• ChiuPing (4/5): - 住宿地點佳，附近餐廳林立，購物也方便，浴室有暖氣 當初就是因為洗衣機才選擇這間公寓，結果住宿前，屋主通知洗衣機被房客弄壞了，要到5月5日才有洗衣機可以用，問題是我4月29日就要入住，雖然屋主後來在4月30日這天安裝了新的洗衣機，但4月29日入住時，衛生紙架壞掉，僅能把衛生紙掛在淋浴間的門把上，蓮蓬頭架子也脫落，反映給屋主，竟說5月1日開始是連續假期，無法過來修復，5月2日蓮蓬頭架子整個掉出來，深怕它整個掉下來，再度反映給屋主，還是說連續假期無法及時處理，最後拖到5月3日晚上才修復

In a fantastic location with quick accessibility to the heart of town It would have been nice to have a few of the basic household amenities like sugar for the morning coffees, especially considering that all shops are closed on Sundays which is when we were there
• lucrezia (7/5): Buona esperienza, anche se... - Abbiamo avuto un piccolo intoppo all'inizio perché abbiamo trovato la struttura sporca, non preparata per il nostro arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto quindi dormire fuori (trovandoci noi l'alloggio) ma il giorno dopo la struttura era immacolata. Dire che la posizione è ottima è dir poco. Anche se non si ha una vista diretta sul castello da dentro l'appartamento, quando si esce si vede in tutta la sua imponenza assieme al fiume.

• Fabio (9/5): Il centro di Lubiana a piedi - La posizione é incredibilmente comoda, nel pieno lungofiume pedonale, tra bar e negozietti, ma con silenzio e privacy. Struttura dotata di ogni necessità, dalla cucina, al soggiorno. Nulla in particolare, magari in auto vi é da lasciarla in un parcheggio adiacente a 50 mt a pagamento, o cercarlo nei vicoli. Quindi se avete bisogno di carico scarico per le valigie, questo comfort non c é.

• Steef (7/5): Fijn verblijf - De ligging is echt ideaal! In het centrum maar je ervaart geen drukte. Daarnaast is het appartement erg ruim. We konden ook onze baggage ook al eerder kwijt. We hadden geen wc papier, ik denk met het schoonmaken vergeten. Geen reactie meer op gekregen, jammer. Over het algemeen kon het wel iets schoner.

• Renna (5/5): Price should be dropped considerably until some basic attention is added to the place. I have owned rentals for over 15 - Location in centre. Heat/air conditioning. Lifeless. Construction noise in adjoining buildings. Gas stove didn’t function. Shower missing door panel. Washing machine barely functioning. Poor lighting, poor ventilation.
• Amy (8/5): Great location! - Great location in the heart of old town! The apartment was comfortable and relatively clean. The fridge and kitchen space were very handy for a longer stay! The bathroom light did not work for the entire stay, we alerted the staff but did not receive a response.
• Tom (4/5): Disappointing - good location This place needs a deep cleaning. Also, the walls show signs of water entry with damp marks. Behind every unit is dusty. Some utensils not fit for use, e.g. breaks in cups, cutlery stains. I don't recommend it.

• Gabriella (6/5): Good place and a great location - This place had everything we needed and is a great location. The bathroom wasn’t great. There was a shower door missing - this made the bathroom floor very wet after showering which was hard to dry with the amount of towels given to us. The ventilation in the bathroom was very poor as there’s no windows or fan and this made it feel very damp and made the accommodation smell. As well, it was actually very sharp on the shower due to the door missing and I did cut my foot on the shower quite badly. I got in touch with the host over a query and it did take a while to reply. All that being said, the place had everything we needed. We didn’t spend long in the apartment other than just to sleep so we still enjoyed our stay regardless.
• Derek (8/5): It was a lovely small, quiet apartment right in the heart of the old town in Ljubliana. - Despite being on a busy pedestrian street by the river, it was surprisingly quiet and secure, within walking distance to everything - cafes, castle, and museums. The living and dining space was good with a separate kitchen and small washing machine, fine for our needs. Probably suits three visitors best but it worked for our family of four. Our main concern was needing a key to exit the security gate in the courtyard. It did not seem like a safe exit if there was a fire. Also, there was no single host to contact but rather a service. The response time was adequate but not the same as a proper host family.

