Lol it made me feel like my belly was falling out of my butt 🤣

• Jayne (9/5): Perfectly located for my weekend activities. Staff was outstanding. - Breakfast was okay. Typical of a free hotel Breakfast. The "roll-in shower"'for an ADA room was okay. Needed a skid-free mat, which was not provided. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was unreachable from the ADA chair. Hyatt should ask somebody who actually needs an ADA shower how to organize them. Talk to your customers!

• Washington (8/5): It was ok the outlets working would have made it what I expected - I stay there every year because I like location and hotel 90% of the electrical sockets were broken.
• Toni (6/5): - The breakfast was terrible. Each day the same spoiled oranges were put out. On day one I complained and on day two the same spoiled oranges were still there, just more spoiled. The bowl of fruit looked worn.

But another guest came down to the desk while we were checking in and made the same comment. Checkin was pretty slow which I’m not sure why since 3 staff were standing there. No info was initially shared about parking or anything else including why $15 was required at checkin despite the room being paid for or how to get to the room. On a positive note the view of the metro park from the second room was awesome.

The room was good with a nice sitting area, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options was very limited.

• Cheyenne (7/5): Misleading website info. - Staff was friendly Website said they had a 24 hour restaurant. Other than location, this was the reason I chose this hotel. I travel alone and once I'm in my hotel I don't want to leave to get lunch, dinner, or breakfast, for safety. I stayed Sunday night and apparently the restaurant is closed on sundays and mondays. So unfortunately I ended up not eating at all until their free breakfast the next morning, which was not very good. I'd rather have purchased a decent meal.

• Nicholas (10/5): Pretty nice! - Great hotel, legacy village has become pretty quiet, not too busy. We had things to do all over the Cleveland area and this for us perfectly. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, shower was huge as well. We will stay here again for anything we need to do in the area!

The sausage selection and powdered eggs weren't so great, but without things cooked to order I can understand why. But everything the sausages were all pale gray - it would have been nice to have them at least a little brown like they had been cooked in a skillet.
