Guest Reviews

- Penley (10/5): - I used this hotel to purpose to my fiance the staff helped make that entirely possible having things ready for me the moment I got there. They were discreet and handled everything professionally. The bathtubs there are FANTASTIC and huge!! Big deal for me 100//1000 would recommend and the rooms are HUGE. There was nothing I didn't like other then I couldn't stay longer!
- Dowdy (10/5): For an elopement wedding this was an amazing stay - Unique comfortable clean classic feeling The parking garage highly recommend using valet services, which is part of the hotel, which is amazing
- Shena (9/5): Great place to stay in OKC! - Fun,quirky hotel with comfortable rooms, great restaurant and friendly, helpful staff. A couple things in the room (ceiling) were a bit run down but they did not impact my comfort
- josecU7471SZ (10/5): Birthday trip - Beautiful hotel with some great decor and art! Very happy and helpful staff that made my wife's birthday the most memorable!
- 80237travel (4/5): Mold in bathroom. No real services or amenities. Nonexistent Globalist recognition. - I returned to the Fordson Hotel for a second stay after a very poor experience four months ago. Everyone deserves a second chance.
Nothing has improved. Every failure from my prior stay remains—unchanged, uncorrected, and at this point indefensible.
There was no pre-arrival communication, no welcome letter at check-in, and no acknowledgment of my World of Hyatt Globalist status. My reservation specified a room on the highest floor. I was assigned a room on the second floor without explanation.
There is no bellman or doorman. Valet attendants do not assist with luggage. The front desk does not offer help.
In-room amenities are the bare minimum. No robe. No slippers. No mouthwash or dental kit. At a property positioning itself between four and five stars — and carrying a AAA four diamond rating! — those are baseline expectations, not luxuries. There were also no newspapers or local materials, like an Oklahoma or Oklahoma City tourist magazine, anywhere in the hotel.
The room itself shows neglect. Furniture/case goods are scuffed, scratched, and visibly damaged. The sofa had two noticeable stains and showed some fraying. The walk-in shower had extensive black mold. That much mold doesn’t appear overnight. When was the last time the shower was deep-cleaned or tiles re-grouted? The duvet cover was stained, raising serious questions about housekeeping oversight. Decorative throw pillows and a bedspread — items almost certainly not laundered between guests — only compound the hygiene concerns.
Even the linens reflect a lack of standards. Towels were a mismatched assortment of brands. The bath towels, thin 1888 Mills stock, were thin, worn and rough. Hand towels were Hyatt-branded and soft. Face cloths came from Preferred Comfort. Why is a supposedly upscale hotel mixing linens? It is a small detail that speaks to a much larger problem: no attention to detail anywhere in the operation.
Basic functionality is also mishandled. The television is undersized for the room given its distance from the bed. At this level, you expect a 55-inch screen. This was closer to 45. I could barely see the TV from the bed, thanks in front to the soft and table. Who was the idiot designer who came up with the layout?
Food and beverage operations remain equally flawed. I had dinner on both stays at
Mary Eddy's. Both times wines listed on the printed menu were unavailable. Of course, higher-priced substitutes suggested. At best, this reflects poor inventory management. At worst, it feels like a bait-and-switch. Breakfast is little more than a coffee counter — closer to a Starbucks than a full-service hotel offering.
Mary Eddy's aims to be upscale but falls apart under scrutiny. The menu is limited and conceptually confused. The wine list lacks credibility. There is no trentodoc or franciacorta sparkling options, while a bottle of Müller-Thurgau is presented as a premium selection despite being an inexpensive, everyday wine in Italy and Germany.
More baffling is the decision not to open the bar until 5 p.m. Guests arrive hours earlier. You would expect the bar to be open by 3 p.m.
The Fordson is marketed as an upscale boutique hotel occupying the space between a four-star and five-star property. In practice, the operating standard aligns more closely with a Hyatt Place or Courtyard by Marriott—and in several respects falls below even those.
The building itself is attractive and well-conceived. But design cannot compensate for systemic operational failure.
Management appears to lack even a basic understanding of how to run a hotel at this level. At this price point and positioning, they are unacceptable.
All things considered, I will NOT return to the Fordson until there is proof of better management and better overall operations.
P.S. Why are hallways basically dark? There needs to be lighting.
- Arvind (9/5): Awesome hotel and wonderful staff. - Historic Ford assembly line. Updated to be a comfortable and posh hotel. The staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful. We appreciated their hospitality.
