We were visiting to attend the Steelers game in Dublin and the staff was extremely helpful with directions to catch the bus both to and from Dublin. It was a bonus to have so much American Football playing in the bar!

It was a perfect place to stay when we went to visit Newgrange and the Hill of Tara. The TV in our room was broken (though it was on us that we didn't notify the staff about it). Also, the fire alarm went off around 5 AM randomly one night by accident, and there was no communication from staff about it being an accident or what happened.

Das Bett war gut, das Bad hübsch eingerichtet. Leider gab es im Zimmer für zwei Personen nur einen Sessel, das Fenster war nicht richtig zu öffnen, des Ausblick etwas traurig. Das ganze Haus ist überdimensioniert und etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.

All staff were very helpful and friendly from check in to waitresses and girls cleaning the room. The location couldn't be better almost right on the beach. The furniture in the rooms and landings was nice but a little dated, one of the windows in our room was cloudy and streaky but these are very minor things

- abi (2/5): Very poor experience and will not recommend it to my friends. - The breakfast was ok and the staff in the dinning area were helpful. The bathroom was in a very poor state of repair with shower not working, mould on the side of the bath, ceil pane falling off, no towel hooks or hanger, wood panels in the bathroom rotten and growing mould. Called for help with the shower at about 7.45am and was told to give them a minute but no one came until I left for my even. I also found staff aggressive to me once I complained about the state of the room and said I was moving out. I was told that I had 10 minutes to vacate the room. I had to plead for 15 minutes to allow me time to pack. When I went to check out, I was told to just hand over the key and later told by booking.com to contact them as they said that I have not handed my key back. I then called them and they said they had the key. I feel they need to be more professional.
