- EKİNSU (8/5): Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik ancak şehirde genel bir taksi probleminin olduğunu göz önünde bulundurun - Çalışanlar çok ilgililer. Yemekler gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Akşam yemeklerinde de çeşitlilik vardı. Odamız günlük temizleniyordu ve hijyen iyiydi. Gittiğimiz dönemde deniz dalgalıydı. Denizin kumluk olması iyiydi Otel şehir merkezine yakın değil. Önünde otobüs durağı var ama sefer saatleri arası fazla. Taksi kullanırım derseniz de taksi bulması çok zor.

- Gottfried (10/5): Sehr gut geführte schöne Anlage - Das Hotel wird von einer deutschen Familie geführt. Dies merkt man in allen Bereichen. Sehr netter und kompetenter Empfang. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und obwohl sie nicht mehr ganz neu sind, habe ich noch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles hat super funktioniert. Frühstück tiptop, alles was gut ist. Komme bestimmt wieder. Weite Gehwege, aber dies lag aber Planung.

- Claudia (9/5): Sehr schön, gerne wieder. - Die Lage so nahe am Meer ist sehr schön. Auch haben wir die Ruhe genossen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, sehr familiär. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit den frisch zubereiteten Crepes und dem Rührei war top. Der Pool war einigermassen windgeschützt, was sehr half. Auch Umkleidekabinen und eine Dusche haben wir geschätzt. Die Rezeption liess uns am Aufenthaltsende (letzter geöffneter Tag des Hotels) sogar bis am Abend das Zimmer behalten - eine echt nette und grosszügige Geste! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Leider gab es in der Saison, in der wir waren (Oktober) nie Sonne auf dem Balkon. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mit einem Korkenzieher, zwei Tassen, kl. Löffelchen und einem Kännchen zum Wasserkochen eher dürftig (Keine Teller, Gläser, kein weiteres Besteck, Schälchen, etc.)

The room was outdated with an old bathtub and misplaced shower nozzle. Breakfast buffet was repetitive-basically the same options every day.

- Andyhallett (10/5): Wonderful - What an amazing place , the staff were so wonderful , the reception staff , cleaning staff and snack bar and bar absolutely great.the rooms were comfortable and clean and the pool amazing. One small point is if the breakfasts could be hot as all the food was tepid. I would highly recommend this hotel and really hope to return asap thank you.

Super freundliches Personal,immer auf Zack und hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer super ! Die querende Strasse vor dem Hotel immer passierbar! Manchmal musste man halt schnell sein😃 Der Weg nach Tyrgaki an der Straße entlang meist abenteuerlich,denn Busse ,Auto ,Roller und Radler und Buggyfahrer schenken sich nichts, sind eher rücksichtslos! Passiert ist nichts! Wir fanden es witzig Polizei fährt mit Blaulicht nachts Streife ,! Es war für uns ein traumhafter erholsamer Urlaub,wir haben die fast ganze Insel erkundet!und viele wunderschöne Orte gesehen! Dem Lob unbedingt noch hinzuzufügen sind die stets sehr freundlichen herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Herrschaften , Anna Maria,Timon und die dunkelhaarige Damen deren Name ich vergessen habe ,am Empfang! Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage und das Zimmer war immer in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. -

- Kristy (10/5): - The property was clean and we had beautiful views from our room. Breakfast was included and great selection. Dinner was only buffet option but there is a small restaurant beside the property that had great service and food. Staff at the hotel was very helpful with arranging transportation. There is a town within approx 20 min walk for shops and restaurants but you can also catch the bus. We had 3 people in a room and it was spacious enough.
- Joe49 (8/5): Ruhiger Aufenthalt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen 3 Sterne Hotel - Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl an Speisen. Freundliches Personal. Parkiermöglichkeit auf dem Hotel Gelände. TV mit wenigen ausländischen Kanälen, aber genügend um die Nachrichten zu schauen. Grosser Balkon. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. WLAN war brauchbar. Kann von gehbehinderten Personen gebucht werden, weil es überall Rampen hat. Ruhige Gegend. Dunkle Möbel aus den 80er Jahren. Die Aussicht vom Balkon beinhaltete eine Bau Ruine. Von wegen Gartenblick, ein Feld war zu bestaunen. Der Mini Kühlschrank ist ein Witz, gekühlt hat dieser nicht gut. Ich hätte eine Dusche anstelle der Badewanne geschätzt. Das benutzte Toilettenpapier musste man im Eimer entsorgen wie in den billigen Absteigen. Ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel, ausser die direkte Lage zum Strand. Keine Trinkgläser oder Kaffee Maschine im Zimmer.

