- Damilola Adebambo (10/5): - The property was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Located right on the beach, it offered easy access to nearby restaurants and local supermarkets. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I personally found the selection repetitive after a couple of days. Parking was available, and while the local bus service wasn’t very frequent, it was accessible. The booking was reasonably priced and budget-friendly. The shower had excellent water pressure and stayed hot—perfect for long, relaxing showers. Overall, I had a great experience. I’d definitely consider staying again, although I also enjoy exploring other options.

Located close to beach with beach chairs we were able to enjoy a little afternoon sun and cocktail on beach. Newly upgraded modern hotel with parking and elevator. Rooms were good size very comfortable with balcony. Would stay again.

- Elin (4/5): Trångt rum och balkong utan möbler men bra frukost - Bra läge vid stranden, rent och sköna sängar. Men på balkongen fanns bara en torkställning, inga möbler. Personalen var inte särskilt trevliga, ointresserade. Frukosten var riktigt bra, kylskåpet också. Ingen pool finns och de ger inga eller hyr ut strand handdukar, vilket vi tycker är ett stort minus. Restaurangen tog inte betalkort.

- Ugur (10/5): - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt für Strandliebhaber. Außerdem war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Insgesamt ein rundum tolles Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen würden.

Unica pecca è la colazione, c’era tanto cibo salato, caffè all’americana e latte freddo, ma per noi Italiani, mettevano poche brioches e quando finivano non rimpiazzavano mai e il cappuccino era a pagamento…!!

Piscina no tiene pero a cambio tienes hamacas y sombrilla gratis por se huésped Mala comunicación para moverse , solo taxi (caro). Alrededor existe gran oferta de restaurantes. Zona similar a Benidorm mejorado

The seafood linguini was to die for.Only a short stride to the nice sandy beach withfreesunbeds,although the beach was good sand therewere lots of cigarette buts .Lots of restaurants nearby and all verycheap prices itshard to spend over 30euros for a meal for2 people including wine.The only down side was we paoid expedia forlocal transport to theresprt but we arrived at midnight and were told that the buses stopped at 9pm so we were forced tto take a taxi to our hotel

- Karl Rickard (8/5): - Bella Vista is a nice option if you want a good hotel that's close to the beach. The room was fresh and I had a big corner balcony with some ocean view which I really enjoyed. The best part is the beach and that every room comes with your own sunchair x2, and a parasol. The staff is friendly but it might be hard to have e decent conversation in English, so sometimes it was hard to make yourself understood. This is the same all around Durres so had nothing to do with the hotel itself. The breakfast included is okey but a bit dry, since there are no heating plates for the sausage and eggs. I went out to eat in the evening so I can't say anything about the restaurant when it comes to dinner. The picture of the beach is not from the actual hotel - it's the building in front of it - so the front is facing the road instead of the beach, which can be a bit misleading. You only need 30 seconds to get there though so it's still a "beach hotel" in my opinion. All and all I'm pleased with my stay and would recommend this for all people who put the emphasis on spending the day at the beach.

- Björn (8/5): Trevligt och fräscht hotell - Bra hotell nära stranden i en lite lugnare del av Durres långa sandstrand (södra delen) med många restauranger i närheten. Vi både även längre norrut i Durres men föredrog den södra delen. Hotellet hjälpte till med parkering vilket underlättade.

We found our way left at the roundabout and it was a mile down the road. Good room, good dinner. AC and wi-fi were working good. Safe place to park. Had a good night sleep and a breakfast. El hotel muy limpio y moderno. la habitación tiene tele plana, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado, balcón y nevera. La limpieza y cambio de toallas es diario. El desayuno buffet bastante completo. Muy cerca en el paseo hay muchos sitios para comer, tomar algo, comprar, hasta oficinas de Exchange. Volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

All welcomed us with a smile. The room was great, it had a restaurant in the first floor and walking distance to the beach which was perfect. The umbrellas were provided by the hotel and there was allways room to sit. Thank you

Alla richiesta di cambio mi è stata offerta una camera family , al costo di 25 euro totali per i restanti 5 giorni..Camera ovviamente differente ad un costo irrisorio che però non avrei dovuto pagare. Ed infine colazione molto scarsa , se non mangi salato , composta da un tipo di brioche ed una marmellata , null'altro.

- Chantal (4/5): Albanien ja, dieses Hotel nein... - Zuerst das Gute: Der Privatstrand ist klasse, bekamen einen Platz unter dem Sonnenschirm inkl. Liegen. Das Zimmer selber war genug gross, jedoch das Badezimmer recht mickrig und nicht mal eine ordentliche Dusche. Zudem hatte es Fugenschimmel an der Wand. Für Allergiker komplett ungeeignet. Das Bett war nicht nur schlecht, dieses hatte die Lebensdauer definitiv überschritten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls nocht das Gelbe vom Ei, es gab nur Brot welches wie Pappkarton schmeckte und zudem gummig und nicht wirklich geniessbar war. Kein Luxus also... Für Albanien, welches gerade tourismustechnisch hochkommen will, ist der Preis für die Unterkunft mit diesem Standart sehr hoch. Die Umgebung selber ist soweit in Ordnung...