- Daniel (7/5): It’s a gorgeous hotel but it felt like they are still working out the kinks in a few ways. - The hotel lobby is very beautiful and we loved the art gallery. We also loved the reusable water bottles and appreciated the local shuttle. The layout of the hotel is odd. If you’re using the pool you have to walk through the main lobby and then through a restaurant/bar to get to the pool…. And back through when you’re wet/in bathing suits. The pool itself had lots of leaves in and and some trash. When we asked for someone to skim it or even just get us a skimmer, no one ever brought one. Lastly we felt like things were really hard to find. There aren’t a lot of signs letting you know which direction to head to the pool or where the fitness center/spa is. The info in the rooms was also really lacking. We were wanting room service but there was no in room
Menu or information about what was offered.

- James (10/5): Loved staying here, it’s such a beautiful building and has a cool modern vibe whilst keeping its industrial heritage. - Beautiful building and I’m impressed they were sympathetic to the history and story of the Ford production line in there. There was nothing I didn’t like.

- 557kaceyt (10/5): 10 out of 10 for the Fordson OKC - Wonderful experience! All the staff, from front desk, restaurant staff, to valet, were all exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and unique with so much character. Our suite was over the top with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and perfect cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return. Highly recommend!
- Jmliehr (2/5): Not a quiet or restful place to stay - The room itself was clean, the hotel looks nice. Unfortunately around 8 pm loud music started reverberating throughout the hotel. The front desk apologized and mentioned that there was a party that had booked their penthouse that hired a mariachi band. Ivy was friendly and helpful, but the band played until around 10. Shortly after 11 pm even louder music started blasting into the room. This time it was from a bar across the street from the hotel. We asked if they could move us to a different room, but they said they were unable to. The neighboring bar said they would be playing music until after 1am.
- JimB564 (2/5): Not up to Hyatt standards. - Don’t stay here. Odd place. Loud noise from street. Front desk won’t answer the phone. Had to call the outside number to get them to answer. Dog barking through the wall for hours. Couldn’t get them to find the owners to stop it.
- Navigate37951805791 (10/5): Incredible stay - An incredibly beautiful hotel with great atmosphere and a comfortable taste. The room was exquisite and unlike any other I have stayed in before.
- TravelMommy1 (6/5): I'm Not Hip Enough to Enjoy this Soulless Space - I stayed at The Fordson during a recent trip and had really mixed feelings about it.
The building itself is interesting and the rooms are incredibly large, which I appreciated. Everything was clean, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. Service-wise, no complaints at all.
But the overall experience just felt… soulless. The renovated factory concept sounds cool, but in reality the space feels empty and oddly cold. The lighting throughout the hotel and in the rooms is surprisingly poor, which makes the already industrial design feel dark and uninviting instead of warm or historic. Try to see anything in your room at night. My room had four lamps and it was still terribly dark. Hallways, lobby, everything - very dark.
I kept expecting the space to have character or energy, especially given the building’s history, but it never quite got there. It felt more like a big, hollow space than a place you want to settle into after a long day.
Some basics:
Hot water took FOREVER
Terribly thin towels. Soooo thin.
AC/Heating worked well considering how high the ceilings are
In room fridge didn't freeze everything, so that's good!
Little sundry store is well stocked
In house restaurant; didn't try but it looked decent
Clean, spacious, and nice people; but for me, it lacked warmth and personality, and I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I’d hoped.
- Scott (6/5): - Outdated restaurant with slow service and limited food options poor outdated decor , Absolutely no option on every day snacks , sodas, drinks, it was a challenge just to find someone to help with checking out .. even getting a coffee was painful even then it wasn’t that good
- Marla (10/5): Unique stay - Cool experience in old factory warehouse. Great location- walkable to sights and restaurants
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- laurence (10/5): Spacious and unique - Spacious, quiet, unique, well designed, extremely comfortable clean and unique Nothing - it is an exceptional space
- Connie (10/5): Romantic getaway! - The Fordson Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of OKC. Every detail was carefully planned with the traveler in mind while preserving this historic building. The staff are exceptionally trained in customer service and the atmosphere is welcoming and warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Not a thing!
- F4809FKstephanieb (6/5): Mixed reviews - There were many things that were wonderful about our stay. There were also a few things we felt should have been handled better due to the cost of the hotel. When we arrived, we valet parked but had to get our own cart (a little unusual for the price). The refrigerator was so small, we could not use it. The bathroom door would not stay closed in the suite we were in. The bar did not have the items to make the drinks on the menu they created.. We understood the first night but even the second night, they did not have it.
