• LYNDA-LAURE (9/5): Très bon emplacement - La chambre ou devrais-je dire l’appartement était grand. Beaucoup de d’espace. Très bien situé à moins de 8 minutes à pied de l’artère principale. À environ 14 minutes du Nishiki market où l’on peut déguster plein de petites spécialité japonaise. On trouve dans la chambre tout ce dont on a besoin. Je recommande vivement cet établissement . Le Check-in qui ne se fait pas dans le lieu de résidence. L’appartement manque un peu de fenêtre ; il y fait tout de même sombre (le salon) par contre la chambre est lumineuse avec une fenêtre qui donne sur le toit.

• Davina (3/5): Never again - The location is good We booked the Deluxe appartement for 7 people as it was stated to fit up to 8 persons. But it turned out way too small for 7. It is very tiny and there are only 5 chairs. Also, only 5 beds were made. There are some futon beds we needed to find ourselves without any explanation and no place to put them. When we called the reception of Resi Stay to explain our group wouldn't fit, or otherwise they needed to show us how, they refused any kind of support. Therefore, 2 of us needed to book a room in a hotel nearby. It has been a very negative experience for us. For 5 persons, this place might be fair. If you come with more people, we recommend looking for other, better priced options.

We arrived late and it was possible to self check in. The self check in is convenient, and good assistance, however it would be nice to directly interact with real people sometimes… 😊

Cooking facilities in kitchenette was adequate. Salt and pepper was available. So was coffee and tea. 7 eleven was very nearby. Walking distance to Kiyomizu-dera and Sannenzaka areas. A good 20 mins walk to Kyoto train station. The reception is nearby Kyoto station and they provide a free shuttle from reception to the accomodation but not the other way around. No place to hang clothes or towels in bathroom area. Stairs are narrow and a bit steep..may not be suitable for older people or young children. Washing machine and dryer are shared so if you have an inconsiderate neighbour you are screwed.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 時期的なこともあり、直前での予約だったせいか、ジュニアスイートでしたが大変お得に泊まれました。 宿は、基本的には外国人向け？用のせいか、日本語だけでなく、英語表記が多かったです。 ホテルのジュニアスイートというよりは、広めのコンドミニアムといった宿です。 リビング、ダイニングは広々としており、寝室も二部屋あり、今回3人で泊まりましたが、実に開放的でした。 町屋をリノベーションした造りになっており、備え付けの家具類はやや低め、背の高い人は頭上注意です。 また、窓はありましたが、住宅が隣り合わせで密集しており、開放できる窓はトイレくらい。換気ができないので、欲を言えばその代わりに空気清浄機(加湿できるやつ)があった方がなお良いかと思いました。 部屋は広々していましたが、各部屋にエアコンが完備されていたので、夏、冬困らないと思います。 食事は部屋で調理して食べることが多かったんですが、備え付けのIHは
• KATSUKO (10/5): 家で寛いでいるかのような京都stay - 年末にイタリア人の友人家族と麩屋町に3泊させていただきました。 お部屋はとっても綺麗で、2フロアに別れていたのでお互いのステイスタイルも保たれ、本当に快適でした。ミニキッチンも付いていたので簡単な調理をして、家で寛いでいるかのように過ごせました。 本当にありがとうございます。 駅前からシャトルバスがついていたのも本当に有り難く、チェックアウト後に大きなbaggageを置いておけたのも本当に助かりました。 セキュリティもしっかりしていたので安心して過ごせました。 イタリア人の友人たちも本当に喜んで帰国いたしました。 ありがとうございます。 スタッフの広瀬さま(男性)にはとても親切にしていただき、素晴らしいおもてなしをいただきました。 心より感謝申し上げます。 ありがとうございました。

The duplex looked newly refurbished with very comfortable beds upstairs. Refreshments & water were provided. Many good eateries around and the popular kimono rental place was nearby too. Very peaceful & quiet surrounding. Would recommend it to friends.

