• Mary (1/5): See above comments. - Nothin this trip First day it rained in the bathroom when folks upstairs took a shower. Asked to be moved, but was told no rooms available. Don’t believe. Second night new folks upstairs were very loud at 11:30 pm. Kids running and jumping and yelling. Went upstairs and asked if they could keep noise down. Father said yes; but noise continued until 1 pm or so. There is no one on duty to tell them to be quiet. We left the next day and basically had to forfeit one night’s charge. Have stayed at this place many times before; but will never go back.

• Frederick (10/5): We will definitely stay here again. - The staff exceptional. Very helpful and polite. The property gives a real overview of what paradise on earth is truly about. Our accommodations were perfect for our disabilities. The only sad thing we encountered is the hot tub spa was not operational.

Loved the space and it was very well equipped! The dead mouse we could smell instantly when we walked inside. We had to wait for them to finish cleaning so I’m very surprised they missed the rotten, dead mouse we threw out in the kitchen cabinet.

• lannutti (3/5): 1/10. - The view was great. The bathroom ceiling had an active water leakage dripping from the ceiling during my stay. I informed the staff. They tried to reach out to maintenance with no avail. We were left to use the property because they have no alternative place to place us in for the night. No staff came in to help us clean or see the property during the said unfortunate event. We were not sure if it was safe or what type of water was dripping from the ceiling. It was unsanitary and unsafe. No refunds for the inconvenience. We can hear movements from upstairs neighbors which defeats the purpose of a restful stay.
• Glayd (9/5): Quiet and pretty - Quiet, close to town but private. Kids liked it. The microwave was cracked, which I informed office. It was still usable but had to hold the door bottom when opened and closed.

• Garcia (9/5): The view was amazing. - We loved the view! Liked the kitchen was fully furnished. The ac didn’t work good. The toilet handle kept falling off in the master bath. The toilet In hallway didn’t have good water pressure. Could use some upgrades.

• Rebbecca (9/5): Beautiful place to bring the family. - We loved the beautiful views. Very much enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning. The kids loved the pool! It was nice and warm even in the freezing weather. The space was perfect for our family. The water pressure was horrible, and it was hard to get a warm shower. Also hard to warm the bathroom for showers. The property could use some tlc. It would be sad to let such a beautiful place fall apart.

• Luis (8/5): Condominio con buena ubicación pero falta mantenimiento de limpieza - Todo el condominio olía a cigarro en extremo, al punto que fuimos a pedir aromatizante, nos dieron un Tide, pero no fue suficiente y tuvimos que ir al Walmart a comprar un Febreze para aromatizar todo 2 veces y así al final perduró el mal olor, eso pasa cuando la alfombra está sucia sin lavarse, no es de limpiarla está sucia Ubicación y servicios
• Norma (8/5): - Very disappointed about the pool area and the hot tub no working. They should have told us since that was one of the reasons we chose this property. Also the water at the pool was too warm. It should have been fresh since is summer and it was hot outside
• Alan (8/5): - This is an older property that has been kept up pretty well. The pool area needed some heavy cleaning and the hot tub was covered with a piece of plywood and obviously not working which was disappointing.
• LEVI (8/5): - Cool location on top of a mountain. Loved the brick driveway. Condo was roomy with full kitchen. Refrigerated air was nice. Views were beautiful. Area was quiet, except for noisy neighbors above us. Parking is a little weird. Overall, the resort is in need of renovation. The condos, the pool house, the game room, all are needing updating and/or repairs. The restrooms in the condo were especially dilapidated. Everything is functional (minus the jacuzzi), however, and we still enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 mostly due to the location. Oh, and the price was reasonable (start of August).

• Tojo375 (10/5): A great property with a fantastic view. - Our apartment was larger than expected. It was equipped with everything we needed—functional and clean throughout. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the green mountains. The kids loved the pool and the sports and recreation area. Ruidoso is currently heavily affected by flooding. Since another accommodation had canceled on us last year due to floods and wildfires, I wanted to confirm in advance that our booking was still valid—especially because my wife was feeling a bit anxious due to the media coverage. Unfortunately, my message via the Booking portal went unanswered. I would have appreciated better communication in this regard.

• Mary (4/5): - This was obviously an older unit that did not earn the RCI silver rating. The pool was okay and warm. We asked for toilet paper and were told we had to go buy our own. Our deck was comfortable and had enough chairs for the five of us. Since the unit slept 6 it was a chair short. One of the cupboard doors fell apart when we opened it!

• anthony (8/5): - Overall it was a solid stay at this resort. It’s a tad bit older property that shows a little wear but it’s still solid. The only real issue was both bathroom showers has less then ideal water pressure and the hot tub was not working (was told bears destroyed it during the fires last year by a timeshare resident, don’t know how true that was ). But everything else here was ideal. Really spacious areas. Nice living room and kitchen areas. We did use the bbq grills and pool both which were great amenities. For price we paid and room quality Im extremely happy. I would not hesitate staying again or recommending to friends. The view from our bedroom was amazing

• Patricia (10/5): - When we first arrived the spare room at ants but the hotel staff quickly found us another room and set us up within less than 5 minutes. Each of our rooms we stayed in was very very clean and comfortable. The second room we were given did not lock. Management was able to provide us a key so that we could lock the door and be able to leave and comfort. The staff was wonderful the grounds were beautiful and I would definitely stay there again even with the couple of the missteps
• Daniel (9/5): restful. - THE PLACE WAS WONDRFUL! I JUST DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY ASK YOU TO MESSAGFE ANY REQUSET AN WHEN YOU DO THE FRONT DESK DOESNT EVEN SEE THEM! THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD IN THE FRONT DESK. I WAS TOLD CALL INSTEAD OF DOING THAT. LIKE IF I KOW IM SUPPOST TO CALL INSTEAD OF FOLLOW WHAT THEY ASK IN THE RESERVATIONS. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, I REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE REALLY ACCOMADATING. THAT OUR REQUEST WAS AT LEAST CONCIDERED. INSTEAD OF NOT EVEN LOOKED AT.