- carlv888 (10/5): Out of this world - When art, space, sensory balance and hospitality come together you’ll find me here. I’ve stayed in so many different hotel types yet Fordson totally blows me away. Very friendly staff, great food on site, spacious rooms and an overall sense of being at ease permeated my stay here.
There is a harmonious balance of modern and classic in the decor. The A/C is whisper quiet. The beds are super comfortable. Noise from outside the room is comfortably subdued. As someone who is on the road a lot and overstimulated by work and social media, staying in downtown may not be the most logical thing to do yet this hotel makes it possible to unwind and stay responsibly involved at the same time. The valet was very efficient and helpful. The front desk effortlessly worked around my awkward reservation and made me feel like at home.
The Fordson is in the West Village and within walking distance from downtown. Overnight parking in the garage across the street does not seem to accommodate daytime parking (2-hour limit during business hours) so the very reasonably priced valet parking seemed the only reasonable option.
- _tomnguyen001 (4/5): Terrible housekeeping - An interesting hotel (used to be th 21C) that was converted from a Ford manufaturing facility (then bought by Fred Jones). Traditional look and deco (we were here 10 days before Christmas) was mostly gold and green motif. Room is designed in a semi-industrial way - TV is in front of the bed but in the middle of the room (between closet & bed). Two big issues for hotel - the housekeeping is atrocious.. we called twice and did not get the room cleaned and the temperature control did not work well. At the end, we ended up just asking them to bring up some towels and take the boxes out. Disappointing
- Sally (10/5): - Beautiful repurposing of a historic building.
- 394mistym (10/5): Remarkable with history, artwork, and excellent taste in wallpaper; upon arrival I was greeted with true hospitality. - MaryEddy's restaurant is worth every penny, the hotel rooms are large with lots of light, beds are extremely comfortable. Too much to mention everything at The Fordson Hotel was outstanding.
- Alan (9/5): - This is one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!!!!!
- Angel Foster (10/5): A definite must stay! - Loved the loft style feel of the hotel. Felt like I was at home with a very stylish aesthetic that I appreciated. Everything was super clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hallways were a little too dark for my comfort, but I was travelling alone so I was a little on edge already.
- Kathy (1/5): My reservation was cancelled by the hotel just a few hours before check in. I was told it was due to overbooking. This i -
- Brian (10/5): -
- PiperKirsch16 (10/5): Great Hotel in OKC - Great hotel and very helpful staff. We were impressed with the hotel. The food and beverage options were very good. Great place to stay.
- H5952JYscotts (10/5): Always Great Service - My favorite hotel in Oklahoma City. Everything about it is top notch. Unique hotel from a repurposed Ford Model T plant.
- PatK887 (6/5): Not our cup of tea - If you enjoy the modern, minimalist approach then you might enjoy the hotel. We found room lighting inadequate and the bed a bit too firm for our taste.
- 2cool4theroom (10/5): Fun Place to Stay - This is a fun place to stay. The lobby and public areas are full of modern art and Ford memorabilia (including a Model T). The ceilings are very high and the banks of windows provide a lot of natural light.
The rooms are comfortable and well-designed. I loved the steering wheel faucets in the shower and the sink. Good-sized TV with lots of channels.
I don't like connecting rooms, but I didn't bother to ask for a different room. The people in the other room had a dog that barked too much. No recourse for that.
The staff at Mary Eddy's could have not have been lovelier. Unfortunately, the bartender at the Pool Bar was a sullen and churlish jerk.
Even with a crappy bartender, I would gladly stay here again.

- Cynthia (10/5): Great hotel! - The rooms and bathroom are spacious, clean, and very modern. This hotel is lovely. No complaints.

- teenyal2021 (10/5): Fabulous hotel! - This is a fabulous hotel if you travel with your pup and want a good value, modern decor, huge room, comfortable bed and pillows, great bathroom/water pressure, and friendly staff. After paying the Hyatt Place’s ridiculous $100 dog and $30 self-park fees for a tiny room the night before in Nashville, the more reasonable $50 dog fee and $10 overnight self-parking in the garage across the street was appreciated. We are traveling cross country and are happy that we are staying 2 nights here since the room is so spacious and we had a great night’s sleep. The Lightwell Studio suite is perfect if you like a lot of space (your pup even has plenty of room to run around). This might not be the suite for you if you like a brightly lit room at night (even though there are 5 lights just in the living space).
