• HELEN (10/5): - Really clean, excellent facilities e.g. WiFi, electrical sockets in room, double glazing so nice and peaceful, despite the busy road, very efficient air conditioning. Excellent location, very close to metro line which made getting to and from the airport super-easy. Fabulous view from our room. Really helpful and friendly staff. The staff were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful Bosphorus view, especially during breakfast, it made the mornings very enjoyable and relaxing.

• MAGDALINI (9/5): Εξαιρετικά ευχάριστη - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δίπλα από τον Πύργο του Γαλατα κ πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Ευγενέστατο, ευχάριστο κ πολύ εξυπηρετικό όλο το προσωπικό. Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο και με πρωινό πολύ καλό. Ωραία θέα κ κυρίως πολύ ήσυχο. Σταδιακά χρειάζεται μικρές αλλαγές στα έπιπλα, τα οποία ήταν καλά, αλλά σιγά σιγά παλιώνουν κ γενικά στην διακόσμηση. Το ίντερνετ πολύ κακό, δεν έπιανε καθόλου στο δωμάτιο. Βέβαια το θέμα με τα δίκτυα στην πόλη είναι μάλλον γενικό, γιατί κ η κινητή τηλεφωνία έχανε εύκολα σήμα.

• habiba (8/5): Bien - J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, avec un accès au métro juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Le personnel est également très sympathique et accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son confort et son emplacement. Cependant, quelques points sont à améliorer. Le petit déjeuner est assez répétitif. La chambre économique située au rez-de-chaussée est bruyante le matin en raison de la proximité avec l’accueil et l’ascenseur, et offre une vue peu agréable sur un parking. Concernant la chambre junior luxe, la vue est meilleure mais reste en dessous de ce qui est présenté sur les photos du site. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Enfin, le rooftop peut être inondé le matin en cas de pluie, ce qui limite son utilisation. Dans l’ensemble, un bon séjour, mais avec quelques aspects perfectibles.
• Valentina (8/5): - La posizione vicino la torre di Galata è ottima per visitare e per orientarsi, dal momento che la torre è visibile da qualsiasi punto della città. La stanza era pulita e presentava elementi d'arredo piacevoli. Ho apprezzato che venissero messi a disposizione prodotti da bagno, balsamo compreso..Ho anche apprezzato che sistemassero la camera tutti i giorni rifornendo l'acqua in frigo. La vista dalla terrazza della colazione è meravigliosa, non ci ha fatto sentire la necessità di andare nei rooftop restaurant durante la visita della città. L'interazione con i gestori, per quanto cordiale era ridotta al minimo indispensabile e potrebbe essere più calorosa. Il materasso era leggermente duro, ma questa è questione di gusti e abitudini. La cosa che più mi è pesata è stata la colazione..siamo stati in hotel 4 notti e ogni mattina la stessa identica cosa in una formula che a mio parere produce solo sprechi (servire tante cose diverse sul tavolo senza personalizzare in base ai gusti...ogni giorno rimandavamo indietro intatti i salumi le olive le uova già cucinate e cio che non siamo abituati a mangiare). Preferisco di gran lunga la colazione buffet o a la carte.

• Géraldine (8/5): excellent emplacement centré Karakoy/Iskale/Galata hyper pratique et propre - Ce que j'ai aimé : L'emplacement de l'hotel est hyper pratique , très proche de 2 métros, du tunnel et des tramways dont le nostalgique vers Taksim ( nous n'utilisons pas car nous faisons tout à pied) Les distances à pied : 7mn de Iskale / 3 mn de Galata Tour / 15mn de Karakoy (tramway + pont de Galata + ferry) La chambre au 4è étage avec 2 lits est confortable, spacieuse. La salle de bain est grande avec une bonne douche . la chambre a une jolie vue sur la Corne d'Or et la ville vers le Nord (pas vers les sites connus) , mais quand on s'approche de la fenêtre , il y a une vue sur la très grosse route passante menant au pont d'Ataturk. La chambre est très bien insonorisée, on entend peu l'extérieur et je n'ai pas utilisé les boules quies (étonnant à Istanbul !!) Nous sommes montées tous les jours sur la terrasse du 7è étage pour nous délasser et prendre des photos panoramiques. Nous avons apprécié le service de chambre, c'est propre. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié : le coffre fort est cassé => le système électrique est maintenu par du scotch ; j'ai oublié de le (re) signaler à la réception. La chambre est grande, il y a un placard, des étagères, un canapé mais 1 seule chaise devant le bureau et pas de crochets aux murs y compris dans la salle de bain Ce n'est pas très grave en fait. Autre chose étrange, un monsieur inconnu est entré dans la chambre quand je lui ai ouvert puis est ressorti un peu décalé. Je n'ai pas compris qui c'était et pourquoi il entrait dans notre chambre sans raison et sans parler. je l'ai signalé immédiatement à l'accueil et globalement nous ne nous sommes pas senties en insécurité.

Camere curate, paturi confortabile, vedere superbă. Personal foarte amabil și atent la nevoile turiștilor. Nu am ce să spun în această privință, totul a fost foarte bine.
• Federico (9/5): Un piacevole soggiorno ad Istanbul - L’hotel ha davvero una posizione molto comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla torre di Galata e a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro di Sishane (con cui si arriva a piazza Taksim). La fermata del tram T1 (che permette di arrivare a Sultanahmet) è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e per il tratto dalla fermata del tram all’albergo, essendo in salita, si può sfruttare la funicolare F2 tunel. La camera è risultata silenziosa, spaziosa e pulita, con una bellissima vista su città e corno d’oro e arredo e rifiniture molto piacevoli. Il personale dell’albergo è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Fantastico il roof top in cui viene servita la colazione, con una vista su Istanbul veramente impagabile. In sintesi: una scelta vincente come base per visitare questa bellissima capitale! A voler indicare dei lati “negativi”, segnalo i materassi dei letti decisamente duri (ma è questione di abitudine) e la colazione molto sbilanciata sul salato per noi Italiani. Dettagli che comunque nulla tolgono a questo hotel così ben gestito dai responsabili!

