• Jaroslava (10/5): Personál velmi milý a vstřícný. - Pokoj čistý, velká tvrdší postel a prostorný. Snídaně byla pestrá,různé druhy pečiva,sýrů,salámu a také zdravější forma jogurtů,müsli apod. Zelenina i ovoce. Vše bylo v pohodě.

• Lutz (10/5): Sehr schöner sensationeller Aufenthalt ! - Von An bis Abreise war hier alles wirklich sensationell. Nette freundliche Mitarbeiter im Hotel sowie Restaurant. Da wir etwas zeitiger waren konnten wir bei einem sehr guten Essen im Restaurant warten. Auch unser reservierter Parkplatz stand bereit. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und auch abwechselungsreich, Wurst Käse Obst Joghurt un d auch Süßes war im Angebot und der Kaffe war sehr gut. Ein wirklich gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss machte das Ganze rundum Sensationell !

• Evelyn (9/5): - Wir waren schon das zweite mal in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt und somit auch ruhiger. Trotzdem ist man schnell an der Metro, Bus oder Tram. Genau deshalb haben wir uns auch dieses mal für diese Villa entschieden. Auch das Frühstück ist reichlich, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder..

La cena alla carta con possibilità di scegliere due pietanze. Cucina molto accurata e piatti raffinati. Ottima accoglienza di tutto il personale!Posizione tranquilla, non in centro ma a 10 minuti da metro e bus che raggiungevano il centro in pochissimo tempo!

• JEAN PIERRE (10/5): Un superbe séjour dans un hotel d'excellence - Nous avons passé 7 jours en demi-pension et tout était parfait: calme de l'hotel et de son environnement, confort de l'établissement, une magnifique chambre (N° 16 ) avec terrasse donnant sur le jardin et avec vue sur la ville. La litterie avec un lit super confort de 2 mètres de large, un salon dans la chambre etc... La distance avec la station de métro (ligne A) située à moins de 10 minutes était très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait et les repas du soir en demi-pension ont répondu à notre attente. Le personnel était très dévoué, à notre écoute, et nous a bien aidé dans la traduction du tchèque, langue qui n'est pas toujours aisée. Sans hésiter je conseille cet établissement à tous ceux qui envisagent un séjour à Prague, au calme, loin de l'agitation du centre ville et permettant en moins de 25 minutes de se rendre vers tous les centres d'intérêts de cette superbe ville. Rien, tout était parfait.

• Dusan (9/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt - Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind ruhig und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Stadt sehr gut erreichbar. U-Bahn ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Die Fahrpreise sind sehr günstig, Menschen über 65 fahren ganz kostenlos. Auch das Essen und Trinken dort war schmackhaft. Mir fällt nichts ein.

• Kryštof (8/5): Výborný poměr cena-výkon. - Hotel byl v tiché a klidné lokalitě, 10 minut od metra. Skvělá snídaně a naprosto úchvatná obsluha u večeří (pí Daniela). Pokoj byl prostorný, pohodlný a sice lehce retro stylizovaný, ale za tu cenu velká spokojenost. Co zlepšit - mrzela mě absence varné konvice na pokoji, iritující byly koberce (to je opravdu už přežitek z minulého století), ale jediný reálný problém byl tlak vody ve sprše.

Rada sa vrátim Nenasla som nič čo by sa mne osobne nepáčilo. Akurát že izba malička s jedným nočným stolíkom, ale to nie je podstatné, keďže sme sa v nej ani nezdržiavali
• Susanne (9/5): Wunderschönes, stilvolles Hotel in guter, ruhiger Lage - Das Hotel strahlt eine sehr angenehme, gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Der Villenstil steht im spannenden Kontrast zu den Hochhäusern. Die kurze Entfernung zur Metro war bedeutend. Frühstück und Abendessen entsprechen absolut der Preis-Leistung. Das Personal, besonders der Empfang durch den jungen Mann an der Réception, war ausgesprochen freundlich und ließ meinen Mann und mich sofort sich wohl fühlen. Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer mit Balkon hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen! Wir können uns über nichts beschweren.

Erkélyről a kilátás nagyon jó. A kert nagyon szép. Pont amikor mentem volna az edzőteremben, nem volt elérhető a recepciós, akitől kulcsot kértem volna.
• Jiří (9/5): - S ubytováním jsme byli naprosto spokojeni. Snídaně byla pro nás výborná a splnila naše požadavky. Metro asi 400metrů od hotelu, takže velká spokojenost. Měli jsme pěkné počasí a díky tomu jsme využili posezení v krásné venkovní zahrádce. Personál ochotný, bylo nám dobře. Nic, co by stálo za napsání. Snad jenom, že postel byla tvrdší, než jsme zvyklí, ale dalším deseti to zase může vyhovovat.

• sophie (4/5): Aucune considération des clients - Le restaurant est agréable et on y mange bien. J’avais réservé un séjour de 4 nuits avec une option d’annulation gratuite jusqu’à 48h avant l’arrivée. Après la première nuit, j’ai souhaité écourter mon séjour d’une nuit pour des raisons personnelles. Malheureusement, l’hôtel a refusé toute modification, sans faire preuve de compréhension ni de flexibilité. Au-delà de cette décision, c’est surtout l’attitude du personnel qui m’a déçue : accueil froid, manque d’écoute et aucune volonté de trouver une solution. Nous avons même eu le sentiment que seule la dimension financière comptait. De plus, la décision semblait venir d’un responsable qui n’a jamais pris la peine de venir échanger avec nous directement, ce qui renforce le sentiment d’un manque de considération envers les clients. Je repars donc avec une expérience globalement décevante, surtout sur le plan humain.

• Oleh (8/5): - Понравилось место расположение отеля - очень тихий район. Есть парковка небольшая , но при желании можно поставить машину и вдоль дороги . В номере отличная кровать - спать прекрасно ! Все чисто , но чувствуется что поток туристов действительно очень большой и немного пошарпаный пол и дверные ручки. Завтрак в принципе нормальный , но я бы его назвал завтраком на минималках ))) Скудненько как то )))

• Cristina (9/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Buona struttura con camere pulite e bagni praticamente nuovi.Ottima colazione e buon trattamento di mezza pensione. Nel trattamento di mezza pensione non sono comprese le bevande ( neppure l'acqua) e si può scegliere tra un antipasto , un primo piatto, un secondo e un dolce potendo scegliere soltanto due tra le portate elencate.Da italiano, amante della cucina, mi sarei aspettato di poter avere, come in tutti gli altri posti dove sono andato, almeno un primo piatto, un secondo ed un dessert compresi nel trattamento della mezza pensione. Per non parlare del fatto che non viene neppure proposto del pane durante il pasto. Mi sembra un po' riduttivo anche se occorre dire che quanto servito risulta ben curato e di buona qualità.

• Yvonne (10/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Schöne Lage etwas Abseits vom Zentrum, aber in 30min ist man mit der U-Bahn, Straßenbahn oder dem Bus im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Frühstück ausreichend und abwechslungsreich und das Abendessen war auch sehr lecker.

• Mamitzsch (9/5): Gerne wieder - Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wir hatten ein großzügiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Bett war angenehm groß und hatte hervorragende Matratzen. Wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und wurden auch täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was man braucht, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Das Personal war bei allen Fragen behilflich und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank Das Restaurant können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Kamera überwachter kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz am Hotel. Bis zur Metro/Straßenbahn ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit. Da gibt es nichts.