I’m incredibly particular about hotel rooms and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fordson!
- Sally (4/5): Extremely disappointing - Outside of the building was cool
Shower was good Lack of facilities in the room there wasn’t even anywhere to put a suitcase – we had to use the ironing board and a rubbish bin
No parking - valet parking 30 dollars extra per day
The ceiling lamp was so low that my husband kept hitting his head on it
The fridge and coffee facilities were so awkward to get to we had to move the furniture in order to open the doors
For a two night stop the room wasn’t serviced and we had to ask for more tea and coffee
Bearing in mind the expense of the hotel, we felt it was lacking in all departments
- Andrea (8/5): Bello ma non ci tornerei… - Struttura bellissima curata e molto pulita.
- Karen Lee (8/5): - Room was not cleaned my first day and soap dispenser never worked even though I mentioned to the front desk twice. Valet service and front desk were excellent!
- Storyteller289587 (10/5): Amazing historic hotel with resort-like atmosphere - The Fordson is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very cool, the history is engrossing, and the amenities are almost resort-like.
We found it perfect for a combined work/relax trip, especially the top-notch staffing. Thank you for making us feel welcome.
- Tamara (6/5): Hip, comfortable B no I - Very interesting design. Very industrial. Very comfortable public spaces, well designed. 3 restaurants. A gift shop. Dog friendly. Bed comfortable. Valet parking attendants terrific. Good location, close to every thing. Don’t know if it was because there was work being done somewhere, or it was simply because it is a cavernous space and maybe just everything echoed. Too noisy for me. And although the room was striking and the bed comfy, I found the design uncomfortable. All the switches and space were either on the top (i.e over your head). Awkward. And I HATE having to go to QR cods to get menus and advice. Towels were also rough. And minibar had nothing in it. That seems stran
- Nick (10/5): - This hotel is wonderful!! Large rooms, very clean, loved the separate bedroom area and living room area! Super nice staff and very willing to answer any questions. Cute pool area and an overall wonderful stay. The only thing I would ask for is to please provide brighter lights in the room!!!! Very dim lighting and difficult to read in this room.
- Bridgett Tucker (9/5): I was pleasantly surprised; good value - Good value, clean
- Joseph (10/5): - My favorite place to stay when in OKC!!
- Nicholas (10/5): - Dope hotel. Doesn’t feel like a hotel either.
- Kristopher (10/5): - Staff was amazing and really enjoyed being welcomed.
- Susan (10/5): - The hotel was great. The restaurant was awful. We went diwn to the restaurant and were tokd there were no seats. We say at the bar for 11:2 hrs. At no time were their tables full. We were two people so it was easy to add us. The food was good but the manager was not.
- 866TaylorB (10/5): Driving the Mother Road from Chicago to Los Angeles - This may be the "Grapes of Wrath" route that Henry Fonda and the Joad family took from Oklahoma to California during the Dust Bowl migration of the 1930s. Today, I'm on a 2,015-mile journey from Chicago to Los Angeles via St. Louis, Oklahoma City and Flagstaff, Arizona. The last time I was in Los Angeles was in 1971 when I was a 31-year-old sportswriter covering the Chicago Bulls, who lost a seven-game series to the Los Angeles Lakers in the semifinals of the NBA playoff. Fifty-four years ago. My first stop is the Fordson Hotel in Oklahoma City. Located at 900 West Main Street, in the Film Row neighborhood and West Village District, it is a historic boutique hotel with 135 loft-like rooms and suites and a century-old heritage. The hotel features valet parking, room service, free internet access, a fitness center, a business center, pool, laundry and three on-site restaurants--Mary Eddy's Italian Grill, the Pool Bar and Bodego. I booked a 400-square-foot King room with a King-sized bed, high ceiling, expansive windows, original artwork, tub/shower with grab bars, separate sitting room with sofa and table, a coffee/tea maker and 43-inch HDTV. A very pleasant environment and a welcome night's sleep after an exhausting 12-hour, 795-mile drive from Chicago.
- Casi (10/5): - Very unique design throughout the hotel and the room. We liked it so much that we are planning on celebrating our next anniversary there.

- J5309EQhollyl (10/5): Best hotel experience - Amazing hotel in a wonderfully restored historic building! Everything was great from the food and drinks to the room and pool!
