• GEORGIOS - ARIS (6/5): - Polite staff, and the hotel is near the promenade but you need a car to move around and to reach the centre. We booked primarily of the parking, and turns out that the parking facilities were not great. There are a few parking spaces, and we had to park on the street in two occasions. The ladies running the hotel were very helpful, but not much they could about the parking. The rooms are dated both in their furnishing but most importantly convenience. Very nice view from the room we had. The breakfast has a lot of room for improvement. If you are looking for value. that might be it, but be aware that this is the only thing you will be receiving.

• Olga (10/5): Останавливались на одну ночь, всё супер! - Отличное место в Которе! В паре минут находится пляж. По старого города идти минут 20-25 по набережной. Для машины было местечко перед входом. В стоимость проживания был включен завтрак (хоть это не было указано при бронировании). Вид с балкона красивый. Сама комната хоть и не с новым ремонтом, но всё довольно симпатично (номер большой). WiFi работает исправно. Рекомендую! Сам Котор абсолютно замечательный и это место оставляет прекрасные впечатления. После приема душа вода вытекала аж в комнату (для меня это не большая проблема, но жалко было паркет).

• Evegenii (9/5): - I had a large room with a great view. Yes, the room is not the freshest, but everything met my expectations, for a stop for a couple of nights - great! Great staff, helped me solve all my questions. The sea is literally a two-minute walk away. The air conditioner on the balcony leaks a lot, a bottle installed there won't help at all. There is little lighting in the room, the tap over the sink in the bathroom didn't work very well and didn't close completely.

Possibilità di parcheggiare proprio di fronte all'ingresso in posti riservati e gratuiti sia per auto che moto. Colazione abbondante e varia, dolce e salata. Personale gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove cenare nelle vicinanze. È stata un'ottima scelta e lo consigliamo

• Dèsirée (7/5): - Personale accogliente, alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno regalato due piccoli libretti in cartoncino con delle foto di Kotor e dintorni, niente di che ma molto apprezzato! Camera spaziosa con balconcino Pulizia Ok Colazione a buffet, più salato che dolce Parcheggio della struttura gratuito esattamente difronte all’entrata della reception e sotto camera nostra, quindi perfetto. Purtroppo facendo la doccia rischi di allagare mezza camera, anche con la massima attenzione è inevitabile che l’acqua fuoriesca perché è pari al pavimento di tutto il resto del bagno, non è rialzata; ha il vetro divisorio ma avrebbero dovuto farlo più esteso, oppure mettere dei pezzi di ritenzione per l’acqua.. Lavandino molto piccolo Stendino sul balcone tutto rotto e storto e pure arrugginito… La struttura si trova a circa 30 minuti a piedi dall’Old Town di Kotor , non proprio comodo per chi non ama camminare, però è una camminata lungo mare quindi si può fare.

• Tharindu (7/5): A decent hotel - Short walk from the sea. They provided complimentary basic breakfast (can’t complain since it was free) beds were decently comfortable. Staff was courteous. Needs a bit of renovation. Can be noisy in the night due to the proximity to the main road. The shower does not have a curtain or a way to stop water from messing the whole bathroom. Water would run to the room as well. Photos might be outdated does not reflect real condition

• Anastasia-Marina (8/5): Basic stay in Kotor with parking. - Free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sea view at some of the rooms. Spacy rooms and bathrooms. Near the beach and the city center. The property is really old with old furniture, but most important with awful mattresses! Our sleep was difficult. Also, the air conditioner was over the beds, so it was difficult to adjust the temperature when you had the cold air to point at you while sleeping. The breakfast was just basic and a lot of the stuff wasn't tasty. I think it is time to renovate the property.

Завтрак шведский стол, очень понравились брускетты! До моря 2 минуты, рядом можно искупаться, до Котора 1,5 км
• Lucia Florencia (7/5): Estancia agradable - Personal amable y dispuesto, nos prestaron una ketel para calentar agua 🙂. Habitación muy grande con aire acondicionado, baño amplio. Caminando está cerca del mar donde puedes ir a darte un baño y comer algo. Desayuno incluido casero, elaborado por una señora muy amable La limpieza podría haber sido mejor. La habitación tenía una iluminación bastante tenue. La entrada del hotel da a una carretera y para llegar hay una cuesta pronunciada. La bañera no tenía cortinas y al ducharse se mojaba todo el baño. Si lo que te interesa es el casco antiguo/ fortaleza, no está tan cerca (20 miin caminando)

