• Nadia (8/5): Top rapport qualité prix. - Super rapport qualité prix. On avait un concert à l’arena et c’était très pratique et rapide de s’y rendre. Pareil pour aller sur Paris centre. La chambre était très propre, aucun problème de bruit, l’insonorisation était top. Le Check in rapide. La chambre est très sommaire (pas de bouilloire ou autre) et la salle de bain très petite, mais c’était un super compromis pour le prix.

Mais ce minimalisme associé au prix super élevé pour la prestation, il y a un décalage. C’est exagéré pour un lundi soir à Rueil Malmaison dans un quartier d’affaires sans restaurant.

• BERNARD (8/5): Week-end - Hotel très correct pour un séjour de courte durée. Personnel à l'écoute, accueillant et arrangeant. Nous avons très apprécié la recherche faite par le gérant pour nous réserver un taxi à point d'heure de la nuit. Seul petit bémol le rideau de séparation du côté nuit de celui du côté hygiène n'était pas très propre.
• Verified traveler (2/5): peu flexible... - J'ai voulu, non pas annuler, mais reporter mon séjour à Paris, car on annonçait une vague de canicule historique. Je ne pouvais pas me permettre de voyager avec des enfants en bas âge. De plus nous devions visiter des personnes âgées et c'était plus prudent pour elle aussi de reporter. Le gérant n'a pas répondu à mon email. J'aurais espéré plus de compréhension de la part de l'hôtel.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Room not cleaned even after asking at reception, finally bumped into a maid who obliged immediately. One toilet roll to last 3 nights, towels as thin as dishcloth and overpriced even for a budget hotel. Loud alarm went off every morning at 3 am which woke us up. One person manning the reception, breakfast bar, car park entrance. Car ark charge was not equivalent to marked price and no receipt given for payment. Breakfast was good for budget.
• Karan (8/5): Mehh, good for the price and that's it! - We flew in from London, expecting to stay in Paris for 3 nights. The hotel was within our price range, so coming here from CDG wasn't an issue (we left from ORY, which again wasn't an issue). The train station is about a 10 min walk, and it takes you inside the city. The rooms themselves (we had 2) were fine, but there was no AC (there was a little thing on the wall that had a cold setting to it, but it gave out hot air regardless of what setting you had it on). We had to sleep with our windows open to keep the room cool - this invited mosquitoes into the room. So you either sleep in a warm room, or in a cool mosquitoes infested room - your choice. I'm sure that's not a problem in the winter time, when it's cold everything, but it the summer or early autumn it's a big deal.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Goed gelegen maar slecht geluidscomfort. - Gezien het een zeer drukke periode was, waren de prijzen ook hoog. Dus de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was niet echt goed. Kamers zijn klein, maar wat het meest stoort is het slechte geluidscomfort (geluiden van sanitair, van deuren, van andere mensen in het hotel,...). Ontbijt is matig. Positief punt : Het personeel is vriendelijk.

L'accès du parking par un code (par exemple le code de la chambre) serait bien plus agréable et pratique. Au niveau du petit déjeuner il est évident que croissants et pains ne sont frais de la boulangerie du matin mais des croissants et pains cuits au four sur place: dommage, cela enlève un peu du plaisir du déjeuner
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Erstmal das, was uns nicht gefallen hat, denn das ist das Einzige: Es gibt keine Klobürste. So mussten wir sehr viel Toilettenpapier verschwenden. Der Rest war ziemlich gut: Die Leute am Serviceschalter alle super freundlich und konnten etwas Englisch (einer sogar sehr gut), die Gegend ist ruhig und in 10min von der Tram gelegen und das Zimmer hatte alles, was es braucht (bis auf Fön, aber nicht dramatisch) und es war alles sauber und in guten Zustand.

• KRATZ (2/5): Catastrophique !!!!! - Arrivée à 17h, on nous affirme que nous nous sommes trompés d’hôtel et qu’il n’y a pas de réservations à notre nom ( 2 chambres ) Partons donc à la recherche du bon hôtel ... D'après l’adresse il se trouve que nous sommes au bon endroit ! Le réceptionniste essaye de nous vendre une autre chambre alors que nous avons déjà réglé la totalité du séjour. Finalement le réceptionniste ne sait ni lire ni écrire et retrouve notre réservation. Il est 22h00 ....

• Verified traveler (4/5): Last Minute Reservation - My reservation was for three hotel rooms with a double bed and top bunk bed. The hotel stated that I only had one room with a double bed. Check-in took over 2 hours as a result of this. Only to still end up with two rooms with a double bed and one with a double bed and top bunk bed. We had to go back and make the request again. The sheets were not changed from prior guests. You could tell by the dirt marks and hair in between the linen. The bathrooms were not clean. It was very cold in the rooms. The lobby was beautiful but everything else was a bit disappointing. Thank you. - dlb
