• 782madelynj (10/5): Friendly hosts, wonderful location, welcoming and clean and peaceful - The location was perfect, very tranquil and peaceful and away from high tourist areas. The studios are right next to a beach that has a fantastic sunset view and in a grove of olive trees! There are colorful flowers and friendly cats roaming the area. Nikos is a fantastic host and helped us rent a moped for the duration of our trip and gave us other tips about the island! His mother, Kiki was also very kind and welcomed us like family. The room had everything that we could need. We had such a wonderful time and hope to return soon! Thank you Biskinis family and is to epanidín!
• 266danm (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - My wife and I had a very relaxing escape from the world at this idyllic seaside hideout. Nicos and hi mom Kiki were so welcoming. We enjoyed delicious coffee and breakfasts prepared by Nicos every morning, then drove off to explore a different location on this enchanting island. I swam every day on the beach right in front of the resort. There are a number of really good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. If you're looking for a quiet beach vacation in a beautiful villa with friendly hosts, this is the place!
• EMBE762 (10/5): A hidden Gem ! - here at the quiet part of the Island on the sea shore, it is nice to stay. Mrs Kiki and her son Nicos, do their best to make you happy. spacious villas, excellent view to the sea and the neighbor island and good bed etc. all super clean with good service. nearby are very nice local restaurants, you DO NEED a car to move around, its not okay by foot and bicycle, too dangerous on the local roads.
• Happyawayallthetime (10/5): Stunning views - I have just returned from a week in this gorgeous place and I'd love to go straight back. The villas are lovely and the views are amazing. Nikos and his mother Kiki are so welcoming and you do leave feeling like part of the family. The area is quiet. We walked for 4 days around the immediate area and then Nikos arranged to have a car delivered for the last 2 days which was great as the roads were so quiet at this time of year and we got to see more of this beautiful island. One tip though would be to book earlier in October as a lot of places had shut down for the winter as it was a quieter area of the island.
• SmallCJ (10/5): Delightful - Stayed here for a fortnight in September, in one of the simple apartments. Though simple all that was needed was catered for and the bed was very comfortable. Apartment cleaned and bedding etc changed every 3 days or so. Owner Nikos and his mother Kiki were lovely hosts happy to have a conversation but never over fussy. The place is fairly remote and isn't in Alykes more 5k or so outside if you're a walker you can walk to town in an hour or so. But if you are looking for nightlife this isnt the place for you. If however, you're looking for an oasis of peace and tranquillity you couldn't find a better place. The pebble beach you'll have more or less to yourself most of the time and the waters are clear and warm. With maybe five or so good taverna's or restaurants within 10- or 15-minutes' walk. Really enjoyed our stay and if simple peace and quiet is your type of holiday couldn't recommend highly enough.
• 349gilliang (10/5): Incredible! - We stayed here for two weeks this June and all I can say is wow! Everything about this place is perfect. We stayed in one of the beach front villas and it was amazing. Everything you need is there. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is powerful and the kitchen is fully equipped. The patio area is furnished and you have your own sun loungers on the grass just outside. The villa and surrounding areas are spotlessly clean. What's very hard to describe is the view from the villas. The pictures just don't do it justice! It is absolutely stunning and the sunsets are so beautiful. Access to the beach is down a short path where there are steps down on to the pebble beach. The water you'll be lucky enough to swim in is crystal clear and just the right temperature to cool down in but not be cold. It was so nice that husband, who would always prefer a pool if possible, has completely changed his mind after swimming here. I would recommend you bring swimming/snorkeling shoes with you. The location of the villas is remote which is one of the things we loved about it. It is so quiet, the perfect place to relax. There are a couple of tavernas close by. I would recommend Bougarini Tavern just opposite the mini market, and highly recommend Armonia Restaurant. The level of service provided here is second to none. From the minute I contacted Nikos about booking he was so helpful and quick to respond. He arranged taxis for us to/from the airport and another couple of times during our stay, as well as boat hire. Our flight over was delayed so we were really late arriving, but Nikos was there to greet us regardless and show us around the villa. He also runs the snack bar where we had some lovely food and beers, and is a wealth of knowledge about the area. Kiki is possibly one of the nicest, most welcoming people I think I've met. She will do anything to make your stay as lovely as possible, including opening her home to you while she provides homemade lemoncello and fresh veg from her garden! She has an obvious love for her home and the nature that surrounds it, it's contagious! It really is very hard to put into words just how amazing this place is. If you get the opportunity to go, jump at it. You won't regret it!
• carmen_mercurian (10/5): Excellent location nice villas - We had a vacation in July/August 2021 with family and friends - the booking was a winner. The villas are excellent, location with a beach right in front of the villas was amazing. In the close proximity there are tavernas with excellent food. Kiki was a very nice host, thank you. I would choose the same place to stay at a second trip in Zakynthos.

