• Ágnes (10/5): Elegáns, kényelmes. - Minden szuper volt. A villanyautó töltőt kiemelném mint szuper szolgáltatást. A jakuzzi annyira fel volt klórozva, hogy amint bekapcsolta a többi vendég a buborékoltatót, a wellnessben sem lehetett megmaradi annyira marta a szemünk, ezért gyorsan visszamentünk a szobába. Egyébként a szauna kiváló volt, más rosszat nem tapasztaltam.

• Denis (9/5): Идеальный вариант для посещения лечебной купальни - Отель удобен для посещения основной достопримечательности города: купальни Hagymatikum Spa, которая расположена от него в двух минутах ходьбы. При регистрации в отеле выдают для неё халаты и полотенца, а также скидку на посещение (хотя, в самой купальне принимают эту скидку только для билетов на базовые услуги, а не полный пакет, мотивируя это тем, что к нему и так применена скидка по сравнению с покупкой всех услуг по отдельности). Номер очень удобный и чистый. Также с террасы на крыше отеля открывается прекрасный вид на город и купальню. Завтраки и ужины хорошие, но по разнообразию не соответствуют четырёхзвёздочным отелям. В самом номере не очень удобная душевая кабина: при использовании вода разбрызгивается наружу.

• Erzsébet (8/5): - tetszett hogy a Hagymatikumba fürdőköntösbe át lehet sétálni , hogy ingyenes a parkolás és hogy a belvárosban van. A 2. (utolsó) nap mondták a fürdőbe, hogy a hotel vendégeként ki lehet 1 x menni a beléptetőóra leadásával étkezni, s erről nem tudtunk, addig senki sem mondta.

Rude staff - Nothing The food was trash and the advertisement of the hotel made me assume that the spa was together with the hotel but it is separated. The one sauna and a bathtub sized overused jacuzzi is not a spa. The food was inedible with not many choices and too much oil. The room is not equipped. The staff is grumpy and rude. Overall a very frustrating horrible experience. The cleaning staff newer made up our room. Needed to collect towels for ourselves and stash didn’t want to change it and told us to just put on the dyer

• Ivett (10/5): - A hotel a fürdő szomszèdsàgàban van, ami szàmunkra nagyon fontos volt. A szemèlyzet rendkívül baràtsàgos ès segítőkèsz volt. Kisgyermekkel voltunk ezèrt külön felhívtàk a figyelmünket, hogy igènybe vehetjük a hotel jàtszòszobàjàt ami teljesen jól felszerelt, sok időt töltöttünk itt. A vacsora ès a reggeli is bősèges volt. A szoba is kènyelmes volt, külön kèrèsre babaàgyat is kèszítettek, valamint a fürdőszobàba tettek bilit ès babafürdőkàdat is. Biztosan visszatèrünk mèg.
