Het schoonmaakpersoneel was vriendelijk Het eten was echt verschrikkelijk! ik had dit hotel geboekt omdat het all-inclusive was maar heb er vrijwel geen gebruik van gemaakt. Al het eten was koud, maakte niet uit hoe vroeg of laat je aankwam. Er was geen variatie tussen ontbijt, lunch of diner. Verder was het vlees nat en de groentes zompig. Het enige wat te eten was, was het geroosterd brood met boter. Het personeel was van het hotel was onbeschoft. Ik heb nog nooit eerder zulke haatdragende mensen ontmoet!

• Nickie (7/5): Nice hotel shame about the food and drinks - Property was very clean Food was very poor and cold not sure if this was because it was at the end of the season or if this was normal but we did have to eat in the diamond bar at the front of the hotel which was not on the all inclusive but the food in the bar was far superior to the hotel food and the beers was a lot better as well but again not on the all inclusive package

Избрах All Inclusive, но храната не беше много добра;, кашкавал, салам - имитиращи продукти; хигиената в ресторанта - зле (мръсни чинии и вилици), напитките, сервирани от маркуч бяха ужасни. • Doris (1/5): - Great location It's the worst all-inclusive we have ever been on ! We regret, never again!!!! I never write bad reviews, but this one really deserves! Every meal was cold and repetitive food. Food was cold even if you came just when meal time began! 1 microwave on the site. Staff don't speak English at all . They speak only Bulgarian language at 4 star hotel! ( apart reception) So it's a challenge to order a drink you want or speak about allergies with restaurant staff! Example: I grabbed a cup to make a coffee, and when I went to the table with my fresh coffee, I was just about to take first sip and I realised that a cup was dirty as it was still someone's lipstick on it ! I complained to members of staff but the answer was : I don't speak English ! Bed shits were changed only once during our 7 days' stay. And cleaning lady once even haven't make my bed , she done only my husband bed ,lol! Poor quality of the drinks ! At the pool bar is one machine for making drinks, and when I asked for vodka with lemonade, I received rum with tonic ! And for staff was everything OK, they prepared a drink so I got my drink, lol !!! Forget about nice holiday drinks like sex on the beach or blue lagoon. They will make you slush with vodka ! Also, during snack time ( every day the same - pizza , cold chips, and something like cheap nuggets ) . Guest were waiting for pizza , but it looked like staff is on holiday too, because they were taking half of pizza at one time for themselves and eat at the same time with guests ,so it was making guests to wait longer for another pizza to be ready as it wasn't enough for people in the queue as staff was more important! And no ketchup on site for a snack when you finally warm it up in the microwave! Looks like there is no menager on site to have control! When you wanted ice cream , they had no choice, only vanilla or one day only was chocolate flavour.

Každý večer okrem pondelka detská disko a neskôr aj program pre hostí. Hotel v dobrej lokalite blízko nákupných možností a blízko pláže. Vonku pekne preliezky pre deti. Pozitívne určite hodnotím pizzu v snack bare 😊 Mám pocit že plachty na posteliach boli viackrát navlečené tie isté aj keď sme ich zhodili z postele lebo sa dcérka pocikala tak sme si všimli že sme mali natiahnutú plachtu na posteli s tým istým flakom. Na izbe mu veľmi chýbal veľký kôš. Jedlo nič moc to hodnotím negatívne kazdy deň to isté .. obedy a večere aj keď mali byť teplé tak boli studené. Špinave poháre aj taniere museli sme preberať a hľadať schopné ... Broskyne vyzerali že už majú čo to za sebou.... Voda v bazéne ľadová deti tam nechceli ani vojsť. Čašníci dotieravo zbierali taniere ešte sme ani dojedene nemali. Škrupiny v praženici...

