- Shak (9/5): - I have stayed for 10 nights at Pullman fron 2 to 10 May then returned for another night on 14 May. I think it is the excellent service from the Pullman staff that attracted me the most. Mr Md. FAIZAL (he is so polite, thoughtful & helpful) and Ms Chew have given exceptional service! Really amazing! I think the prawns served need to be shelled off and the debris (faeces) of the prawns have to be removed before serving to the customer. During the feast & grill buffet night, my best friend had food poison after eating the mussels. I think it is important to check the freshness of the seafood espcially oysters & mussels need to be cooked properly before serving.

- AWANG ARMADAJAYA (7/5): Good stay in Miri - The place is located near the river mouth. Beautiful scenery both early morning and sunset. The room is larger than most. Nice layout. The Aircon is comfortable especially in face of the seaside heat. The breakfast is not too bad although it's a normal hotel fare. Request for items are quite promptly. I like the parking arrangements. 1. the coffee making facility is kept in a cupboard. House keepers don't seem to clean it properly 2. the laksa Sarawak is nothing to shout about. the Malay Sous Chef is very young and seemed quite lost when serving laksa Sarawak. 3. the waiters are too few and the service to clear tables are quite slow.

Two staff were a standout, Nurin was exceptional and assisted us with organising vegan breakfasts every morning with some different each day. - Aby112 (7/5): Signs of Aging and Slipping Standards - My last stay was in Aug 2025. Now they don't give bottles of water anymore, the room is installed with a Bacfree tap for drinking water. So do prepare your own glass or bottle, unless you don't mind to use the hotel ones. The hotel has a really nice river view, I just hope the hotel can do something with the dirty windows. Disappointed with the housekeeping standards. The room came with 2 towels, and I asked for 2 more, 2 out of 4 were so worn out. (See photos) Frayed, and looked overused. Patch work??? —far from 5-star quality. Expected much better from Pullman. The room also has only 1 box of tissues now, no tissues in the bathroom. The toilet roll was not new - I understand this is for sustainable reason. There were no Q tip also, no more solid soap. Bathroom is showing sign of used and molds in nooks and corners

- David (7/5): Adequate utilitarian and passable over other hotels in the area, but lacking real substance to its claim as a high star - The property is situated in a very convenient location. It is not only near the sea, but also access to many local unique restaurants. The property is for the most part, clean and trying to be a four-star property, certainly not a five star. The general overview it is a 3.5 barely 4 star property pretending to be a five star property. Let’s take the Pullman kitchen. The breakfast buffet has many items to choose from but compared to many four and five star buffets that I have been to in Malaysia for example the Sheraton in coaching the Pullman kitchen Falls short. The quality of the food was much lower than we expected even simple preparations, like making omelettes were dry uninspiring, and obviously no fault to The cook, lack the proper training. The rooms are tired the bedding could be much upgraded i.e. 100% high thread cotton Hotel standard pillows not the fluffy synthetic batting pillows that are supplied. The beds are way too firm, I felt pain on my hips and on my shoulders, sleeping on them, again far from what to expect in a high brand name property the tea and coffee area in the room needs more attention. It did not speak generously in other words, barely enough and certainly not good quality offerings. Having been a manager of a hotel overseas in my past life, I know that with a little bit of attention and someone with a vision can bring the Pullman in Mary up to a higher standard. I believe it will affect the bottom line rather than sitting on its laurels with contracts and past usage by oil executives and Holiday makers who I think would think twice and choose your hotel over others if there was a higher standard.

- Chin (9/5): - It’s a wonderful stay with a river and sea view room. The room is superb and clean, and even comes with a yoga mat and dumbbells for your health. The small office desk and chair are a great touch. Definitely worth the price, and the staff are helpful. The only downside was the late check-in at 3:30pm. Initially, I was just asked to wait by the first staff member. Later, I followed up with another staff member who was very kind and helped me complete the check-in smoothly.
- Yazrin (10/5): Awesome stay! - Stayed at Pullman Miri Waterfront for the Miri Marathon 2026 and advance birthday getaway. Informed the hotel I was celebrating an early birthday getaway and they surprised me with a lovely cake, really appreciated the gesture! Breakfast was excellent as usually. The location is perfect with the flag-off area just nearby, making race morning very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly throughout.