- Benjamin (10/5): - Super neat place!
- Paula (9/5): -
- Jeremy (10/5): - We have stayed here multiple times, this place is unique, as it use to be a Ford factory in the early days. The rooms are awesome!
- H2130NHpams (10/5): Unique and Fun. Loved it! - We spent 3 nights and loved it. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Mary Eddy’s restaurant is good, and there’s a nice place for a quick breakfast. They will give you a free ride to visit nearby sites. The whole hotel has great character and atmosphere. Big shout out to all the staff. They couldn’t have been better. Stephanie at the front desk needs a promotion and a raise. Honestly, it couldn’t have been better.
- Roberta (10/5): Midwest and classy - This is our go-to place in Oklahoma City. Located near mid-town it is a boutique hotel, close to the things we love to explore, dining, and more. Located in an historic Ford factory,it has an ambience that is rare in the midwest.
- Peter (10/5): - .
- BobBlogger (10/5): Great hotel a must if you in Oklahoma - Whilst traveling Route 66 this was one of our favourite hotels, previously a Ford factory full of history, but super modern and cool, very modern rooms, great layout huge comfy bed and great bathroom, I also enjoyed the gym while staying here. Don’t bother with valet parking self parking is opposite and cheaper.
- Wilhelm (10/5): Fabelhaft -
- georgia (10/5): Great hotel, really modern, clean and cool - Super clean and spacious rooms. Would definitely stay again!
- Melanie (10/5): Comfy and quiet with great industrial style - Great style- industrial with the history of the Ford manufacturing side..good restaurant and lovely staff. Comfy bed and quiet:)
- Federica (9/5): -
- Jamie (10/5): - The staff and stay was incredible. Beds were comfortable. Property is so unique. I love the character that this hotel has. Already planning another stay.
- Slîmane (9/5): -
- Joshua (10/5): - Great stay; would recommend
- dee (10/5): - It’s a beautiful hotel
- Karen (10/5): - We loved the historic vibe of the property and being able to leisurely stroll around viewing the art collection. Mary Eddy’s restaurant was fabulous! The only thing that I think could be improved upon was the use of the hotel pool by private party guests. I specifically booked this property because the pool looked so inviting. We were prohibited from using the pool for a few hours because a private party booked it and when we arrived at the pool after the party there were no chairs available to us because all the party guests had taken up every poolside chair. Party guests lingered long after the party. We stood in the pool until 2 bar stools became available. I would like management to address this issue as we did not feel welcome in the pool in the property we were paying to stay at. All other parts of our experience were wonderful.
- Jay (10/5): - Nice facility, good food too. Will be back.
- Katherine (10/5): - The Fordson is an incredibly unique hotel! I’ve stayed there a couple times now and it is so clean! The beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. We love staying there when we’re in Oklahoma City!
- Karen (10/5): - unique historical and industrial atmosphere, quiet, spacious rooms
- Lauren (6/5): Cool atmosphere, but not very comfortable. - The hotel is really cool. The history in the architecture is really awesome too. We enjoyed that aspect of it and staying somewhere a little bit more unique from other places!
I will say that the rooms are pretty hot. It was hard to get good airflow and the thermostat is set where you can only turn it to a certain temperature. We were not able to turn it low enough to really cool it off. The bed is also not very comfortable. My back hurt pretty bad the next morning.
We would’ve also really enjoyed going to the swimming pool, but it is a small space and it was very crowded with a lot of people who are very drunk. If that’s not your scene, it won’t work for you.
So all the architecture and design was really cool. We will not be going back. The comfort was not what we were hoping for for a relaxing day.
- Henri (9/5): Fun stop in OK City. Eat dinner elsewhere. - The location and interesting architecture were fun. The room was specious, modern and unique. The restaurant was a major disappointment with the steak being overcooked and pasta dish almost inedible with too much lemon! It doesn't match the excellence of the building!
- Olivia (10/5): - The staff were polite and helpful, the anesthetics were nice and fun. The lighting in the room was pretty dim and made it challenging to do makeup even with the provided mirror light. The sink was small and the cpunter tops show all the water on the cpunter and its very hard not to get so much water on the counter tops because of how shallow the sink is. The water pressure from the shower was incredible though. The tempature was easily tailored, and there was enough space in the shower. Lastly, the towels are hella soft and their closet offers good lighting and a full length mirror. This place is classy and sophisticated, and staffed by wonderful people.
