quiet throughout the night and the view was lovely. We appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea etc in the residents lounge.
- Donald (10/5): - Every thing right next too we're i wanted to be Every thing

- Slimman (10/5): -
- Paul (3/5): - Good location, room was tidy. Staff where helpful Breakfast was absolutely terrible. If you are charging £12 for breakfast it should be half decent. It was undercooked, tasteless and just utter rubbish.
- Mike (8/5): It was great -
- Iain (8/5): Enjoyed it. Thanks…! - Loved the sea view from the window…!
Otherwise…
Location great for our work trip. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room neat, tidy, quiet and comfortable. Food good too.
Will for sure choose here again on future trips.
- Guest (9/5): - Breakfast was good but could have been warmer. Staff were very helpful.
Bedroom was really comfy and we had a sea view. Bathroom was also good. Shower the water pressure was
Low but we managed ok
Thank you for a most pleasant stay. I would highly recommend the Euston hotel
- Ulrich (10/5): -
- mso_obe_1 (7/5): - Good location Noise from other guests and cold shower.
- carroll (9/5): very good - was room only, but breakfast really smelled good as we going out, would have done B&B but breakfast was a little exspensive nothing
- Sheila (8/5): -
- Farrier (9/5): Fint hotell ut mot havet. - Belliggenhet, stil og fasiliteter. Ingenting spesielt
- Maria (10/5): Value for money - The location is perfect - easy access to the seafront walk and to town. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. The food was excellent and great portion sizes - good value for money. Nothing.
- Staziker (8/5): -
- john (8/5): Too short would like to have stopped longer - Room was comfy and clean and very warm breakfast was very good well cooked and plenty Cannot think of anything very pleased
- Magdalena (8/5): - Friendly staff. Good location and lots of parking around. Bed is comfortable.
- Susan (10/5): - I love the location and the restaurant is very good and dog friendly too. There could be someone to help with luggage if needed..
- Gould (9/5): Would stay again as Fleetwood is amazing - Food ok staff apart from 1 were brilliant room was ok apart from broken bed Broken bed in room &bar staff 1 person spoke to my wife like shit not acceptable
- Noel (5/5): - The building is beautiful, built in 1851. Unfortunately I think this is also the date it was last decorated. Old and dated with an air of neglect
- Mike (7/5): - A hot shower required running a tap first.
- Jackie (10/5): Very good - Working in the area breakfast very good comfortable beds and clean Signal on tv
- Martin (8/5): -
- Haydn (9/5): -
- Ian (9/5): Comfy room, friendly staff, perfect position to sea the area without having to be close to Blackpool - On the coast looking out to sea, the building is extremely old and it was lovely reading about its history in the lounge, which has free coffee and tea facilities. Board games , books to read if the weather is not good . The room was extremely comfortable, and such a. Cosy bed I didn’t want to get out of it .
- Gary (5/5): Passable, slightly overpriced in my opinion. - Breakfast was very good. Location. Was lucky enough to have a sea view room Room a bit dated. Shower not very good
- grace (7/5): -
- Topsy & Terpsy (10/5): Ideal for what we wanted. - very friendly, parking included. Something banging through the night.
- nigel (6/5): Faded and tired - The staff are helpful nothing seems too much trouble The tv in room was too small had half the channels were missing and pixelated we were in room 68 and it had a constant hum from a box by the door which disturbed our sleep which was a shame the shower had no power or volume I tried all the settings but it had poor flow rate
- Wendy (9/5): Very relaxing, good food and ambience, couldn't fault it & can't wait to go back! - Victoria Bar where food/breakfast was served was very comfortable, lovely atmosphere, Staff incredibly helpful and plenty of seating. Allowed non-staying guests to meet with us, along with their well behaved dog which was really appreciated. English Breakfast was hearty, beautifully cooked and lots of choices of cereal, fruit salad, juices etc. Excellent location. Our room had a fantastic view out to sea, will definitely stay again 💖⭐ The outside of the building is obviously exposed to the harsh weather elements, it's early Victorian and a beautiful building, but it could do with a spruce up outside, it is looking tired in parts, window frames do need some tlc etc, which would improve the outer appearance. But it's a charming building none the less 😊
- Alison (9/5): Very pleasant as always - Clean & comfortable Residents lounge was slightly cold and I uninviting
- carol (8/5): - It was close to the seafront Nothing
- Sirkku (8/5): We were there partly for my husband to meet some colleagues so that determined the location. - The room was well appointed and warm. They rooms seem to have been recently redecorated. We had breakfast and I particularly liked the provision of Alpen cereals. The staff were doing their job but did appear a bit 'breezy' as it there were more important things for them to attend to than myself. And yet, as February is quiet there didn't seem to be a pressing need to rush off elsewhere.
- Alan (10/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): -
- Diane (7/5): Great location characterful hotel - Location and history behind Scot. Great staff v friendly Bathroom not very clean unfortunately even taking into account the age of the property the skirting boards in bathroom v dirty and I had to clean toilet seat before using. Bedroom was clean and rest of hotel appeared clean in other areas. The staff are lovely helpful and friendly.
- Lisa (5/5): Not worth the money paid - The breakfast was decent but the coffee machine wasn’t very good. Came out luke warm Ordered a meal at the bar, it came quickly but 2 of us ordered jacket potatoes and they were undercooked and cold. Paid 8.95 too! Overheard a young lady behind the bar swearing and having a strop about something to another member of staff, not very professional. I understand the hotel is old and it does look tired and every floorboard creaks in the bedrooms. Not the best hotel for the amount of money paid but we chose this for convenience.
