The location is truly ideal and the fact that there is a parking arrangement was a significant advantage for us. It was a little tricky to get to and from the parking lot, but the staff was nice, approachable, and informative and helped us a lot with that.

- Moreira (10/5): - The room was very comfortable and spotless. The whole place was very clean. And the ladies at the desk were lovely, friendly and helpful. The layout of the room was great (room 6) and we did the breakfast in the room option. Although the room has an induction stove, microwave and toaster. A washer machine and dishwasher. The patio was lovely. And the location was central and a short distance to everything. I would definitely come back for a longer stay and maybe get a bigger room so me and my partner can spread out 😂.

- Sofree6 (9/5): - Le Patio est vraiment charmant et bien entretenu avec une décoration de goût. L'appartement Duplex était confortable avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un court séjour que ce soit dans la salle de bain (produits de corps) que dans la cuisine (café thé sucre sel poivre huile d'olive). Les équipements sont nombreux et utiles Les 2 salles de bain un réel plus. Le charme et le confort de la chambre du haut avec ses volets bleus arrondis et ses fenêtres sur les toits. Les parkings étaient pleins et nous avons du nous garer de l'autre côté dans un parking public. Ce problème semble être général dans le quartier mais mieux vaut prendre des dispositions à l'avance pour éviter tout désagrément au moment de votre arrivée.

There was not natural light, even with open windows. Very noisy (from street and from within hotel). The bathroom was dirty with hairs and used toothpic from the people before us. Definetely not worth the money I paid.

- Robert (10/5): Volle Punktzahl - Das ganze Anwesen ist ein Traum. Mitten in der Innenstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ich hatte vielleicht noch nie eine derart komfortable und schöne Unterkunft als Ferienwohnung. Es gibt eine Rezeption die tagsüber besetzt ist. Alle sind super freundlich.

- Claudia (10/5): - Lo mejor de todo la amabilidad del personal y su disposición al igual que la ubicación, que está en pleno centro. Nosotros hemos estado en Samaná Santa y genialisimo. Cuentan con parking y muy bien tambien, dado que el aparcamiento es reducido por la zona. Todo está a 10 minutos como mucho andando, es genial. La habitación súper limpia, olía fenomenal. Tenía de todo lo necesario y nosotros que íbamos con bebé nos proporcionaron cuna y trona. La bañera nos la ofrecieron tambien. Fenomenal todo. No hay nada que no me gustó.

- Helle (9/5): Lovely historic boutique hotel, quiet street but close walking distance to all sites. - beautiful, authentic courtyard historic property, Apartment was very nicely decorated, did not feel like a "corporate" hotel space. There was enough cookware to be able to prepare breakfast and dinner for 2 people. Lovely space in the living room to relax. Very quiet for sleeping. excellent service from the receptionist. Lovely sitting in the courtyard with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. We needed to ask for new frypans as the ones in the apartment did not connect with the induction stove element making it difficult to cook. New pans were brought immediately upon request.
- Heidrun (7/5): - Die Lage war super und der Innenhof auch sehr ansprechend und hell. Wir hatten halt eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, die ziemlich dunkel war. Da hätte ich mir eine hellere Wohnung gewünscht, die es in dem Haus wohl auch gibt. Aber im Sommer ist diese Wohnung bestimmt ideal und kühl. Einrichtung war originell und kreativ. Die Betten bequem und der Service sehr freundlich. Haben uns persönlich zum Parkplatz gebracht. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll, daher haben wir es nur am ersten Tag genommen. Würde den Ort wieder nutzen, diesmal mit Wunsch nach einer helleren Wohnung im ersten Stock 😉 Wohnung war dunkel

The location was perfect. We were close to everything. The hosts Julia and her partner were great hosts. They provided supplies whenever we needed anything. There was nothing we didn't like.

- Zeyher (10/5): Lovely stay in Cordoba. - Welcoming staff provided map with recommendations for restaurants and sights. Kitchen had good supplies for coffee and tea as well as eating. Bed and sofa were comfy. Great water pressure in the shower. Overall quiet other than some people walking down the street late at night. Close to grocery and pharmacy. 10 min walk to main sites. Would have liked hooks for jackets by entry.

L'appartement est tres confortable silencieux . Chauffage ou climatisation en etat de fonctionnement. bien équipé. Toutefois c'est un rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et donc sombre. Le manque de lumière du jour car c'est un rdc. Demander les appartements situés en étage et donnant sur le patio.

The location could not have been bettered. - Location was excellent Everything was in walking distance but the property is in a small quiet street. . Despite the fact we had booked the wrong dates,( mixing up February and March) the property very kindly agreed to accommodate us and in fact had upgraded our appartment on arrival which we really appreciated. Beds were a little hard for our taste. A folder with some information would have been appreciated although the hosts did send us some recommendations of restaurants etc by email. eg we discovered the Alcazah was closed while we were here.

- E.J. Krupe (9/5): De ideale plek om Cordoba te bezoeken. - Het onderkomen lag op de bovenste verdieping van een mooi appartementengebouw in het centrum van Cordoba. Erg mooi uitzicht! Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen binnen een loopafstand van 10 to 15 minuten. Voor 20 euro per dag kan de auto in een privé parkeergarage ondergebracht worden. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Se encuentra muy céntrico , pudiendo ir a todos los sitios de interés caminando. Judit y Julia son un encanto, se preocuparon en todo momento de que tuviésemos una estancia maravillosa, nos recomendaron sitios para comer y sitios para visitar. Repetiremos sin duda.

- maisandlukas (10/5): Perfect - We had a wonderful stay here - the hosts are so friendly, both with the texts pre-arrival with instructions and when they meet you at arrival. We felt very welcome. The entrance to the building is very attractive and easy to find, with a beautiful traditional patio-style lobby. The apartment itself was extremely generously-sized and was the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in - they really have thought of everything you could need! The location was great for exploring Córdoba, tucked away in a quiet street, but it only takes a few minutes to walk into the centre and to any attractions. It was very clean and we also received a text during our stay to see if we needed new sheets or towels. This place really elevated our trip to Córdoba and we feel the value for money was outstanding, One extra thing I would like to highlight, as it really touched me: ApartaSuites Alberca were hosting some people who had been affected by the horrific, fatal train crash in Adamuz - for free. I wanted to point this out, to let others know how kind the hosts of this place are and that you should be happy to support a place with such good morals. We only had one negative point and I did not deduct any points from this review score, as the hosts are not to blame, but on the first night of our stay, there was a drunken man who was trying to enter our apartment for quite some time, late at night. He persisted for a while and I did find this a bit frightening, but thankfully this didn't happen again!

- micaelamiau (9/5): Buena y especial - Es un lindo mini apartamento en un edificio histórico patrimonial, disfrutamos la estancia. Todo funcionó perfecto, desde la atención vía WhatsApp y la recepción, hasta los pequeños detalles en el baño, la cocina y la decoración. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar la ciudad y las indicaciones de la persona en recepción fueron increíbles, además siempre estuvieron dispuestas a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días maravillosos en la ciudad. Comentario y sugerencia: El apartaestudio es en un primer piso y al estar ubicado en un edificio patrimonial, es un poco oscuro. El colchón es blando y la cama al ser baja, da una sensación rara. Para quienes gustamos de camas más duras, puede ser un reto. ;)
