They canceled a second night I had booked and couldn’t keep due to an accident on the turnpike i experienced the day before. The desk person treated with care and understanding. Still, the room and hotel overall just seemed tired and not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. The bathroom and room seemed dated, the pillows were awful, and the sheets smelled old and needed replacing. I’m sorry, but you asked me.

This time one bed was in poor condition, which went unnoticed until retiring late at night. The sheets were rough as sand paper and upon pulling up the covers there was a strong stench of body odor, causing us to wonder if that bed had been cleaned & changed between guests. We were too tired to deal with it at that time so both slept in the other bed & talked with FD & manager the next morning. Very disgusting night.

India Penn explained to me how to operate the fire pit. When we return from dinner we went straight to the patio where the was. I had trouble getting it to light. India came immediately and got it started. She also gave us wine glasses to use. Then came back to make sure everything was still okay. She seemed like she truly cared about us having a good experience. We appreciated it very much.
Curt (10/5): - Room was quiet, clean, having a frig was nice. Bathroom with walk in shower was a nice surprise. Bed was a little soft and in my opinion needs replaced. All in all very good.

Rama (2/5): - Rooms especially the bathrooms are in rundown condition, needs serious renovations. the carpet in room is minimal quality with creases/folds. All furniture in room is mismatched as if taken used and put together, The chair is so stained we didn’t want to touch it. The bed was creaking constantly on every turn throughout night, every where it looked old and dirty, we had to cancel our second night stay and find alternative accommodations for next day. With our bad experience we had to question the legitimacy of the so called “excellent reviews” we read for the property online. It is a lower motel grade property not sure why charging $165/night. Only thing positive is the friendly front desk staff. Never again coming back.
