• Jeannine Rosenhahn (5/5): Nicht noch einmal - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße, die abgewohnten Möbel, schlechte Matratze. Der zweite Blick offenbart das immer mal was renoviert wird aber nichts wirklich zu Ende. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen.

• Kingsley (2/5): A bit overpriced compared to other hotels on this trip - Restaurant was very pleasant,but we only had Breakfast. The only member of staff we saw was very pleasant. Room was too hot........overly large television, which dominated the room..........Bathroom had mismatched taps on the sink.....No hairdryer......Shower ran cold after a very short time......Was on a very busy road......Car park not secure, was on other side from hotel.........Was classed as dog friendly, but we were put in a room furthest away from the main entrance, and no facility to walk the dog safely nearby.
• Ken (5/5): Extremely disappointed by breakfast incident which caused inconvenience and delays for onward journe - No staff and no breakfast provided ! - guests left waiting. Unacceptable service! We had to phone manager to inform them that no staff were in the hotel! Food, when provided was poor. Will be submitting complaint to hotel on return from holiday.
• MANU (8/5): Per un soggiorno di 1 o 2 giorni senza troppe pretese. - Il letto era molto molto comodo, la stanza molto grande con anche il divano è una grande TV con Netflix. Il ristorante della struttura è ottimo. Purtroppo devo dire che la colazione è davvero scarna. Personale non attento al servizio. Il bagno della stanza nonostante fosse una Deluxe, aveva la tenda e un arredamento abbastanza vecchiotto e approssimativo.

• Lisa (5/5): Ok for a bed for the night. - The property is clean and the rooms are a generous size The shower ran hot and cold , in the room we only had one light that worked . The breakfast was poor , kept running out of food, the staff were no where to be found so had to look for them . Breakfast food was poor , microwave bacon, the eggs were green and clearly off . When we arrived that were setting up for a party , and ignored us we asked if we could check in , the girl walked off to get someone and came back holding a baby and then continued to decorate the room . Eventually the manager came with our key , the room was clean and the beds are comfortable

• Aurore (1/5): - Rien La literie une horreur, un simple sur matelas sur un sommier. La douche commune : une seule douche avec les wc dedans pour plusieurs chambres. Le petit déjeuner , les bacs sont vides aucun fruit,aucunes céréales,les œufs d'une couleur suspecte,le pain de mie pas encore décongelé, la machine à café ne fonctionne pas, je demande un chocolat pour ma fille on me ramène un pot de caco de 3kg .... Il est à peine 9h40 on nous demande de sortir des chambres (nous étions 8) et sans vraiment les politesses alors que la réservation et jusqu'à 10h. Les araignées vous tiendront compagnie dans la nuit. Les fenêtres ne peuvent s'ouvrir, le store nous est tombé sur la tête. Ne parlons pas du plancher qui vous fait marcher dans le couloir comme si vous étiez ivre.... On ne nous prévient pas qu'il y a un anniversaire, l'accès aux escaliers et dans les différentes pièces de l'hôtel est impossible les invités de cette privatisation sont PARTOUT. Bref FUYEZ !!!!!

• Iain F T (4/5): - The staff were good and friendly, we had one evening meal is was well presented hot and hit the spot, but nothing special. Breakfast was a buffet, the food was plentiful good and perfect for the start of the day. Very dog friendly, a big plus. Unfortunately the hotel is located on the corner of two busy roads, not a big problem with the window shut but constant heavy traffic day and night. Getting hot water from the tap and shower was a challenge, I never had a hot shower, it was ether warm or cold depending on whether another room was showering at the same time. I'm sure there must have been some better rooms but our was shabby damaged walls and paintwork, the two wall lights above the bed started dim and slowly brightened just adequate, the room had seen better days. But I must say the room was cleaned Daley, and clean towels.

Pajęczyny w kątach, wanna oklejona dyktą, popsuta słuchawka pod prysznicem. Brak światła nad lustrem w łazience, pozostała wypalona plastikowa część lampy. Ściany tak cienkie, że było słychać chrapanie osoby z pokoju obok. Małe łóżko z materacem okropnie wygniecionym.

• Louise (5/5): - Quick, easy check in, decent looking breakfast Just a room with 3 beds, a table, lamp and mirror. Just very basic. Cloakroom sized basin in the shared bathroom with no mirror, impossible to wash properly despite the bathroom being of a decent size, very dirty pull cord light.

• Shannon (8/5): Quick overnight stay - Great price, easy parking, really good breakfast buffet. Worked for what we needed. We booked a room with a shared bathroom. When checking in they didn't give us a run through of the location of facilities so we thought the one small toilet/shower room on the second floor was it. There are indeed toilets for men, women and accessible downstairs by the restaurant. No bin/trash in our room. Only three single beds a desk and TV that wasn't showing any channels. The mirror was also more decor so hung too high to use.

• Tom (5/5): Would not recommend if you want a quiet sleep…..Plus better stick a dog bed in the car… - Nothing exciting…Food was ok….Charging 20 pounds a night for a dog…..But no dog bed never seen one dog bowl…or any biccies treats ect……If you booked no refundable with a dog then found out how much they charged you woukd not get your money back…If you say dog friendly then cost for the dog should be clearly displayed… As Above…..Booked two nights ….But never seen a cleaner first night….??

Lovely decor in the entrance lobby , breakfast room and bar restaurant!! The Breakfast was included in the price. It was ok - but not amazing. Cheap and cheerful I would say. There was only one person serving and they were definitely slow..... but friendly. The duvets could have been thicker....I was glad that I had brought a hot water bottle......!

• BRUNO (3/5): - 2 télé qui ne fonctionne pas. 1 télé au sol on se demande pourquoi, si c'est une chambre ou un local. Meuble pour.mettre ses vêtements remplis de poussière depuis des mois jamais eu de nettoyage, la table dégoûtante ,bouteille vide dans les placards. Même en demandant pour la telecomande et que les 2 tv ne fonctionne pas ,ils ont pas cherché et tout simplement dire ,ah on ne peut.rien faire. Le prix pour ce genre de chambre local j'ai eu pour moins chère et incomparable durant mon séjour. Je ne mets jamais de mauvais commentaire car il y a toujours un équilibre. Si c'est pas le lit confortable mais le personnel peut etre génial,parfois une bonne position,de confort... Mais ici rien du tout, même.le.petit.dejeuner qui était inclus dans la.reservation à voulu être surtaxer. Franchement ne prenez jamais la.chambre a 3 lit une catastrophe. De l'eau chaude qui mets 10 - 15min a venir.

Free pool table down in the cellar was a nice touch. Staff was pleasant. breakfast was quite minimal. I just managed to get 1 fried egg, 1 rasher of bacon, and Beans. (all food had been sat there for a while so was all over cooked nothing was fresh and nobody came in to refresh food while we was there) Sausages where the best thing there, Coffee & Juice was not nice. The prices in the bar and restaurant where over priced in my opinion.

Bedside lamps would be nice next to single beds. 3 teacups for 3 guests would be better than 2. At the time of booking the charge for a dog was £15. I received an email prior to arrival to say it was £20.On arrival it had gone up to £25.