- Andreas (7/5): Average hotel at good location - Big room with kitchenette and good location The breakfast at the main restaurant was very limited and the lounge area in the 24th floor is not worth at all. Food was very limited and of bad quality combined with long waiting time till the food at the very small buffet was refilled, the pasta was basically unbeatable, so salty unbelievable. We wanted to bring a child to the lounge as well but were asked to pay Rm106 additional. I mean no problem if it would have a nice selection but this was below any standard.

- NUR WIHDAH (7/5): - check-in is stated to be at 2pm, but every time we arrive, the room is still not ready and housekeeping is still in progress. this has happened to us repeatedly on multiple stays and unfortunately, there has been no improvement despite being returning guests. its quite disappointing as it affects the overall experience. food was okay. the staff were friendly. we keep returning mainly because our kids love the swimming pool. however, the recurring issued with rooms not being ready at check-in is disappointing and still needs improvement. i hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and make improvements moving forward.

- Pie Ibrahim (5/5): Super Comfy Bed and Cosy room - Twin Bed are super duper comfy, clean and nice smell. Bathroom convenient for elderly as it has shower outside the bathtub. Kampong View make us reminiscing our childhood memories. Staff not lacking of smile and helpful. Spacious and free parking. Unfortunately the TV are old that can't connected with You tube. Water kettle was not dry once we came in (condensation and has fluid inside). Request room service for Small portion of mushroom soup with a piece of garlic bread but expensive price. Fridge not cold but the maintenance staff came to fix however still in very low temperature. Cold floor as No carpet even though there was slippery for elderly. Drinks Water dispenser in the bathroom.

- Karen (7/5): - Staff friendly and will sort things quickly for you. Bed was soo big could fit 3-4 people in it and was soo comfortable had a good few hours asleep. Also had some amazing extras in room. Reported broken hair dryer was taken but never replaced.

- Yun-An (1/5): 不值得，沒有達到5星飯店的程度 - 位置不錯，走路附近有大型百貨公司跟time square 枕頭發霉、潤髮乳忘記補是空的（後來有補）、沒有吹風機（後來飯店員工有拿來房間）、窗戶髒髒的有損窗外風景、早餐麵攤那裡有小蟲在飛、不知道問什麼整間飯店都很潮濕

- NARESH (5/5): I was not expecting that type os hospitality - View, gym and cleanliness I did not receive the hot food as I supposed to receive. It was cold by the time food arrived at my location. My kids did not eat the food that day. I paid around 350 Malaysian ringgit for one night food and it was not delicious as i was expecting.

- Matthew (7/5): Nice hotel but could do better - The breakfast was of an excellent quality and range. The gym has been upgraded to the positive since we last stayed. The rooms are always spacious. A lot of noise was coming from surrounding rooms late at night, that staff did not deal with. we were also disappointed by the state of the windows. One of the attractions that the Pullman has is the view, which was greatly undermined when the glass is covered in mold. The sheets on our bed had also worn through in the middle, not what we would expect from a hotel of this standing.

- Ade (10/5): Beautiful hotel, centrally located - I enjoyed my stay from start to finish: big comfortable bed, beautiful sea views, lots of comfort and very very kind and friendly staff. I can't wait to come back. It's not realistic, because of the high rise structure of the buidling, but if it were possible to have the windows sparkling like diamonds on the outside, that would be the icing on the cake.

- Vincent (2/5): Not worth the money - Location and breakfast only. Housekeeping is very poor. Bathroom moldy. Ceilings moldy. Spider webs. Floors not mobbed and cleaned before we check in. Toilet very smelly. Toilet silicones on tiles and tiles gratings are very dirty. Curtains broken in one room unable to close. Bedsheets not changed new but reused when we check in. Provisions are less now but price got higher. Shampoos and body wash NOT refilled by housekeeping. VERY VERY POOR housekeeping