• Atle (5/5): Not bad, but I would prefer another apartment if I were to visit Ljubljana again. - Very good location in the pedestrian area of the old town along the river. Easy access to the apartment located on the ground floor. Easy access to the key to the courtyard gate and the apartment door (same key) when you have received the code to the keybox beside the entrance. Nice restaurants just a few steps from the gate to the apartments. No view from the apartment as the outer wall (with two small windows) turns onto a narrow courtyard. The furniture and appliances are a bit sparse and of some age.

• Doktorce (7/5): Ljubljana marathon - Clean, nice equped apartment in the center of Ljubljana,with all what you need for short stay, excelent location, quiet 1. Bad hospitality - you should be more flexibile 2. Charged us city tax more that was mentioned on booking - explanation MISTAKE ON BOOKING. Paying the city tax was condition to enter the apartman, and it was done after free cancelation period has expired. 3. Check out 1h earlier than was in the house policy - the answer - MISTAKE 4. Although in the end they arrange lagguage storage,first answer was NO LAGGUAGE STORAGE, GO TO BUS STATION AND STORAGE YOUR LAGGUAGE THERE - in the facilities on booking was stated "lagguage storage". Again the answer was - MISTAKE ON BOOKING Too many mistakes for a serious buisines.
• Patricia (7/5): Great location! - The location is amazing - so close to everything! Nice bathroom and we appreciated the washing machine that was available. Kitchen seemed well equipped though we didn't use it much. We did not find the bed or pillows very comfortable. We had stayed at this property before, so I was surprised that this time we found it quite loud inside our room. Last time we were on the ground floor, and this time we were on the upper floor, so perhaps that made a difference. Sometimes we could hear the music in the ice cream shop below. Other times it was noise from the restaurants out front. The air conditioner wasn't very powerful and it got stuffy in the bedroom since there was no AC in there.

Having worked for many years as a senior accommodation booking agent in Australia, I highly recommend the management ensure their Room 3 (ground floor apartment) needs to have 24/7 exposure to outside air flow before well before new guests arrive.

Correspondence with owners promt. Facilities clean and complete. Secure entry to unit. A great place to stay. Not being able to stay longer - it's a lovely city.

The apartment is little bit small for 4 of us but it's ok since we always out. The washing machine in the apartment requires some repair too noisy and too shaky when it spins. Thank goodness we are at Ground floor.

• Sonja (9/5): Great apartment for family. Well located. - Excellent location for exploring Ljubljana. Close to restaurants yet still a quiet area. Perfect for a family of 5. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Free parking would have been nice as parking was 25 euros per day. There is an outdoor lot nearby, but we chose a parking building nearby which seemed more secure. Apartment is located in pedestrian area so there's nowhere to temporarily park car while unloading luggage.

• Neil (9/5): Good apartment in a superb location. - The location is superb - right in the centre of town. Apartment is great for a short stay especially for 2 people. Hot water can run out if other apartments use it all - then need to wait about 45 minutes for it to heat up again.
• Sarah (7/5): TAKE EARPLUGS - The facilities were good, they'd thought of most things (washing up liquid, sponges, salt, oil, washing powder, lots of towels, lots of hangers, aircon/heating) - The location was brilliant - minutes to walk to the main sights - Massive amount of TV channels (great for when it was raining and it rained a lot!) - Fluffy towels - Big shower cubicle with hot water and great pressure - Generally quiet courtyard location (except early morning) All in all it was good but being woken up 5 days out of 7 was so frustrating that even though there were many good points, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this due to the disturbed sleep. We got woken up on 2 days by people chatting outside the bedroom window - the souvenir store on the other side of the courtyard has a back door opposite the bedroom window so even with the window closed, they sounded like they were shouting! - On 3 other days we were woken up by builders working at the end of the courtyard and upstairs, knocking things down and drilling etc. I contacted the staff to see if the building work would continue on the next two days, they said it was all finished, but not only did it continue the same day, the next two days they started at or before 8am again (even though the builder had come to talk to me about it! I'm not sure why he bothered if there was no intention of starting later on subsequent days) - After a few days my body felt bruised, then I realised it was due to the mattress. It felt fairly comfortable lying on it (but very firm) but actually you could feel all the springs - There were some stains on the duvet and sofa (I didn't look for them, but couldn't help seeing them) - I would have like a soap dish in the shower, a flat chopping board (the warped board and blunt kitchen knife were a dangerous combination) and a mop - it rained a lot so the floor got wet - Had to have a light on most of the time as the rooms were quite dark - Several tiny ants in the bathroom and lounge
