• Pamela (10/5): The owners were wonderful , the rooms uniquely decorated, and the location can’t be beat. Will definitely return. - Everything! So unique. For us, the bed was a bit too much firm, but we like a soft bed. Would be perfect if you like a firm mattress.

• Earl (10/5): Nice value for a clean freak! - The place was extremely clean. A good value with attentive staff. My bed was very comfortable along with very soft bedding. Everything about the location is very dated. However the general comfort and cleanliness far out weighs the dated decor.

• Jemmuel (10/5): - The staff was super friendly and accommodating, plus the rooms were very cozy and adorable as each room are individually decorated! 🥰❤️ I don't believe there were any air conditioning in the room so it got kinda hot at one point of the day but luckily this is the beach so it didn't stay hot for very long.

The antique furnishings were quaint, in good condition, and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

The room was clean inviting did smell old or musty Nothing it was a nice stay I was attending the Ghost conference at the convention center which was a little drive but that is the only thing which is not at all that big of deal.

Had all the basics needed: shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels in bathroom and a dorm fridge with a drip coffee maker) the front desk had hairdryers to borrow, thank goodness. I will stay again but in a different room. Too bad I didn't see the actual room details before I booked it. Room #13 specifically, it was an okay stay overall but could use a bit of a face-lift: it was small with a low ceiling (my 6' tall BF was pretty close to the ceiling so tall folks beware) it was good for one night but I'll never stay in that room again. It smelled "old"/stuffy, stale might be a good description...no fan, couldn't find the thermostat. It needs updating for sure. The bed was okay, thanks for the extra pillows and blankets. The rug definitely needs replacing. For the low price for 1 night, okay we survived just fine but we would've preferred stayed at a hotel for cheaper, and no doubt less old and stinky.

• Jamie (5/5): Dangerously sweet - The area is beautiful and the hotel brings history. The area needs security from the wavelength hitting people especially inside the rooms. A heads up would be good so I don't get hurt while trying to stay there. These are hard times and I will miss the safety 🛟

• Kayla (10/5): Comfortable, charming and great location - I loved the vintage charm of the lobby and room. Everything was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Such a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown Seaside. Definitely would stay here again. The location is great. The parking seems adequate for the amount of rooms available. The Osprey Cafe just down the street was a great recommendation for breakfast!

• Kevin (9/5): Very pleasant, fair price, quiet neighborhood, clean and well-maintained with a nice, helpful staff - Clean. Bed didn't squeak. Floor didn't creak. Carpet was amazingly clean for a place that people track sand into. Everything was in good repair. The folks were very friendly. Two blocks from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Great, roomy parking. The bed was comfortable, no complaints, not super-hard, not super-soft, a good compromise. Nice to have two extra pillows and an extra warm blanket. It's not new or particularly modern construction, if that's your thing. But it's well cared for and maintained. It's not fancy, it ain't the Four Seasons but is a very pleasant mid-range place with a slightly B&B feel (themed decor).

The cleaners were friendly. Parking lot was fine. Cute decor. That's all I can think of. The keys didn't work well at all. We had two keys and one didn't always work. No Kleenex. Staff was not very available, although they came when we called. When we checked in, we weren't told much except that the keys were very expensive if we lost them. The cost was higher than we had thought, the second day was more expensive and we were led to believe that the cost would be the same for each night.

• Kaipo (10/5): It was a short stay but we enjoyed it. - We had a larger family where we would normally have to book 2 rooms. Here we were able to book 1 room which accommodated all of us. We also appreciated the location to the beach and other shops within walking distance.

• Gena (10/5): Hidden Gem, cozy stay, and close to a beautiful beach access. - The staff was kind, friendly, and very accommodating. This hotel is a hidden gem. It's 2 blocks from an amazing public entrance to the beach. It also is at the end of the promenade which you can walk into the center of town. It's quiet and cozy. Fun themed rooms too. We stayed in the Monopoly room.

They told us good places to eat in the area and also had games and stuff that we could play and location is right by the beach. The one thing I think could be improved would be if there was some kind of air conditioning or something in the rooms that could help them with the airflow.

• Christian (10/5): - Ein ganz tolles Hotel. Wir waren drei Wochen in Oregon unterwegs, aber dies war das beste Hotel des gesamten Trips! Das betrifft die Ausstattung und tolle Lage, aber vor allem das sehr, sehr nette Personal. Meine Tochter hat später bemerkt, dass sie Ihr Stofftier im Hotel vergessen hatte und man hat uns das gute Stück sofort nachgesendet! Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Es gab keine negativen Punkte.
