- miki (7/5): - いつも沖縄に行くと、最終日はここに泊まります。 国際通りにあるので、夜遅くまで買い物していてもすぐにホテルに戻れるので楽チンです。レンタカーも1日早く返却して、最終日はホテルからゆいレールに乗って空港へ。 ゆいレールの美栄橋駅までも徒歩5分ほどです。 設備は古いですが、夜遅くにホテルへ戻りシャワーして寝るだけなので、十分です。

- Tatsuya (7/5): 寝るだけの用途なら十分 - 立地の良さ。国際通り沿いにあるので、観光出張の際、ホテル近くで飲んで寝るだけの用途であれば候補にしても良いと思う。ただし、夜間はホテル入り口が施錠されるので、解除番号を覚える・スマホ写真に残しとくなどしないといけないのは少し手間に感じる人もいるかも。 ・シャワーがお湯になるまで時間がかかる。 ・朝のフロントオープンが6時からなので、帰りの便を早朝にしたい人には適さないかも

- Ryoichi (6/5): ネット上の評価を参考にするときの学びを得た。 - 【総論】 利用者の属性によってはまるはまらないがはっきりする宿でした なので個人ならOKだけど家族だとNGとか、外遊び中心ならOKだけどホテル滞在メインならNGとか意見が分かれるでしょう 【こういう人におすすめ】 ・出張で単身で那覇に来て国際通り周辺で飲みたい人 ・学生などお金はないけど安く国際通りに泊まりたい人 ・飲みが目的で国際通りに近く、ほぼほぼ部屋にいない人 ・国際通りの歴史を感じたい人 【理由】 国際通りのメインアーケードのほぼ正面で横断歩道も近い。 ドンキホーテの正面。 美栄橋から徒歩10分以内。 必要十分の部屋（ベッドは良い、テレビは地上波のみ、ユニットバスは悪くない、エアコンは新しい） 1970年開業のホテル（当時の最新）の建物としてのもてなし方を感じることができる スタッフの人は親切（建物の古さはどうしようもないが、その中で出来るホスピタリティを感じる） アメニティも必要十分はある（歯ブラシ、カミソリ、タオル、寝巻き、スリッパ） 国際通りのホテルで抜群に安い 朝食500円で用意してくれる 【こういう人にはおすすめしない】 ・家族旅行で部屋の内容も求める人 ・潔癖症の人 ・古臭さや老朽化を好まない人 【理由】 ・部屋はネットに出ているような写真ほど綺麗じゃないかもしれません ・建物は古く（1970年開業）、建物に歪みが出ている。部屋や廊下に傾斜を感じる部分がある ・国際通りに面しているが、二重サッシじゃないため音が入る ・周りの綺麗なホテルに比べると見た目に見劣りする感はいなめない ・どうしても年季を感じる

- SAKIKO (10/5): とにかく、素敵なホテルでした。次は朝ごはんも食べたいです。 - 立地、サービスともに大変満足でした。 ホテル内はレトロ感はあるが、とても清潔に保たれているので全く気になりませんでした。 特にスタッフの皆様がとても親切でホスピタリティがあり、期間中大変快適に過ごせました。絶対にまた泊まりたいです。友人にもおすすめします。 何もないです。
- Kay (8/5): Location the best - Location is the best...coz It is situated right in the city centre where close to night market. Food in every corner...Lawson, family mart and 7/11 can be found in almost every block It's a budget hotel so don't expect to much.....you get what you pay
