• Adam (10/5): Friendly staff - Ukrainian refugee - The staff was awesome. My wife and her father had spent 3 nights traveling from Ukraine to get to Munich. They were fleeing Russian aggression and needed a late checkout as their flight wasn't until the evening. The staff was so supportive and kind. I would definitely return to this hotel

She set up a shuttle pickup for 5AM the next morning and advised us on a few restaurants for dinner - a good long walk away. We ate at the Indian restaurant - 1/2 hour walk thru a green space. Worth the walk. Use Google maps rather than a paper map to get there.
• Boris (10/5): - I was getting to the hotel at the late hour and the check in process took less than a minute. I also was offered a late night dinner ( pizza and a beer) and could go to bed happy. In the morning the buffet breakfast was served and the shuttle to the airport arranged. I am super happy with this place I had to spend the night in due to my unscheduled layover.
• Luka (8/5): Great last minute stay near Munich Airport - Excellent and cheap accommodation near Munich airport. Booked a hotel since since I had to spend a night in Munich before a flight next morning. Check in went smoothly, hotel is in excellent condition and very clean. Typical Ibis. Restaurant wasn't working because of COVID pandemic, but bar did and they offer pizza or pasta so you can actually get something to eat which is important since there are none restaurants around, just a supermarket down the road. Airport shuttle from hotel is working which is great. Price is €8. Would definitely stay again. Taxi is around €20.

• Scott (6/5): AC didn't seem to work - Only stayed here for one night after needing to book a hotel near the airport last minute. Check-in was overall easy, the room was clean, it was much like every other IBIS I've ever stayed at. The main issue was that we were not able to get the AC working in any effective capacity. The room ended up getting very warm, even with the window open. To be fair, we never reached out the staff about this, but it was also past midnight when we checked in and we were too tired to be bothered.

• charlie (10/5): Ibis munich airport. - I went to go plane spotting, the hotel was closer to the airport than i thought, and had a view of the runways. the staff were friendly, one of them was under training i believe, they were all very friendly. Public transport in the area was confusing and infrequent however, but simple enough to use. the room was good, however i am confused by the continental approach to not having doors on showers. (room 308)

Close to airport, shuttle to airport at additional charge (10 Euro), driver was there waiting at time scheduled. Reasonable price. Arrived too late to know about local area. If using public transport take the S8 to Halbergmoos, not the S1 as Google directions will wrongly advise. Bus gets to hotel from Halbergmoos in ten minutes or less--again, pay no attention to Google, it's more stops than it says so ask driver to let you know, but you can see hotel on right as you approach it. Bus stops within 50 yards of hotel door.

I had a rental car and I wanted to return it to the airport and take the shuttle in the morning, the receptionist said they only have shuttles going to the airport not the other way around??? I had to take a taxi back.... also the room is not very spacious.... under the duvet cover there were blood spots in the duvet itself, no one noticed that while cleaning? This is disgusting and is a no no for us.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Good value for money - We had a great stay on our stopover, they even upgraded our room during check-in. Never had such a huge room before, while staying at an Ibis hotel. I mean the hotel was not luxurious, but you don't expect a 5-star hotel for that money. And if you are just passing through and stay one night, it is the perfect location. The price of the breakfast was very reasonable and was very good.
• Bela (8/5): Close to Airport - Out in the suburbs of Munich about 4 KM from the air port. Nice place with easy access to the airport and autobahn. my only complaint is NOT MUCH English programing available on TV. They REALLY need to add a couple of entertainment channels in English. The room was clean but not much room to move around. Otherwise a good place to stay if you have an early morning flight out and want to avoid the traffic of Munich
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The bathroom light is much much too bright. You can't sleep in the room if the bathroom light is on even if the glass door is closed. It is RIDICULOUS to have a glass door in a bathroom. I would never stay in this hotel or recommend it to anyone.
• John Deming (8/5): Moderately comfortable but not super - This hotel is located on the Southwest corner of the airport and takes approximately 10 minutes by taxi/car service to get to. There are very few outside amenities nearby but the bar area is open 24/7 so never no access to food/drink. Room was basic, mattress too firm for my taste, pillows were hard and unyielding. Staff was friendly and helpful.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Newer hotel, reasonably priced - The only negative on this place is its location, not close to public transportation. It's a short (10 minute) drive from Munich airport, but if you're not renting a car, then you either take a cab, or take the S-bahn train two stops (to Hallbergmoos) and then either take a bus or walk the at least two miles to the hotel. (I walked because it was a nice day and I had only a backpack.). The hotel has a shuttle van to the airport that leaves every 30 minutes in the mornings for an extra 10 euro. Nice breakfast buffet for 11 euro.

Drivers (shuttle, cabs) hardly spoke English - not good! Perfectly located near airport. Shuttle 10 Euros each/pp - doesn't run evening/nights! Room cut/comfortable.
• Ali (8/5): As expected of an ibis hotel, value for money - Convenient for us as we needed an overnight stay near airport but didnt want to pay the prices of the onsite hotels. The hotel is in Halbergmoos which is near airport but taxi quoted us €30. Hotel has a shuttle but €10 per person. However we used public transport which was available even at 23.30. S-Bahn train to 2 stops to Halbergmoos, then bus (bus-stop at train station) to ibis hotel, total €3 per person. Rooms are clean, a little small but good enough for our purposes and the price. Wifi present but we did not use. Hotel also has a 24hr bar!