- Kris (6/5): - This hotel is not kid friendly. Adult only pool after 4:00 I was told we could swim until 4:00. With check-in at 3:00 that is not really optimal. With kids the number one hotel amenity is a pool.
- Keith (10/5): One night stay - Awesome Hotel and staff. Restaurant was very very good. Service was a bit slow but the food more than made up for it. Room was huge and super clean. Floors very clean and fun art to discover all around. Highly suggest this spot.
- Patty (6/5): - It was okay. Everything closed at 10 pm. We were told there was water in the room, but there wasn’t. By the time we realized it, it was 10:15 and we couldn’t get a drink of any kind, including a water bottle. Also had to call the main desk to get the air conditioning to operate. The room got up to 77 before it started to finally cool down.
- Tera (10/5): - It was a super cool old building. Loved the atmosphere. The shower curtin was disgusting but other than that great room and I loved the windows.
- Ricardo (10/5): - Excellent hotel and staff!
- Sonal (10/5): - Nice stay and the hotel was well done, with the historical aspect of the building really showing. The hotel required valet or you could park at a garage across the street for $5/night which was fine. Overall nice stay and would stay here again
- Elena (10/5): - Excelente customer service and experience
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): - Very nice hotel and the restaurants were amazing
- Lana (10/5): - Loved the different quiet atmosphere. The staff was very helpful on places to eat and they were very friendly.
- Arturo (7/5): Grant - All Re
- Steven (10/5): The very best hotel in OKC. This would be a top contender if it were location in LA, NYC, Houston or Dallas. It’s that - Historic, trendy, Luxurious. Outstanding staff, top shelf Italian Restaurant, great breakfast, valets were sharp. Nothing.
- Deborah (10/5): - Everything was FANTASTIC! Hospitality, atmosphere, accommodations, location, Great surrounding restaurants. The workout room was the BEST - complete with sauna and steam room. I will stay here again.
Super Job, Fordson!
- Chris (2/5): - Dirty bathroom. Poop all over the toilet. The ac didn't work. Front desk was going to get someone to look at it but never did. Unfortunate stay.
- Benjamin (10/5): - Very cool building. Beautiful artwork and neat concept. Fun downtown area. Staff was wonderful
- Wimbledonfan (6/5): Never Again - The AC in the room was so loud we couldn’t sleep and the thermostat appeared not to be functioning properly. 72 was hot when it went off but freezing when it was on. We also had a late night return one evening. Asked for a luggage cart as we had lots of items from a wedding. Front desk said he didn’t know where any were Ave asked another younger guy to search the floors. That person made an obviously audible disgust sound as if he didn’t want to go look. I don’t as obvious how much stuff we had to carry up. Finally another employee offered us one that had a wheel that was malfunctioning but workable. No one offered to help carry our items. Thankful for the cart we were able to use. It just seems that there is a lack of customer service skills.
- constanza (10/5): - Great stay
- LINDA (10/5): - Great stay!!! The hotel was unique and beautiful!
- Jennifer (10/5): - We love everything about the Fordson.
- Brandi (2/5): - Room was not ready two hours after check in time and staff did not even seem regretful.
- Alexiss (2/5): - Didn’t honor our reservation and blamed booking third party. Downgraded us to a different room without notification
- Megan (10/5): - Clean, convenient location. Friendly staff
- Tuneboy2000 (2/5): Avoid staying here - You best read this. - Had I read the 1 Star reviews prior to booking the Fordson last weekend, I would have just chalked those past reviews to being Covid, or prior ownership or simply “it can’t be that bad”. Well, let me tell you that if you don’t believe those, then how about a recent review because EVERYTHING they say is absolutely the same: Pool closed for private wedding party duration 3pm-7 / FOUR hours. You can’t find anybody to help. The smaller “bistro” isn’t open except when they feel like it. AC in rooms sucks. Beds below average. So, you’re basically in an urban hotel that looks cool but you are totally stranded. No thanks. Lastly, talked (politely) and extensively with mgmt about issues and making it right. Promises made to adjust bill and yada yada and then… crickets. Can’t wait for the manager that made these promises to post on TA, and tell me how sorry they are. BS — 5 years and you still suck. Had we slept in our car, we would have woke up in the same way- tired and wrung out - but I would still have my $800.00 in my pocket.
If you are looking for a good nights rest or a drink by the pool - AVOID.
(Posting a pic so you can see the last time the building had any maintenance)
- Deborah (8/5): Very good -