- Declan (8/5): Exceeded expectations - Good location, clean room, good bathroom, polite staff, decent dinner! Reasonable prices. Nothing tbh all good.
- Adrian (8/5): This hotel is faded glory but is convenient for where I need to be and the staff are lovely looking after you and this g - The location and the lovely people who work there It’s an old building so dated rooms ….no USB, no choice of teas, quite an old fashioned environment
- Joanne (8/5): -
- Robert (9/5): -
- Paul (10/5): -
- Susan (9/5): -
- Firth (9/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): - The hotel is situated in a desirable location, overlooking the wyre and with Fleetwood Ferry Tramstop being located directly outside the hotel, enusring onward travel can be done with Ease
The hotel was dated but comfortable, the room sizes are spacious and well planned and the ammenties at the hotel are well staffed
Rooms were made up daily without intrustion and fresh tea and coffee and biscuits were always provided
I stayed here for STCW Refreshers at the local Nautical Campus and would highly recommend this for any other seafarers on the basis that the onward travel can be done with ease
Food at the hotel was also good portion sizes, piping hot and was very plesant Areas within the hotel could still do with renovation, bathrooms were clean but had signs of previous damp issues, however new ventilation fans seemed to have been fitted
Given the Age of the Building the wear and tear of heavy traffic areas is very noticable, however these areas are very clean and hotel staff do a good job of keeping common areas and rooms alike clean during my stay
- Andrew (6/5): -
- William (8/5): Its not cheap but I would go back.lovely quite town with great transport links - Lovely hotel. Right on the beach front
- john (9/5): Very good - Fantastic location The weather
- Dot (9/5): - The location, the cleanliness, the bar staff were friendly. The information provided in the letter was useful. Having stayed there befo6 my husband preferred ordering his breakfast rather than the buffet
- Rosaline (8/5): Great for short stay - Great location great food Creaky floorboards and bed not quite long enough for my husband
- Julia (5/5): - The bed was comfortable and room was well equipped. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choice, nicely cooked hot buffet and nice to have breakfast with a sea view. The hotel itself is really tired and could do with updating/upgrading. The communal areas are a bit unkempt (e.g. carpet on the stairs didn't look like it had been vacuummed for a while) and my bathroom could have been cleaner (other people's hair and stains down the side of the bath).
- James (9/5): - Dinner- good food, great value for money. Bar - great selection of drinks at reasonable prices
- Elizabeth (10/5): Brilliant way to spend my birthday. - Friendly staff, excellent service and food. N/A
- Elizabeth (6/5): Great view and location but room very tired. - Breakfast was okay although initial order was wrong but quickly corrected Room looked tired. Stains on carpet, flaking paint. Bathroom wasn't that clean and needs work. Floor was uneven. No air con (fan was provided). Generally needs updating. Paid price for location and view but room not great.
- Stephen (9/5): -
- Peter (7/5): -
- deirdre (5/5): Expensive for a fair to average hotel. - Location was good next to beach Old fashioned, bed uncomfortable. Old lumpy mattress. Hot water came out of cold tap. Not enough coffee sachets. Only 2 per day. Bathroom skirting looked dirty but maybe just needs painting. Charge for dog 12.50 per night. Dog gets nothing for that! Cheaper to book room in travelodge for the dogs for 2 nights.
- Walmsley (8/5): - Only one night stay but very comfortable and relaxing. Food great and all staff very helpful.
- Lesley (10/5): Great overnight stay, good quiz night and drinks with friends - Very old building but immaculately kept We booked for the carvery that was open till 19:00. We booked for 18:00 but they sold out at 16:40
- Guest (10/5): - Everything Even though everything was great still think it's maybe a little overpriced
- frances (9/5): - The meal in the restaurant was amazing Not much. Rooms could use an update, but still nice.
- wendy (9/5): A fleeting visit to Fleetwood, which cleared the cobwebs of 2025 - The ample free parking and access to a very attractive vestibule created a very welcoming atmosphere.
The view from the room was great and the room was very comfortable.
Staff very polite and helpful and loved our dog!!
The entertainment in the Bar was great fun. Only a small matter, but the shower pressure could have been a little higher. D.espite that, my partner managed to set off the smoke alarm. dealt with very calmly by the staff
- Rob (10/5): Lovely place food great perfect for us and our dogs - The style of hotel Nothing
- Frank Mulryan (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Jane (7/5): -
- Ken (8/5): - Good traditional hotel with modern facilities. Well located in the centre of town.
- Tracy (8/5): -
- Paul (9/5): - Location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, parking was easy Everything was fine but at our age some of us might have found a shower unit easier than step into the bath type of shower. However, it worked well, a bath mat was provided, and we managed okay.
- Johnny (8/5): -
- Marilyn (8/5): -
- Carole (9/5): Loved our stay and plan to visit again - Great location and impressive building Nothing
- Mark (10/5): Good experience - everything was a good experience. Great for trams and first class room and facilities Nothing everything was a good experience
- Ken (8/5): All good apart from poor water pressure but all staff members were extremely helpful and friendly - All good Water pressure in my room was poor
- Toby (10/5): Very nice stay only 1 night so too short. We will definitely be back, the lady doing breakfast was very polite and frien - Contemporary building with a beautiful view
- David (9/5): -
- Ann (9/5): Excellent short stays - Good location near promenade, food goods, hotel & bedroom clean ,warm & comfortable
- Maria (10/5): Back home for family catch up - Breakfast is buffet style, plenty of choice and tasty Nothing really