- Amandeep (10/5): - Such a lovely gem of a hotel. The beach is literally a stones throw away, with a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to Kos town for just 2.30 euros. The pool area was always peaceful and well maintained and staff were super helpful and welcoming.

- TSATSARONIS (10/5): Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία σε ενα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο - Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία. Η κόρη μου έχει δυσανεξία στη γλουτένη και ο σεφ φρόντιζε καθημερινά να έχει κρέπες χωρίς γλουτένη χωρίς καμία επιπλέον χρέωση.Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό.

- Sakoulis (9/5): - Πολύ ωραία η διαμονή, εξαιρετικά τα άτομα που εργάζονται εκεί, καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα και ήταν ευγενέστατοι. Ίσως η τιμή να είναι λίγο ακριβή.

- GAIA (10/5): Una stupenda vacanza in famiglia!!! - Struttura in una posizione eccezionale, dal primo momento lo staff ci ha fatto sentire accolti e di casa. Colazione abbondante e varia,in linea con ogni esigenza alimentare. La cosa più bella è comunque lo staff: attento, gentile e molto professionale. Niente da dire.
- elena (9/5): - Ci siamo trovati molto bene, gli spazi sono ampi, il personale gentilissimo. I buffet a cena e colazione molto ricchi! La vista mare ottima. Abbiamo fatto bagni con acqua trasparente ed é possibile fare passeggiate molto belle sulla spiaggia La spiaggia antistante non ha molti ombrelloni ma essendo un po’ stretta é comprensibile. L’unico neo é il fatto che la spiaggia sia parallela ad una strada abbastanza trafficata. Molte persone prendevano il pullman per andare ad altre spiagge o si fermavano nella bella zona piscina ma noi ci siamo fermati solo 24 ore, cosi siamo rimasti volentieri nella spiaggia dell’hotel.

- Ali (8/5): Misafirperverlik, deniz, güneş ve kum. - Tesisin konumu harika. Özellikle bizim gibi küçük çocuklu aileler için otelin imkanları gayet güzel. Otel havuzu hem yetişkinler hem de çocuklar için ideal. Denize bir adım mesafede ulaşıyorsunuz. Çok temiz ve güzel bir kumsalı var. Çocuklarla birlikte çok keyif aldık. Hizmet kalitesi ve misafirperverlik harika. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Her konuda çok yardımcılar. Bir tek asık yüzlü, çalışmaktan memnun olmayan bir çalışan göremezsiniz. Bu maalesef ülkemizde artık göremediğimiz en önemli özellik. Otelin hemen önünde otobüs durağı var. Kos merkeze kolayca gidebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca isterseniz taxi çağırabilirsiniz ama geleceğinin garantisi yok. Ada genelinde taxi bulmak çok zor. Bu nedenle gezmek istiyorsanız araba veya motor kiralamak çok kritik. Adaların en sevdiğim özelliklerinden birisi hepsinin kendine özgün birası var. Otelde bunları bulmak mümkün. Alfa & fix deneyebilirsiniz. Çok geniş çim alanları, otelin çevresinde bir çok boş arazi olmasına rağmen ne restoran çevresinde ne de bahçe veya havuz başında sivrisinek veya karasinek olaması harika. Çok sessiz ve sakin bir yer. Yüksek sesli müzik, bağıran çağıran insanlar, sizi rahatsız edebilecek animatörlerin hiç birisi yok. Sessizlik, huzur, deniz, kum ve güleryüz arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Rezervasyonumuz sadece oda kahvaltıydı. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Fakat öğle yemeği için snack bar seçenek çok az. Bunun dışında son gün yorulmamak için akşam yemeğini otelde yemek istedik. Seçenek çok ama lezzet konusunda aynı yorumu yapmak zor. Odamız her gün temizlendi. Fakat ilk gün odada bulunan ve kullandığımız çay bardakları tatilimizin sonuna kadar temizi ile değiştirilmedi :) ufak detaylara takılmayanların mutlu olacağı bir otel…