• Lizbeth (8/5): No está mal - Está súper cerca De la Torre Galata, pero para moverte al resto de sitios de interés debes cruzar el puente (es lejos) recomiendo coger algo más cerca del gran bazar para poder caminar. el hotel es normalito, buenas vistas desde la terraza, la habitación limpia (sábanas y toallas) pero el baño y ventanas dejan mucho que desear… el personal amable (unos más que otros 😅) y el desayuno bastante escaso, pero al menos no tienes que salir del hotel. El baño bastante sucio en general y las ventanas de la habitación y el baño 🙈 no se han limpiado nunca.

Особое спасибо Али за помощь на русском языке, хотя и остальные сотрудники мгновенно реагировали на любые просьбы. Номерной фонд слегка уставший, зато джакузи работало исправно. В номере были белоснежные халаты, а по запросу нам тут же принесли дополнительные чашки и утюг. Внутри очень тихо, соседей совсем не слышно. Расположение идеальное — до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Из аэропорта легко добрались самостоятельно, сначала на метро (зеленая ветка без пересадок), а потом на пароме. Все понравилось!!!

We stayed in a room on the, 7th floor with a spectacular view, which made our stay even more special. The view was stunning not only in the morning but also in the evening, when the city lights and the sunset created such a magical atmosphere. Enjoying that scenery every day was a wonderful experience. One nice moment in the morning was watching the seagulls flying outside our window. It was a small detail, but it made our mornings in Istanbul different.🕊🕊🕊 The bathroom was very spacious and bright, with a window and a lovely view, something quite rare and very enjoyable. The cleanliness was excellent. Housekeeping came every day, keeping the room fresh. Another highlight of the hotel is the terrace located one floor above, which offers a truly spectacular panoramic view. One evening we brought our own food there and enjoyed it privately while watching the sunset, and it turned into one of the most peaceful and relaxing moments of our entire trip. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. The location also is truly perfect. It is just a short walk from the iconic Galata Tower and only a few minutes away from the famous İstiklal Avenue, one of the most vibrant streets in Istanbul filled with cafés, restaurants, and shops. Many attractions are within walking distance. Because of this, the location is incredibly convenient and ideal for exploring Istanbul without needing much transportation. Overall, we spent four beautiful days and truly felt like magic. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended! ⭐

• Žan Janša (9/5): - Great boutique hotel with a wonderful view from our room on the 6th floor. Owner greeted us at arrival and gave useful travel tips. Since the hotel is near a busy road intersection, it has good insulation and you can barely hear any noise at night! The room is spacious with big windows and a great view. The terrace has even better views of the mosques, bosporus channel and the city. Breakfast is quite substantial with enough choice for anyone.

• ELENA (10/5): - Нас была компания из 7 человек. Был вопрос, где нашли милый, уютный такой отель? Делюсь общим мнением. Прекрасный отель, расположение идеальное для пеших прогулок, знакомством с городом. Галатапорт в пешей доступности неспешным ходом по красивым улочкам 20 мин Есть менеджер говорящий по-русски, если кому важно. Хорошие простые завтраки, без изысков, но голодным не будешь. Обалденный вид с террасы. Номера рассматриваем выше 3 этажа. Ниже не тот вид и слышно как двигаются железные стулья в лобби. Однозначно рекомендую. Вернемся еще.
• Ahmed (10/5): A great stay, I will choose it again - Location is perfect, close to Galata Tower and few minutes to Tunnel and Istiklal Street Staff and hospitality were great, they are supportive and showed friendly attitude all the time View from the room is amazing They had to take the room price using local currency or you have to pay them Euros in cash, they said they don't have a credit card machine that accepts other currencies.This is not a big issue just be prepared for this.

• Rami (9/5): I recommend anyone visiting istanbul to stay at this hotel - The staff were one of the most professional, helpful and friendly people i have ever met in any hotel. The room was big considering hotel sizes in istanbul.the room view is phenomenal.the hotel location is great it’s near M2 metro station you can go any where from it and galata tower and taksim Is around 5 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast variety is little and it doesn’t change from day to day . there is no stroller or wheelchair entry to the hotel but the staff helped me when getting in or out

• Ruba (10/5): لو ماطلعت مكان بإسطنبول وبس قعدت بالفندق كنت حكون راضية رواق اكثر شي - صراحة المكان مره رهيب الإطلالة جميلة والمكان نظيف ومرتب وأخلاقهم عسسسسل وفي موظفين عربي تركي وانجليزي يتكلمو يعني بيرڤكت وكمان مشي يمكن 4 دقايق لبرج غلطة وتقسيم خطوتين كمان مطاعم واسواق كل شي تحت وسوبر ماركت يعني الخدمات 10/10 كلو ولا غلطة بس في نقطة صغيره تفصيل بسيط العزل مو 10/10 يعني انزعجت الصباح اوقات من صوت صحون الفطور فالسطح انا سكنت بالدور السادس قريب السطح