• Alex (10/5): - Obwohl die Unterkunft an der Straße liegt hört man nichts vom Lärm, da die Schlafzimmer Richtung Bucht zeigen. Die Zimmer entsprachen unseren Erwartungen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar noch vor der Rezeptionszeit einen Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert, was nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist. Der Weg zur Altstadt zieht sich ein wenig, ist aber in 20 Minuten zu bewerkstelligen. Dafür ist es selbst zur Hochsaison nicht zu stark überlaufen und man bekommt immer einen Platz irgendwo am Strand, der quasi um die Ecke liegt. Nichts zu beanstanden.

Kahvaltı ücrete dahildi, dışarıda yemekler genel olarak pahalı olduğu için otelde yemek kârlı oldu. Çalışanlar kibardı. Temizliğini yeterli bulmadım, çarşaflar ve havlular deterjan kokuyordu ama lekeliydi biraz rahatsız oldum. Eski bir oteldi biz sadece uyumaya gittiğimiz ve sadece iki gece kaldığımız için idare ediliyordu ama uzun süre kalmak için tavsiye etmiyorum.

• Igor (10/5): Kotor is the best! - - close to the beach and promenade - variety of breakfast options - dedicated parking space - low pressure of water in the bathroom - it's just on the main road, so for noise sensitive people is better to avoid - sound insulation of entrance door is very poor, however the accomodation has a second one inside, separating bathroom and entrance from the bedroom

Parcheggio disponibile davanti alla struttura anche se nel nostro caso ci hanno riservato un posto sulla strada perché gli altri erano già riservati. Camera grande e bagno ristrutturato, anche se, come spesso riscontrato anche in altre strutture, si perdono nei dettagli: mensole d'appoggio, appendini, ecc. Il centro di Kotor dista 30 minuti a piedi (troppo con alte temperature) ma parcheggio in centro è pressoché impossibile. La receptionist è stata molto disponibile e ci ha organizzato il tour in barca. Colazione poco continentale.

We hadden in eerste instantie voor 1 nacht geboekt maar zijn in totaal 3 nachten gebleven. Kamer is groot en schoon. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Personeel ook vriendelijk.

Bence müşterilere çok fazla ilgililer resmen ne yapsamda fazladan cebime para girsin düşüncesindeler.Adaya gitmek için özel jet ayarlamışlar bunu o an öğreniyoruz çocuktan da polis var diyip ücret aldılar halbuki çocuktan ücret alınmıyormuş resmen dolandırmaya çalıştılar.O yüzden bizim için güzel bir tarafı yoktu.

• Jason (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Bay - The Marija 2 apartments here were in a fantastic location just on the edge of the Bay of Kotor with amazing balcony views of the Bay, and the surrounding mountains. It is located around 15-20 minutes walk away from the Kotor old town however there is a back entrance that takes you down to the water's edge, along the beaches and marina front which gives you an amazing view for your walk to and from. The place itself was lovely with amazing and helpful staff that were there to answer all our questions, give us towels for the beach and who gave us leaving presents as we check out. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious and clean, and breakfast was included even though we weren't aware of that prior to arriving which was a bug bonus! Especially because it tasted so good too! Nothing at all

The staff was super helpful and very dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely come back. Unfortunately, the apartment doesn't include a kitchen area.

• Małgorzata (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, spacerkiem promenadą do Starego Miasta ok. 15 min. Dobre i obfite śniadania. Pokój bardzo przestronny i czysty. Cudny widok z balkonu na zatokę i góry. Ale przede wszystkim fantastyczni ludzie, którzy tam pracują a szczególnie Pani na recepcji, która zajęła się nami od pierwszego dnia i zapewniła wszystko co było nam potrzebne oraz pomagała w wielu innych sprawach w których prosiliśmy o pomoc lub informacje. Bardzo dziękujemy jeszcze raz i pozdrawiamy. Mocno chlorowana woda ale to przecież problem wodociągów 🙂. Kawę można parzyć z wody butelkowanej i po kłopocie.

• Lydia (10/5): - The staff was so friendly. I dealt with one brunette female, didn't catch her name but she was so lovely and accommodating. I booked quite last minute but she was so friendly and gave me little tips and directions for what to do when in the town. It's a little further out from kotor old town, like a 25 minute walk but taxis aren't too expensive and the road is really easy to follow so it's not too bad.