Otelinizi mutlaka restoranların ve otellerin çok olduğu mevkide seçin. Kos’un Turgutreis tarafı çok dalgalı, adanın diğer tarafını tercih edin. Restoranlar bölgesine uzak Aracınız yoksa otobüsü veya bulabilirseniz taksi bekleyeceksiniz. Tesis güzel.
- shaunlW3561FZ (10/5): Relaxed beachfront holiday - Kos palace is 4 star probably a 3 + star in reality great pool, great beach .yes a 30 walk to the resort centre but lovely stroll along the beach if your not in a rush. Breakfast good variety evening meal the same best thing not the normal stampede did not seem overly busy .snack bar for lunch etc excellent chicken gyros 5 euros. A special mention for all the staff who really friendly and helpful especially all those involved in helping to us to have a birthday celebration for our grandson they really went above and beyond overall we would recommend for those seeking a relaxed beachfront holiday only one negative no tea/coffee making facilities in room

- darrenmL4911AI (6/5): Palace it certainly is NOT - So the Kos Palace is no Palace, I'm shocked it's rated 4 star, at best it's 3 star, don't get me wrong for the most part we enjoyed our 10 days here but... we booked a family room, first mistake - above our room is the roof, on the roof there are air conditioning units ( well that's what i think it was ) from 4am through 8pm the humming noise was so loud the family room with the kitchen in was unsleepable so we all had to use the bedroom, luckily there was a double and single bed in there, the noise was insane, it could be heard in the bedroom but was much better, there was an electric hot plate with two rings but one knife, 1 fork, 1 plate and absolutely nothing else, not a major issue as we bought a travel kettle and cups with us and we had no intention of cooking, just thought it was ridiculous, the room was tired - Shower riser rail broken so the shower head could not be raised at all, toilet roll holder falling off the wall, no plugs in basin or bath, plug sockets came out of walls when you pulled the plugs out, overall it really needs some TLC, we never had evening meals here but the reviews from people we met were not good so i wouldn't take half board, the public transport to town was rubbish and on one occasion the bus just carried on past us, every 1 1/2 hours so not regular enough, the reviews make you think it's walkable to town which to be fair it is about 30 mins but in 38 degree heat it is not walkable, some evenings we had no choice other than to walk back to the hotel, don't get me started on Taxis OMG I've never stayed anywhere this bad, the hotel would call you one if they can but the response would be maybe 1/2 hour but most likely won't turn up, from KOS harbor you have to queue like we did in the 80's-90's at the one Taxi rank there is no other way, On the positive side the Pool is really big and a very nice spot, the staff are all really lovely and the breakfast is definitely worth getting up for, on most days the sunbeds were not fully occupied and there is never a rush, beds were always available up to 10-11 if not all day, all in all we had a nice holiday but that's mainly due to us being easy going, we definitely would not return or recommend this hotel, i am really surprised at the Tripadvisor overall review rating for this hotel to be honest.

- Mélanie (8/5): Super goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding, vriendelijke staff en goed ontbijt! - Uitgrebreid ontbijt, goede service (Onthaal, cleaning en kitchenstaff). De locatie is leuk (het is wel handig om een auto te hebben om de andere plaatsen van Kos ook te bezoeken). Prijs-kwaliteit was dit echt top! Het is een familiaal hotel, hierdoor heb je heel wat kinderen aan het zwembad. Voor meer rust kun je natuurlijk steeds naar het strand gaan :)