- Budapesti89 (8/5): Cheap and great place - Great place near to the beach friendly staff and confortable rooms. The breakfast is not so much and various it's the similar all day. Private free beach it's very good and the local bus stop is near to hotel. I recommend it
- 640ardianm (2/5): Terrible - Breakfast is really poor, no hot water at any time, rooms are so dirty and they barly clean them, no wifi(eventhough the price of the hotel is really high),food is really pricey, no shops around so you will be depending on the hotels food only, plus the tv only has channels in russian and italian ,so i wasnt able to watch tv and understand any of it. Customer service is awful!!!
- y0annav (8/5): Good price/quality ratio - We arrived very early in the morning - around 6 a.m. The only person around was the gardener who explained with gestures that the receptionist will show up at 7. They agreed to let us check in early, we even bought breakfast and were already at the beach at 9 o'clock. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The shower cable was a bit short but there was a bidet so I guess that wasn't such a problem. ;) Our room faced the street so it was quite noisy at night, though we still managed to get enough sleep. The breakfast was quite nice (eggs, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread (there wasn't a toaster though), sweet and salty pastries, jams, tea and juice. A big minus for us was that the coffee wasn't included and there wasn't water at the breakfast table either. The staff in general and the receptionist, in particular, were very friendly and spoke decent English, though we still managed to get in a comic situation when she told us that the bus tickets from the hotel to the center cost 600 ALL/person (they actually cost 60, i.e. 0,45 euro :D). We paid for our stay with a card, though it wasn't possible to do it in the restaurant. However, the waiters were willing to wait for us to pay the bill at a later time when we had found an ATM in Durrës (there weren't any in or near the hotel). Beware of card fees in Albania - we were charged 700 ALL (over 5 euro) for each ATM withdrawal and card payment.
- august_hiking (8/5): A great one night stay - We stayed in this hotel for only one night and it was ok for us. Rooms are tidy and plenty of space, but quite noisy at night. Or window faced a wall of other building (like 2 meters away). Breakfast was quite poor (coffee not included and juice were quite chemical (made from some powder)). Although hotel restaurant was great for a dinner! I enjoyed my seafood mix so much! And we paid no more than 40 eur for 4 person dinned with wine and beer.
- moiram122 (6/5): Holiday - Visited this hotel with my daughter, not what I expected although it was directly on on the beach, the staff very friendly right through to the cleaners, but the manager did not have very good people skills, would never smile or look directly at us when speaking, whether this was because he could not understand English very well, I do not know, it was only when my daughter spoke to him in Albanian that he started to smile. One evening the hotel had a student night on the waiter said to us it was fine for us to stay in the restaurant for the evening if we wanted unfortunately the manager had other ideas when he told us to finish quickly and leave the restaurant, as this hotel is directly on the road and lighting and pathways is not one if Albania's strong points, we had no option other than go to our room and watch t.v. for the evening, luckily we did have tv and fridge in room. Also this is a room with breakfast but this does not include coffee.
- samaranda (6/5): Friendly but dirty - The hotel is not what I expected. Rooms are old fashioned, dirty and there is no sea view. The food is very nice and tasty. It's cheap, beach is nice but I won't come back again. Ask room for main building. The other one is terrible.
- gencka (10/5): Perfect and cheap place. Good hospitality. - Good hospitality. Food and wine are great also. Staff is very helpful. Visited 5 - 6 and really enjoyed. If you are in Durres and you want a good place and not expensive, than you must visit Bella Vista.
- 58indrits (10/5): Ottimo posto per fermarsi - It is a Very Good Place where to stop and stay evenings, to have a good glass of wine. Also food is delicious and very fresa. Fish is very fresh and well cooked. Staff is polite and helpful , they speak English and italian
- 400celis (10/5): Summer Holiday - Our room in the Bella Vista was cleaned every day and the service was very kind. The restaurant has very good dishes - especially Pasta.The hotel has also a garage where we parked our car. Even though we arrived late in the night we were able to take a room.
- AmandaRoams (2/5): False advertising - On the site we booked through, the hotel claimed to take credit cards. We were asked to pay up front in cash when we arrived. We asked where to park and a rude and patronizing waiter said "Can't you see the lines? Between the lines." We had questioned the parking as it was on a very busy,narrow, dark street and there was an underground parking that seemed safer. In the room there were dirty towels hanging, the toilet didn't function well, and the a/c generated a slight breeze only. Breakfast was not included, although it was advertised as being part of the deal. We were charged for our coffee each morning. The mattress was fine, but the pillows were thin and hard. I have never seen a pillow so thin and painfully hard. I cannot imagine what it was made of, and I spent a few hours in the middle of the night trying to figure it out.
- 771evgeniyak (6/5): Not bad hotel - We have stayed in this hotel for a week in July 2013. The reception is great - girls are very helpful and kind. The breakfast is not good at all because we do not have a choice. When we wanted to order a breakfast for money, the waiter didn't understand us. Anyway, waiters almost never understand English. They do not even try to ask someone who speaks English to help. The location leaves much to be desired. The noisy road is right in front of the hotel. That is why we cahnge the room form a big one in front of the road to the quiet one but small. First days we had to walk along this road to get to the beach because they did not let us to go through the restaurant territory. Then we founmd another way to get to the beach - the back yard. But anyway it is full of parked cars. But the sea here is wonderful. You can easily find the place on the beach if you come before 10 am. They clean the beach every evening but it seems that they can't clean all the cigarettes in the sand. As for the cleaning in the rooms - it was ok, they cleaned every day our room but didn't change the bed linen often. To sum up, If you want just to sleep and swim, it is the good choice for its price.
