- ONeil (2/5): - Roaches in room and washroom. Taps leaking. mold at many places in the room. Very small washroom. TV does not work. Location is excellent

- Muzaffar (8/5): For the money value it's reasonaable - Convenient location. Front desk and Cleaning staff cooperative but a tall Indian fellow in the security staff is a corrupt one who takes commission from taxi drivers who are called in at the expense of guests.
- American Guest (6/5): - Roaches were found on my hotel floor and upon calling the staff a worker came and removed it with his bare hands.
- ARUN KARTHIK (8/5): All good except complimentary breakfast to be imp - The location, accessibility and all was good but there is one main issue. The complimentary breakfast is not good and they should offer people staying with some better food.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect position with great air con - Location in Bur Dubai was perfect for visiting historical area, museum and souk and crossing the creek on the Abra. The staff were so helpful that they let us into our room early when we got off a very early flight. Tour desk efficient. Great place to stay in Dubai.

- ash (4/5): basic hotel in center of town - I was advised on arrival , that i have no reservation , despite me giving a copy , after that i was given a room then i was told no breakfast , which was included in confirmation , then the staff agrred to give me breakfast as well , which not much of my liking , room was clean
