Il y a toujours un problème de draps trop petit qui ne couvrent pas entièrement le matelas. Et il n'y a pas d'alèse non plus sur le matelas. Ce n'est pas agréable de se retrouver à dormir directement sur le matelas. Ce sont des choses essentielles que vous pourriez améliorer.

• Ângela (8/5): Susto na chegada - Apesar do imprevisto na chegada - não tinha funcionário na recepção para fazer o checkin, tivemos ajuda de uma pessoa que trabalhava no hotel e explicou que o funcionário da recepção chegaria às 16h Saímos para almoçar e quando voltamos conseguimos fazer o checkin rapidamente.

Il refuse de le donner la clé sans cela, il me dit que cela n’a pas marché sur le site qu’il n’a pas le règlement. Je doute mais je ne peux vérifier donc je regle. Après vérification sur le compte le règlement a bien ete debite du compte. Je demande au réceptioniste de me rembourser il me dit en faire part au gerant. A ce jour apres 4 mails il me demande un rib par mail pour me rembourser mais ne me donne aucun mail. Je suis furieuse de leur pratique et demande un remboursement immédiat

• Rejoychi (8/5): Good hotel for an overnight stay - We arrived late and checked in using the machine. It's very user friendly. The hotel is beside the highway, but getting there takes some minutes. The breakfast spread is good (brioche, cheese, butter, ham, yogurt, jams, coffee, hot chocolate, and juices). The room is big enough for a small family of three. The young man at the reception is customer-oriented.

• Alexjoey (8/5): Good value for one night stay - We booked this Ibis for one night on our way from Nice to Avignon, and it’s strategically near the highway. Check in was fast and price was very reasonable- room was simple with beds for a family of four. Had breakfast in the morning which was a good simple spread. Lots of parking in the compound and easy 15 mins walk to the town centre for dinner. Good value for our stay.

Los interruptores de loz que están en la cabecera de la cama, mantienen siempre dos lucecitas encendidas. Una persona que necesite oscuridad, allí no la tendria. Dormir, y ducharse. 60 euros. Sin secarse el pelo. Es para lo que es.

Checked in at 3:00AM using the machine to pay, recover code to enter room - very smooth. Room typical for the category - clean and well furnished. Breakfast sufficient. croissants, pain au chocolat, cereal, yoghurt, hot drinks, juices, condiments with a smile from service. After a dispute about "breakfast included," the issue was resolved in my favor by the manager. Great customer service. If you need a hotel in the area, don't hesitate to book this one.

Plenty of parking. 10 mins flat walk to town Square,but a few shop just around the corner too ( pharmacy, a GiFI,( think pound stretcher), 1 pizzeria and a patisserie). Next to the motorway but acceptable noise level 2. Acceptable clean. Bedding ok but the floor can use a steam clean 3. Room is VERY basic, 0but you get what you pay for. Good A/c, and reception provided iron and hair dryer when asked. CON 1. Room layout is VERY strange. Very limited space for storage or hanging things up. 1. Breakfast is very basic continental and I would say canteen quality. 2. Many mention rude staff. I would agreed that 1 of the staff is rude ( think he is the manager who work the morning shift) he talk down to the customers and talk to people like they are all stupid and wasting his time. May be its a french thing? Anyway the other staffs are very nice. Special shout out to the girl in the afternoon shift. Only speak passable English but very helpful. Overall would I stay again? Not if I can help it but it is OK for a night or two if you are on a budget or travel with family

Hemos usado siempre este Ibis, como también el de Fàbregues y han bajado mucho su calidad, instalaciones. Una lástima porque resultan muy cómodos para viajar. No creo que volvamos.

Selvom det var billigt, så var tingene i orden. check in var nemt, og var hurtigt overstået. Check ud var også nemt. Jeg kan helt klart anbefale IBIS Budget St. Maximin.

• Verified traveler (10/5): A clean comfortable budget motel - This Ibis was a good choice for our stay while visiting friends in the area. It's located in an industrial zone (typical for Ibis Budget), but there was a very good boulangerie (bakery) within 3 minutes walking distance for morning croissants and coffee! St Maximin is a close enough drive to find dinner options. We were there for 2 nights and everything was clean and comfortable. We'd stay here again.

Hairs and muck still on the sides in the room and on the floor - during these times is unacceptable, luckily we had our own antibacterial wipes. Shower was clean but leaked all over the floor. There is free parking which is gated off in the hotel so a good sense of security. Breakfast stops at 9am but the very kind lady gave us some croissants.

Not enough tables so whole group could not eat breakfast together. You need to clear your own staff and put tray away. You also need to plug toaster by yourself if you want toast. We will not recommend it. No dinner available in Hotel either.

The reception and the front of the building was very dirty. The receptionist was not nice at all, the way he spoke was very superior and rude and not helpful at all. This guy definitely needs to learn some manners.
