• Hannes (10/5): Schönes ruhiges Dschungelhotel - Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffett. Zimmer sehr ruhig, da kein Strassenlärm, kein hupen. Einfach herrlich. Personal sehr hilfreich und Nett. Der Tropengarten ist auch eine Augenweide. Alles grün.

• Anne-France & Martial (3/5): Misleading Listing – SCAM – No Private Beach - It's a SCAM. The hotel falsely advertises a private beach. In reality, guests must pay to use sun loungers on the beach. Staff claimed they had agreements with private beach hotels, but this was untrue. In Phu Quoc’s heat, a hotel without genuine private beach access is a serious drawback (you barely can't enjoy the beach). Also, the photos are not accurate. Bedrooms are much smaller, bathroom are not as clean and the breakfast area is very different. Finally, and importantly, we were unable to rent a scooter through the Miana hotel because they required an international driving permit, whereas on the street, rental agencies do not require anything.

Vahva pesuruum õues :) Mugavad voodid ja puhas ning vaikne. Hommikusöögi valik keskmine. Randa lühike jalutuskäik üle tänava. Kahjuks ei saanud basseini kasutada, sest vesi polnud puhas. Na śniadaniu szeroki wybór owoców i przygotowywane na życzenie jajka. Zdecydowanie świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Obsługa na śniadaniu nie nadążała z uzupełnianiem półmisków z owocami i kawy, przez co pod koniec wybór potraw był dość mały.

Сделан душ под тип тропического.Вода горячая была всегда,убирались-нужно только оставить ключи.Персонал улыбчив,дружелюбен.до отеля нужно совсем немного пройти в горку в переулке.Пляж Лонг бич очень близко,выход сразу через дорогу,это действительно близко.(Но что касаемо пляжа-то Лонг бич не самый хороший на Фукуоке, стоки канализации создают свой запах и мутное море, он такой на всем протяжении,купаться на нем не хотелось,выбирайте другие пляжа для купания)-но это не относится к отелю,т.к этот в городе везде одинаков. Над кровать есть москитные сетки,что очень хорошо (проживали в других отелях,где их не было,там фумигаторы не помогали от комаров,здесь укрыл кровать сетками и все хорошо.) При входе стоят стулья и столик,есть своя качелька. Завтрак не разнообразный,но поесть можно.На завтрак выбираешь -суп/омлет/яйца, есть тосты,джемы,масло,немного фруктов,сок,кофе,хлопья. Очень слабое освещение в номере,вечером невозможно книгу в номере читать. Когда мы заехали было грязное постельное белье,все в черных волосах,было видно,что его не меняли,а просто заправили,я попросила его поменять,но мне не смогли это сделать,как я поняла,не было чистого на тот момент.На след день его поменяли,но первую ночь пришлось спать на этом,что было не очень приятно. Бассейн был грязноват,на очень приятный.

Хорошая звукоизоляция в бунгало-не слышала ни соседей, ни звуков генератора и стройки. 1.Каждый день перебои с электричеством- отель использует генератор, периодически он перегревается и его отключают на час два остыть. Но, я так понимаю, это общая проблема острова и многие отели этим страдают, как и аптеки, магазины. 2.Скромный завтрак. Мужчинам наверное там нечего есть 3.Рядом с отелем идет активная стройка

Wir haben nur ein einziges Mal gefrühstückt, da es das Frühstück wirklich nicht wert war. Kein Service, minimalste Auswahl, nicht schön angerichtet, keine Kühlkette eingehalten, etc. Wir haben uns dann für den Rest der Woche ein kleines Frühstücksrestaurant gesucht.

• Leonie (1/5): Wir wurden trotz bestätigter Buchung nicht ins Hotel gelassen. - Nichts - denn wir haben nichts gesehen Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht. 5 Tage bevor wir angereist sind - wie üblich mit hinterlegter Kreditkarte. Bei unserer Anreise sagte man uns dann, dass sie unsere Buchung storniert hätten, weil wir nicht auf Nachrichten geantwortet hätten und man deshalb davon ausgegangen sei, wir würden doch nicht kommen wollen (wenn ich erst 5 Tage vorher buche, hab ich es mir bestimmt direkt wieder anders überlegt). Sie boten uns aber an, ein Zimmer im Hotel nebenan zu organisieren für einen geringeren Preis - dort angekommen stimmte der Preis nicht und die Zimmer waren schimmelig. Nachdem wir stundenlang ein neues Hotel gesucht hatten, fand ich im Wlan raus, dass a EINEN Abend vorher gefragt wurde, ob wir kommen wollen und b am nächsten Morgen, als nicht geantwortet wurde, geschrieben wurde, dass sie stornieren würden, das aber nie gemacht hatten - laut Booking war die Buchung immer noch bestätigt. Wer guckt jeden Tag bei Booking in die Nachrichten? Wir hatten auf unserer Anreise keinen Empfang - wer fliegt erst recht nicht. Das einen Abend vorher zu fragen und anzulügen, man hätte storniert, ist nicht in Ordnung.

• Leela (9/5): Value for money - It was walking distance to the beach (just across the road). Easy access to tuk tuk and bus. The accommodation was clean and staffs vere helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Very good stay. Only one minus point is that tuktuk or grab cannot access the small steep road towards the hotel. We had to walk up n down with the luggages.

We were pampered every morning for breakfast and the staff had great recommendations about this to do on the island. Some confusion at breakfast with omelet and eggs but we weren't too fussy about what we were eating so it was okay!

My taxi couldn’t fit to drive through so I had to walk up that hill with pulling my big suitcase. Dogs can feel intimidating as there’s so many of them.

• Dingdongers (6/5): Comfortable, clean bungalows in an average area - Bed comfortable and nice bedding. Only an option of air con (no fans) in room. Shower good and water hot but could do with a shower mat as is quite treacherous! Area quiet and near to the beach which isn’t that clean. The only real complaint is the pool area. There are just 4 hard wooden sunbeds and no mattresses/pillows for them (except very mouldy ones dumped in a storage room) . No toilet facilities near the pool so you have to return back to your room each time. The pool area could do with a clean up. Free unlimited drinking water for your room which is a nice touch.

• Lkhamsuren (9/5): Superb - Location is good. There is a fridge and ice in the common area. That was nice during a hot days. 10min walking distance from the beach. Kingkong mart is only 2 bus station. U can ride bus no17 from the airport We arrived around 11pm. And there are many dogs barking in the narrow street which is only way to the hotel. So we called and staff picked us up. Dogs are not harmful but still scary when thay are barking Also the lady who cleans our room did not provide free coffee and tea during 3days stay. So we had to ask for that
