Bija lifts un mantu glabāšanas iespēja arī izrakstīšanās dienā līdz pat 20:00. Laba skats no 4. stāva pat uz iekšpagalmu. Ātra un ērta ierakstīšanās, un pieejama palīdzība chek in pašā naktsmītnē no 15:30-19:00.

- andrea (1/5): soggiorno "sospeso" - sarebbe stato fantastico poter entrare in camera, il problema è che dopo aver effettuato il self chek-in e aver ritirato il biglietto con il codice della stanza non siamo riusciti ad entrare in essa. per più di 45 minuti abbiamo provato e riprovato, cercato invano di contattare l'assistenza della struttura, telefonicamente rispondeva una registrazione, via mail nessuno e whatsapp nessuno. abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro hotel per la notte e farci rimborsare i soldi da Booking. i gestori ci hanno scritto un messaggio whatsapp il giorno dopo al quanto penoso e basta. nessuna chiamata nessun interesse per un cliente che si è ritrovato impossibilitato di accedere al proprio appartamento, già pagato per altro. nello scrivere questa recensione sono ancora incredulo che una struttura ricettiva lavori così, il cliente va quanto meno assistito durante il soggiorno e non esistono orari prestabiliti per eccezioni di questo tipo. auguro a chi gestisce la struttura che l'accaduto possa far migliorare l'assistenza perché purtroppo capitano anche queste cose e bisogna saperle fronteggiare con assoluta professionalità. grazie

Otherwise you would have to do it on a machine before you enter and that would be frustrating after a day of travel. Shower hot but tiny fine if you are avg size.

A bonus was that our room had a big lovely terrace. The coffee machine was also nice. The shower was very small and there was no full size mirror. Also, it was very inconvenient to have to walk so far (through multiple streets) to take out the trash. Additionally, we were not able to adjust the AC.

The room was largo with a simple kitchen and the bed was comfy. It was a little bit disappointing to pay nearly 35% more for the same room which I paid in the hotel by myself on 2 April.

Ho avuto spesso la sensazione di essere osservata negli spazi comuni della struttura. In alcune occasioni una persona presente nel palazzo mostrava un badge/tesserino come se stesse effettuando dei controlli, mentre in altri momenti non lo aveva, cosa che mi è sembrata poco chiara. L’accesso all’appartamento avviene tramite codice e il check-in viene effettuato da remoto con l’invio dei documenti. Proprio per questo la presenza di una persona che controllava gli ingressi mi è sembrata poco chiara e mi ha fatto sentire sotto osservazione. Inoltre una persona venuta a trovarmi, che era semplicemente un conoscente, è stata fermata prima di entrare nell’appartamento e successivamente è stato fatto riferimento a “clienti”, cosa che non corrispondeva alla realtà. Comprendo che una struttura possa avere regole riguardo all’accesso dei visitatori o alla loro eventuale registrazione, ma sarebbe importante che queste informazioni fossero indicate chiaramente già nella descrizione della struttura su Booking, specificando anche l’eventuale presenza di custode o controllo degli accessi. In questo modo si eviterebbero incomprensioni con gli ospiti.

- efthimios (10/5): - Καινούριο διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο. Καλή ηχομόνωση. Το check in ίσως δυσκολέψει κάποιους αλλά είναι πολύ εύκολο τελικα ακομη και για κάποιον που δε είναι εξοικειωμένος τέτοιου είδους μηχανήματα. Ακριβώς από κάτω υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ αρκετά μαγαζιά για πρωινό και καφέ. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Τέλειο. Τίποτα.

- Yuri (9/5): - Квартира очень большая и удобная , в ней все было необходимое. Было очень хорошее отопление и в ванной и в комнатах. Место - шикарное, прямо в центре исторической части города. Большой продуктовый магазин на первом этаже дома и масса ресторанов и кофетериев вокруг. Возникла проблема с автоматическолй регистрацийе, в апаратие рассположенном на этаже. Мы пожилые люди и поэтому нам было несколько трудно разобраться со всеми кнапками и командами, что просил компьютер. Было бы неплохо, если бы рядом с ним висела подробная инструкция, как им пользоваться и что в какой последовательности нажимать.
