- ??? (10/5): - 2回目の宿泊。前回はシャワーのみの部屋だったので、今回は風呂付きのサウスウィングに。広くて綺麗でとてもよかった。連泊すると夕食・朝食の変わり映えのなさに飽きてしまうが、犬も喜んでくれたので良い思い出になった。

- あつこ (4/5): - ２回目の利用でした。朝、チェックアウト前に、ワンちゃんとお散歩にコースに出掛け、思ったより長いコースだったので、チェックアウトが少し遅れてしまいました。30分も過ぎていないのでその旨を伝えたのですが、『決まりですので』と無愛想な態度で言われ、延長代を請求されました。せっかくの楽しい2日間の最後が少し残念な思い出になりました。
- Verified traveler (2/5): もう泊まることはないです。 - 部屋に入った瞬間、犬臭ではなく人間の皮脂？油臭い様な異臭で驚きましたが、トイレやお風呂に長い髪の毛や陰毛なども落ちたままでとても不快でした。また床に滴が落ちた際にティッシュで拭き取ったらあまりの真っ黒さにびっくりしました。こんなに汚い床に愛犬を歩かせるのは抵抗ありました。とにかく休まらない部屋です。いいのか悪いのかわかりませんがフロントでチェックインして鍵をもらったらあとはそのまま放置状態で、どこにいるスタッフも決して感じがいいとは言えません。価格に見合っていない宿泊です。周りにもリピーターが全くいないので納得でした。

- ?? (10/5): - もう何回目か分からないくらい宿泊しています。 去年、気になった天井のクロスが張り替えられていてしっかりと営繕をしていると感心しました。 本当に、ペットファーストなお気に入りの場所なので、あえて気になった箇所をお伝えすると、浴室の浴槽に浸かった時に見える場所の清掃もしっかりすると良いと思います。 毎年行くたびに施設が増え、食事の場所も増え、過ごしやすくなって他にどこにも行かなくても施設内で十分楽しめます。

- Masami (8/5): とても良かったけど1つだけ - 初めて犬1匹、小学生、夫婦で訪れ宿泊しました。YouTubeで何回も見て行ったのでワクワクと期待が大きく滞在中楽しみました。行った季節が梅雨明けすぐの猛暑日でとにかく暑すぎる。人間も犬もぐったり。チェックインまでの時間潰しで少しでも涼しい所を求めてって感じでした。ウエルカムドリンクのカフェに行っても室内は満席でガッカリ。仕方なくレンタルカートで風を受けて少し和らぎました。しかしチェックインの時間が近づくと車が多く通りカートですれ違ったり譲り合ったりと大変でした。1時間の所を30分で切り上げ子供はもっと乗りたかったと残念がってました。 あと1点、部屋の床ワイパーシートに変なシミが付いていてゾッとしました。他はとても最高に清掃されて綺麗だったのでパーフェクトに近い少し減点をさせて頂きます。 トータル満足なので、今度は季節を選んで行きたいです。

- Rumiko (10/5): - 子供が生まれた直後から時々利用しました。 当時施設を知っている人が少なく、結構余裕がありましたが、最近は利用客が増え、予約を取るのに少し調整が必要ですね。周囲に何もないので、施設内しか楽しめませんが、子供もわんこもとてもお気に入りです企画してください。。建物数も増えてきたので休日だけでなくイベントなども増やしてください。
- MIHO (10/5): わんこに優しい - シニア犬を連れて初めて本館を利用させていただきました。 お部屋はとても清潔感があり掃除も行き届いていて、他の犬の匂いは人からしたら気にならないものでした。アメニティも充実、ネスプレッソのコーヒーマシーンがあります。ツインでベッドが大きく広々、とても快適でした。間が空いているのでわんこが何度か落ちたのでくっ付ければ問題なかったです。建物について強いて言えばカートごとエレベーターに乗るのにもう少し広ければいいなと思いました。 夕食、朝食ともビュッフェのレストラン、お料理がとても美味しかったです。わんこ用のご飯も用意されていて一緒に食事を楽しみました。 ドッグランも広々としてたくさんのわんこが楽しそうに走っていました。敷地内にはたくさんの水場やプールがあり夏場も楽しそうです。 お誕生日で初めて利用させてもらいましたがとても素敵なところです。ほとんどのところを一緒に入ることができるのがよかったです。 自然豊かでお散歩はメインコースでたくさん歩けました。ドッグラン苦手わんこですがとても楽しめたようです。

- Sae (8/5): - ヴィラセカンドに宿泊しました。 アメニティの豊富さや部屋の雰囲気などはとても良かったのですが、廊下や部屋の中の音が響きやすく、どこかの部屋のワンちゃんの吠え声などに別の部屋のワンちゃんが共鳴して…とぐっすりと眠れるまでに時間がかかってしまいました。 壁の防音性や、二条扉にするなどで何か対策ができたら、より過ごしやすいのではと感じました。

- Anonymous (9/5): An all inclusive vacation for you and your dog(s). - Wanted a get away that was pet friendly and that’s exactly what Koyaru-no-sato Doggy’s Island is. Rooms are secluded but property has plenty to offer for people with dogs. They even serve dog food in the restaurants. Couch in room could have been more comfortable for lounging.
