• Kim (10/5): Great service at this hotel. - Amazing service from the manager Emilie Bertrand. My adult autistic son left his camera in this room last time we stayed, in July. I emailed the hotel ,and Emilie told me they had found it! She was willing to post it, but it was tricky, because of customs requirements. So she kept it for us until our next visit. We arrived on 22nd September and she gave us the camera. My son was delighted! Merci, Emilie!

• Pavel (6/5): Check entrance code before - We couldn’t enter entrance gate as we have got 8 numbers code instead of 4! And thanks to God we’ve got code from another guest . It was midnight, after trip from London via Calais it was so disappointing to wait for the code and it was not possible to call to the reception as it was closed

Un seul bémol : Pas assez de place de parking pour tous les véhicules sur place (mais possibilité de garer sur la rue, moins sécurisant mais parking quand même ... maintenant, l'endroit n'est pas la "zone" , donc ....

• Sébastien (6/5): Sejour Berck - Hotel bien placé, personnel compétent et sympathique, la chambre moyen, pas possible de fermer la porte des toilette, il n'y a pas de clinche..., ne pas prendre cette chambre en famille car la douche est à côté des lits et vous sortez nue devant tout le monde, pour le petit dejeuner il faut faire la queue, même pour se reservir

• Catherine (8/5): Convenable - Bon séjour, surprise en découvrant le cabinet de toilette en fait les toilettes sont à part il y a une cabine de douche le lave-main et dans la chambre et possibilité de mettre un rideau. Sincèrement je ne suis pas fan mais ça s'est bien passé. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi ce n'est pas en lien avec le matelas il est très bien mais en lien avec la couette beaucoup trop petite pas assez large dès que la bouche l'autre n'a plus rien sur lui. Sinon l'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de tout le personnel est très serviable

Petit déjeuner vraiment très bien, malgré le monde le WE l'espace déjeuner compact, mais bien organisé. Parking sur place. Il y a aussi un micro-onde au rez-de-chaussée. Très bon souvenir de cette expérience. Je conseille vivement.

Par contre le seul bémol pour nous c’est le petit déjeuner à 8.90€ qui est vraiment très limité en choix ainsi qu’en quantités ! Dommage avons déjeuner le premier jour mais pas le deuxième !

À 4 faut payer double ! - Gâché par le fait qu'il a fallu payer une autre chambre parce qu'on est arrivé à 4 (un couple, un enfant de 8ans et l'autre 3ans) et que les chambres sont seulement pour 3 (le lit superposé est à partir de 6ans). Belle arnaque ! On nous a imposé une 2ème chambre, sans nous laisser nous exprimer. C'est le comparateur qui a tout fait pour la réservation sur nos critères. On a donc payé 2 CHAMBRES pour 1 seule nuit, c'est INADMISSIBLE ! Un autre couple est arrivé avec pareil 2 enfants, ils ont payé une deuxième chambre aussi ? Ça m'étonnerait fortement ! On n'y remettra plus JAMAIS les pieds et on fera une très mauvaise pub aux amis qui viennent régulièrement sur Berck.

• Stephen (8/5): Nice place, beware the linen - Check in good and easy, room clean and tidy, however the bed linen although spotless was a horrible nylon material, which given the heat, did little to aid a nights sleep, the linen absorbed body heat and radiated it back out at us

I have stayed here a few times with our old dog and various family members, so I knew the location was good and the rooms comfortable. We stayed a night on our way the Charente. We had a good night’s sleep. Betsy was made welcome.

• Michael (6/5): - Séjour pas mauvais en soi mais personne a l'accueil la plupart de la journée. Un automate a l'entrée remplace la personne ce qui n'est pas très agréable. Sinon de l'ibis budget classique mais pour le prix de la chambre 69 euros quand je partais on trouve beaucoup mieux ailleurs.

• Gaëlle (8/5): - Réservation d’une chambre pour 3 adultes, pour au final avoir un lit double et un lit superposé, j’ai 30 ans et j’ai dû mettre le matelas au sol afin d’y dormir « convenablement » car mon âge et ma corpulence ne m’autorisait pas à dormir au dessus de la tête de mes parents. Le lit n’était pas fait, j’ai donc fait le lit vite fait et avec surprise j’ai dormi dans des draps avec des taches de sang séché. Sinon, niveau cadre c’est dans la Z.I, un macdo se trouve sur le même trottoir et un Burger King juste en face, c’est calme et silencieux.

Protocole sanitaire bien appliqué. Espace restaurant un peu restreint, et pas de clim dans la chambre donc nuit assez courte en pleine chaleur, pour une seule nuit ça allait, surtout que le petit déjeuner varié nous a bien réveillé. • Rachel (10/5): Exactly what we needed for a quick stopover. - A quick stopover on the way to visit friends and was exactly what we needed. We were expecting to arrive late and just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. The room was compact but comfortable, even for 3 of us (2Adults, 1 boisterous 2 year old) and the bed was plenty big enough for all three of us to share as my little boy was too small for the bunkbed.

Welcoming staff member at check in. My dog settles in straight way - it is our 4th stay here. She enjoys a local walk before we set off. We are likely to use this hotel again and may stay more than one night and actually get to see the sea!

McDonald’s and Burger King next door, a pizza kiosk and a pat Ariel near by. Also Lidl and a large hyper market. Diesel was cheaper than clalais for Fidel. 5 mins from the beach.

• Dianne (10/5): Excellent value for money - Hotel was perfect for our one night stay returning from UK to our home in France. Room was very clean and very quiet and in a far better condition than the normal Ibis which we stayed in during our UK visit. We will be staying here again when travelling to the UK. This budget hotel is excellent value for money. Only down side is that there is no tea and coffee making facilities inthe room.
• christine (10/5): Perfect for the price - Bed was insanely comfortable, room was a perfect temperature (it was cold outside, the room was cozy), right next door to grocery stores and fast food restaurants... if i ever have to go back up north in france i would absolutely stay here again!

• Dean (6/5): Very average, poor service. - We Asked for a late check in, and even phoned ahead to confirm this. We were given a riom number and access code , but this did not work. Eventually got a manager to come and let us in who was rude and trying to tell us we were to late to book in . After we showed the code we were given iver the phone he disappeared for 15 minutes....then came back with the correct codes and pointed to our room . Hotel is clean and room was adequate. Secure parking was good, mcdonalds next door and burgerking over the road. Breakfast was ok...traditional french offering im buffett format, this is charged as extra and a little costly for what you get. Probably wouldnt stay again.