• Chun Kong (10/5): 驚喜的住宿體驗 - 我地一行4人住地下B室，先到旅館office(在JR京都駅斜對面）登記及取大門與房門密碼。再坐的士到入住旅館(註：員工有詳細介紹交通工具，到旅館可坐地鐵或巴士，但坐的士只約1100日圓，4人就坐的士吧）。入到房間好有驚喜，裝修非常新淨，而且設施非常齊全，有齊廚房用具可以自己煮食，浴室很漂亮，智能座廁同浴缸非常新淨。客房空間充足，我哋四個人都唔會覺得逼夾。地點尚算方便，距離花見小路等觀光點都係步行距離範圍內。值得推介。

Close to many attractions and restaurants. It’s a fabulous place to stay and enjoy a “Japanese living” experience. It’s worth the money.

• WARREN (10/5): Comfortable and good value - We booked the junior suite for a family of 6. The whole place is very comfortable and feels like home. Enough space for 6 of us except no cleaning and change of towel Everyday. The small kitchenette is well equipped and good for heating food when we didn’t want to eat out at certain nights after the whole day out walking and visitIng the sights in Kyoto. The living room is big and good for resting and watching TV. The bath room and a separate toilet in the hotel were ver helpful for us. They are big too and not the typical tiny prefab ones in most of the hotels in Japan. Walking distance to both Kyoto station and Pontocho and many other areas. Some people may find it far but hey this is Japan especially Kyoto and a bit of walking is good for everyone. The shocking things happened was on the 3rd day of our stay, the whole place was shaking badly because of the earthquake early in the morning. It was a bad experience for us and luckily no one was hurt. We were supposed to go down to Osaka that day but the train services were down. No train and bus services to Osaka and we ended up staying in Kyoto for another night at a different hotel. If we visit Kyoto again. We Would love to stay at Resi Stay again

• Tran H. (10/5): Comme Airbnb - L’hotel est pafaitement situe a 10 minutes de marches du marché et des centres d’achat. Un emplacement idéal pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Malheureusement, il n’y a pas de service de chambre comme c’est plutôt un concept Airbnb géré par une chaine hotellière. Par contre, notre apartment etait super beau, moderne et propre. Je pourai y habiter pour un mois sans problème. En général, nous avons eu une très belle expérience. Je recommande à ceux qui ne recherche pas le service d’un complexe Hôtelier.

• Rebecca (8/5): 舒適又安靜的家 - 很舒適的一個住宿環境, 內部的裝潢設備都很棒又很乾淨, 寬敞的客廳讓我們可以完全的放鬆休息, 擁有2間厠所是最難得的一個部份, 整體來說是一個很美好的住宿, 下次還會想再回來居住. PS. 只有一個小缺點, 床板似乎比較老舊? 因為睡覺時只要翻身或上下床, 床板都有很大的聲音.

• Jennifer Lin (8/5): I love the adequate facilities in this homestay - Well, intelligent facilities will bring your convenient access the room, however when come to faulty which really made ur life hard. We arrived around 11pm midnight and room password was wrong, we have been tried so many time and called numerous to emergency hotline but there is not respond until 1 hur later finally someone pick the up and total 2 hrs later we finally managed get into the room. We are fine with this suituation but, with 1year old baby along really made a hard time as parent. Finally I dun dare to see my phone bill after so many oversea calls. Apart from this incident, everything is perfect. Perfect location, perfect room facilities, they provide everything that meant for family and politeness of staff. Will definitely come back again!

We were able to walk to several of the sites we wanted to see. It was quiet. The stairs were a little steep going up to the bedroom.
• Celia (10/5): Great place to stay in Kyoto! - We were a group of five adults and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at RESI STAY. Quick and easy check-in process, and spacious and cozy room. We stayed in Room A; it's clean, tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location's great too; very quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stops that will take you to Kyoto Station and the city centre. We particularly loved the fact that no key's needed to open/lock the doors (you only have to enter two sets of codes to get in); no need to carry your key everywhere and risk losing it! I'd definitely stay at RESI STAY again when I'm back in Kyoto.
• Ken (8/5): 大家族でも泊まれる - 広い部屋でゆったり感は抜群です。大家族全員で泊まれます。民家を改修した施設ですが、よく手入れが行き届き清潔でした。施設のデザインも欧米人が喜びそうなモダン和風で素敵でした。台所、電子レンジ、大きな冷蔵庫も役に立ちました。今後のサービス向上のためにあえて書きますが、入室のセキュリティシステムがうまく作動せず、数十回試すことになりました。ロックがかかってしまいかなり時間もかかってしまいました。また、剃刀がなかったのは残念でした。

