Personalul a fost drăguț ,mâncarea diversificată..dacă vreți să stați mai mult seara afara la aer sunt persoane răutăcioase care se iau la ceartă că nu poate dormi (ei sau dus acolo să doarmă) Nu a fost wow a fost potrivit.

Deeply Disappointing Experience – Far Below Expectations I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel warrants a clear and honest account. The description of the hotel provided online is misleading and does not reflect reality in several important ways. Prior to my arrival, I specifically informed the hotel that I suffer from asthma and requested a non-smoking room. Despite this, I was placed in a room with a strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke. In fact, the entire hotel is permeated with the smell of smoke and, in some areas, even sewage – making the stay not only unpleasant but also a potential health risk. The room I had reserved was not the one I received. When I raised this issue at the front desk, the receptionist dismissively told me that all rooms on the ground floor are the same. However, she failed to explain why the room prices differed if that were truly the case. Her entire attitude was unwelcoming and discourteous. From the moment I arrived, she made it clear – through both her facial expressions and tone – that guest satisfaction was not her concern. To make matters worse, during a period of rest in our room, she knocked on the door in an aggressive and inappropriate manner, just to inform us that housekeeping ends at 6 PM and that it is our responsibility to request cleaning and specify what we want cleaned. By that time, we had already been staying in the hotel for several days. The condition of the surrounding area is also very poor. Behind the hotel, garbage is piled up, and the entire back area is dirty, poorly maintained, and generally unpleasant. It seems to reflect the overall lack of organization and care. The only bright spots were the polite housekeeping staff and the kind restaurant employees, who appeared to be the only ones truly committed to their work. 992neds (10/5): A Wonderful Stay by the Sea! - Turkuaz Port Hotel was a fantastic find! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect—right by the beach and marina, with tons of great cafés and restaurants just a short walk away. It’s a cute, cozy hotel that feels personal and welcoming. We loved how accessible it was from Istanbul, making it an easy escape from the city. The morning buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, home-made delicious options, including some wonderful Turkish delicacies. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient seaside stay!

Halil Ibrahim (10/5): Kusursuz - Her gün temizlenen, ve ücretsiz su, kahve temin eden bir otel öğrenci olduğum için genelde çok uygun otellerde kalmisligim var ama aralarında açık ara en iyisiydi konumu mükemmel, sahilin içinde çevresinde sayısız yeme içme mekanı var. Otel içerisinde de mevcut içecek yiyecek. Benim hoşuma gitti tavsiye ederim. İlla bir kusur bulmam gerekirse sadece yastıklar çok inceydi uyurken bazen rahatsız ediciydi ama o bile hallediliyor.

So intense l woke up with a teerible headache every morning during my stay. Also the walls are super thin. Can hear everything. Oh forgot to mention how old and out of shape the room furniture was. Dirty. Dont waste yoir money there..

The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a lot of choice. We did not have to stress about our accommodation thanks to this hotel.

Nothing for people over 170cm. The second floor is in very bad condition. Good that the rooms don't fall apart. It is not clean, it is not neat and it is not as it appears in the pictures. The first room we had was so disgusting that we couldn't stay there. The second room was a little better, but there was a lot that needed to be renovated.
Rositsa (1/5): Bad - We booked for two adults with this hotel but when we entered they said that their system is showing that we’re 3 people. So cause of the system which wasn’t our mistake they asked us to pay extra £100 ot top of what we paid already. The rooms are very old and DAMP. If your got asthma please don’t book this otel. Very small and dark rooms. Doesn’t worth the money you pay. Absolutely regrettable experience. Damp rooms.
Doncheva (5/5): Passable - It is fair to say that the location is perfect, the staff is very kind and friendly, the rooms are clean and big enough and the food is great There is no parking near the hotel at all ,even there is no access by any vehicle, and we had to park on a street far from the hotel, walking every day with a 2 yo between the moving cars, busses, building machines and going through muddy streets,fighting for every free space. We had problems with the stairs as well, which are fan-like and difficult for use for a young child and disabled person.There were little water and no WIFI,for some time, well there were building works nearby, but I had to know in advance to make my decison. I also faced security problem as the door of the room was opened by force during our absence and we never understood why.

Close to the waterfront, a havaist bus stop and other public transport. Cafes, restaurants, shops, playground are very close too.

Volkan (4/5): Hem iyi hem kötü. - Hotel konum olarak güzel yerde ancak,hotele yerleştiğimizde odaların temizliğı iyi yapılmamıştı,oda kapıları yerinden oynuyor,oda içerisinde kırık fayans veya mobilyalar var,zemon parkeleri eskimiş...Kahvaltı konusunda yeterliydi,özellikle kahvaltıda görevli personel sürekli yardımcı olmak için çaba sarfediyordu.Resepsiyona odaların temiz olmadığını bildirdiğimizde başka oda verdiler ancak fark aldılar bu hoş değildi.Odaları bizim kusurumuz olmadığı halde mecburiyetten değiştirip hem de fark almak hotele yakışmadı.Ayrıca kahvaltı salonundaki koltuklar çok büyük ve oturup kalkarken koltukları sağa sola çekmek çok zordu sanırım bu nedenle bir masaya sadece bir koltuk sığmışti ve salonda kullanılabilecek bir tarzda değillerdi.Hotelin iyi bir bakıma girmesi gerekir aksi takdirde merkezi yerde bulunan bu hotel çok yakın zamanda misafir kaybeder....Yorumlarımız dikkate alınıp hotelde bir tadilat yapılırsa bu işletmeciye daha çok fayda sağlar...

Henry (10/5): - The hotel rooms are not the largest I've stayed in, but they're good for the price. The managers are ultra friendly but are only fluent in Turkish and Azerbaijani (several of them are from Nakhchivan) to my knowledge. The breakfast is OK, it is a basic Turkish breakfast. And the cleaning staff are both honest and good at their job (I can't complain when none of my belongings go missing). Teşekkür ederim arkadaşlar, yaşasın Tuakuaz.
Eylul (8/5): Great Experience - The hotel personnel was polite and helpful, location of the hotel was great and close to the restaurants, markets and seaside.The room was clean, newly furnished. The bed was comfortable. The price was normal and we couldn't have chance to have breakfast but generally we left the hotel pleased. Thank you!