• Darja (10/5): Zelo prijetno bivanje z odlično hrano, čistočo in prijaznim osebjem. Super lokacija, odlična hrana. - Z bivanjem v hotelu smo bili zelo zadovoljni. Hotel je bil izredno čist, hrana raznolika in vedno na voljo. Čez cel dan je bilo poskrbljeno za obilico hrane in pijače, skoraj preveč vsega. Lokacija hotela je odlična, saj je do plaže le kratek sprehod. Klimatska naprava je odlično delovala v vseh prostorih. Posebej bi pohvalili prijaznost in ustrežljivost osebja ter udobje sob in postelj. Hotel je miren in primeren tudi za družine. Z veseljem ga priporočamo drugim. Edina manjša slabost je bila hladna voda v bazenu in nekoliko skromna animacija oz. dodatne aktivnosti, ki bi lahko bile bolj raznolike. Kljub temu bi hotel z veseljem priporočili drugim.

• Beatrice (6/5): - Camerele foarte curate și spațioase. Snackbar-ul care ne-a salvat și nu ne-a lăsat flamanzi pe parcursul sejurului. Când vine vorba de mâncare putem spune ca am fost mai mult decât dezamăgiți. 3-4 sortimente de mâncare la masa care se tot repetau. Pe lângă faptul ca nu erau prea multe posibilități de mâncare, cea care era nu arata prea bine asa ca ne-am rezumat la unt cu pâine, orez sau cartofi prăjiți. Rar reușeam sa le prindem si pe acestea calde.

Там были сломаны тумбочка и вода в унитаще текла без перерыва. Хочу отметить бармена Ruz - самый приветливый и общительный. Ему ставью 5⭐️. Уборка номеров ежедневная. Еда не разнообразная, но вкусная. На ресепшене приветливый персонал. Рекомендую этот отель для семейнонр отдыха.

• Bogdan (1/5): - Singurul lucru ok a fost marimea camerei Mâncarea oribila, si aceeasi mâncare la fiecare prânz si cina timp de o săptămână, mobilierul vechi si stricat, pereții scorojiți, pleduri patate de sânge, prosoape cu gauri, personal sictirit care te serveau de parca iti dădeau din buzunarul lor. Atâta dispreț din partea personalului nu am mai văzut. Singurul personal amabil au fost cei de la curățenie si cei care strângeau mesele. Cu siguranță nu mai revin si nu recomand. Hotelul este de maxim 3 stele.

• Kenéz (8/5): Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Gyerekbarát hotel, ahol minden a gyerekek körül for - A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, csendesebb részen található. A tengerpart és a bárok 5 perc sétára vannak, tehát minden nagyon könnyen megközelíthető. All Inclusive szállodához képest nagyon kevés volt a választék a italok és a ételek terén. Néhány fogás 7 napon át ismétlődött, csak egy-két ételt cseréltek naponta. A reggeli mindig ugyanaz, de több opció volt, úgyhogy egy hét akart nem unja meg az ember. A vacsorával volt inkább probléma, sokszor az ehetetlen volt.

• Andrei (2/5): De cacaoooo - Curat și camera recent renovată. - mâncarea bătaie de joc - masa se termină mai repede decât era pe program - nu se făcea la sucuri refil, dacă se termina îți curgea apa la dozator. -cel mai slab hotel la care am fost până acum. Mai bine pui 1000ron in plus și fugi de acolo. Anii trecuți am stat la Astoria, peste această cocină de 10000de ori. -apă gheață în piscină. Mâncarea nu se schimbă ! Mănânci aceleași legume aceleași blaturi cu ceva glazură brânză la greu și pepene, asta găseai la fructe, zi de zi pepene și mere. Băi asta a fost bătaie de joc. Cu părere de rău, un concediu de cacao. Durere de burtă nu ca a fost ceva stricat pur și simplu de foarte proasta calitate și eu nu sunt un sensibil. Dar nu să îți bați joc, nici câinele meu nu cred ca mânca jegurile de acolo. 2 zile am mâncat acolo . În rest mi-am cumpărat.

Hotelul bun visual și confortabil. - WiFi merge rău de tot (se conectează greu apoi peste 1 minută se deconectează) - Mincarea se repetă și nu e cea mai gustoasă. - Nu este barnaia unde să facă cocktailuri ( doar bere și înghețată). - La 7 dimineața se face curățenie la bazin, kerkerul face așa gălăgie ca nu mai dormi pina la 9 dimineața normal.