At night we just listen the sound of the waves. The villa was perfectly clean every day. And to us the most important the owners, so kind and so warm we feel like home. • pimv653 (10/5): Nature, sea, relax and enjoy - We went the 2nd week of October to this beautiful place. The apartments were very nice and clean. The housekeeping was perfect. We were with 2 persons in the 4 person apartment and this very comfortable! We enjoyed swimming in the sea every morning. The hosts are very nice and it feels like you are at home on holiday, perfect.

• Sererocks (10/5): Paradise With A View - If you are looking for a complete switch-down holiday retreat with only the sound of gentle waves and crickets to lull you to bed, don’t look any further. A party of 4 (2 couples), we stayed at Kavos Psarou from August 9-19, 2019 and rented one of the sea front villa, going by name ‘Dario’. The Villa had only 1 separate bedroom, but its living quarters adapted very comfortably as the 2nd bedroom during the evenings, which suited us well. Decorated to high-standards and offering good amenities, including air-conditioning, we found Dario very comfortable, peaceful, clean and hospitable. If I were to look hard for a flaw, it would probably be the lack of a washing machine, but we still managed very well without it. Upon arrival we were greeted by a super friendly, professional and attentive Nikos who escorted us to the villa and proceeded to show how everything worked. His lovely mum, Kiki, had also prepared a cup of ‘yummy’ home-made chocolate spread and left for us some Olive Oil made from the family’s own olive trees, which were scattered all over the property and which provided much needed and soothing shade during the hottest hours of the day. The location was somewhat remote, blissfully tucked away from the hassles and bustles of Zakynthos’s busiest areas, half hour drive from the airport. The sea with its small pebble beach was right at our door-step; the property was covered by lots of green where one could relax on a private sun-lounger. There were sandy beaches nearby but we didn’t feel the need to explore them, having our very own slice of Paradise right there with us. 5 mins walk away, stand a small supermarket, which will cater for all your basic needs, and a good few traditional tavernas with fresh local produce to die for. All are family run restaurants, very friendly, extremely convenient and which offer incredibly delicious food. There is not one that stands apart from the others when it comes to quality and hospitality: they’re all that good. If you want to explore the island and visit some of the famous landmarks, you would need to source some kind of transportation: modpeds, ATV quadbikes, and cars are all very suitable and available to hire from many locations around the island. Nikos was ever so helpful with this too and arranged for a car to be dropped off for us directly at the villa; it’s always best to pre-book in advance especially during busy periods. Roads are winding in every direction and signs are sparse and sometimes written only in Greek: good (and powered-up!) GPS is almost indispensable. 10 days flew by too quickly for us, it was hard to say “au revoir” to the Biskinis family. We will definitely make plans to go back again.
• lisabic2019 (10/5): Perfect for us! - This place is perfect for everyone who wants a nice place with friendly hosts, directly at the sea. The house was clean and the view spectactular. We enjoyed the crystal clear water and that it is located in a more quiet area, not in a big town flooded with people.
• andreix03 (10/5): Really liked it - I stayed at a villa there (2 adults, 2 children). Very nice place with an incredible view. The accommodation is quite ok, the rooms are clean, look very nice and are cosy. It's very relaxing to eat breakfast in the morning on your villa's terrace and watch the sea and in the evening sit with a beer on a sunbed on grass and just watch the sunset. The location of this place is also very good. 15 minutes driving distance to Tsilivi or Zante; also island centric, it's easier from there to reach certain locations like Shipwreck high view or go the the north of the island to take a boat to the Shipwreck beach or blue caves. Last but not least, our hosts Nykos and his mom madam Kiki were incredible. Very friendly persons, they helped us with advice on where to go and what to do, they provided children beach toys and umbrella and also gave us some nice souvenirs at the end. So really worth going there.

• 528lianag (10/5): Heaven is the place on earh! - It was the first time we visited the location but the filling was that I met good friends long time no see. We came for the place and found people that is hard to forget. Everithing was perfect. Nothing to complain. Was clean, quite, safe, wonderfull. Thank you mother Kiki, thank you Nikos for offering this special filling and sweet memories!
• wendyandjeff900 (10/5): Loved Kavos Psarou Studios - We had an incredible stay at Kavos Psarou Studios and Apartments! It is a hidden gem amid all of the other rentals on the island. Our room and balcony had an awesome view of the Aegean Sea. The room was large and clean, with maid service and air conditioning. It is very centrally located and just steps to the sea. No coffee machine, but there is a tea kettle that you can use to make instant coffee. What really sets Kavos Psarou apart from other rentals is the warmth, kindness and helpfulness of Nikos and his mother, Kiki. Kiki is a sheer delight! Upon arrival, she gave us local olive oil and a chocolate dessert which was to die for. She also invited us to have Greek coffee with her one morning, and it was lovely to sit and chat with her. Nikos and Kiki are also a great help with suggestions of restaurants and things to do. The grounds are gorgeous, with olive trees and flowers everywhere. In addition, the cost of the rental is incredibly reasonable. We shall always have fond memories of our stay at Kavos Psarou and hope that we can return soon! It is a little slice of heaven on earth.