• Chiu-Hua (10/5): 想再去一次的飯店 - 服務人員非常客氣，雖然需要到不同的地方check in，但是可先自助check in再去補給入住資料，而且我們不小心弄掉一個杯子，去跟服務人員道歉，他們第一個反應是問我們是否有人受傷，而且跟我說碎玻璃很危險要小心，不用擔心賠錢的問題，重點是沒有人受傷，而且在我們出去玩的隔天，又補上一個杯子，讓我們備感溫馨。 空間優美很有京都的風味，覺得來京都住到這種飯店真是太棒了，而且是住家式的房間就像回到家一樣，可以很隨便感覺輕鬆自在。飯店附設的小廚房很齊全，有冰箱、微波爐、爐子、洗潔劑什麼的都有，也有提供洗衣機（有洗衣精）和烘衣機，馬桶也都有暖暖的衛洗利，覺得ＣＰ值很高。 飯店的交通也滿方便的，找吃的、商店、超市、百貨公司都很方便。
• Vivian (10/5): 步行可到京都市中心，購物及外出用餐都方便，有提供外出用的wifi盒子。 - 房間舒適、乾淨，適合全家旅遊時住宿。唯一缺點是，房間內的冷、暖氣機老舊，使用暖氣時，必須經過好幾個小時才能到正常溫度，暖氣機的聲音很吵，很干擾睡眠。 另外，飯店的接待在另一個地方，而且晚上一定時間後就下班了，遇到問題，無法立即協助。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 超推! CP值高! - 拖著行李來找時滿難找的，在小巷子裡，但相對環境安靜 我們住ROOM B 在一樓，大推適合老老少少一起出門的家庭 房間有WIFI 還額外附贈一台可攜式 超方便 把老人小孩帶回房間休息後可帶網路自行出門血拚 哈哈哈 無法評價飯店服務因為是自行check in check out 但客服回信非常快! 廁所浴室很美很棒 愛死浴缸哈哈哈 巷口出去不到3分鐘有京都超市 fresco 跟一個業務超市! 公寓式飯店沒附早餐 但超市買超方便!
• Penny (10/5): Spacious, comfortable stylish and local - We really loved ResiStay Fuyacho. It was warm and comfortable and so spacious for our family. It is in a nice quiet area but we could easily walk to shops, shrines, bike hire, markets and restaurants. We were able to shop and cook meals at home if we wanted to. Had great meals out nearby as well. We were sad to leave after 5nights as it really came to feel like home. Every thing you need has been provided but the place is well designed and uncluttered. Highly recommend!
• Verified traveler (10/5): ホテルの気兼ねなさと、旅館のくつろぎ - 2泊しました。掘りごたつが快適でした。ホテルの気兼ねなさと、旅館のくつろぎの両方が得られると思います。 ミニキッチンもついており、長期滞在に便利ですが、清掃は入らないので部屋を毎日掃除したりリネン類を交換して欲しい人には不向きです。
• Helynore (10/5): Clean, spacious, lovely hotel - This was such a pleasant hotel to stay at with big groups. Especially Room A with the 2 separate rooms and 2 toilets. It Isuke a house where we can cook, do laundry, leave and arrive whenever we wanted to. The location is about a 10 minute walk to Nishiki Market, and Gion. Lots of shops with good food. It is about a 20 minute walk from Kyoto station so we had to take a taxi because of all our luggages. The amenities were convenient to use and state of the art. If you plan on staying here just be prepared for the toilet covers that open up automatically when you come in.
• Samuel (10/5): - The hotel is very new and clean, with a kitchen. Conveniently located between Shijo and Gojo. What I like most are the decoration of the room, very good shower flow, and fine toiletries. Perfect for family.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Family trip to Kyoto - It was a great stay for our family. Good location, very close to bus station and shopping area. We stayed at Room C, which has a separate Japanese style living room and upstairs bedroom. Love it! Will for sure to book again if we visit Kyoto in the future.
