- Rubén (10/5): Excelente opción para Olbia - Estuvimos 4 días en el Olbia Domus Inn y todo genial, las habitaciones son amplias, silenciosas, cómodas, se encuentran a menos de 10 minutos andando del centro de Olbia, tienes sitio para aparcar, y nos trataron bastante bien, la verdad. No veo mejor sitio para alojarse en RCP Estuvo todo genial, ahora mismo no recuerdo nada que nos pudiera molestar, además nos facilitaron un check in temprano, que cuando llegas del ferry muy pronto se agradece. Recomendado 100% para todo tipo de personas ya que no hay que subir escaleras.

Comparto el gel que dejan en el baño para tres noches. El desayuno de las fotos es un engaño, hay una cafetera enana y requemada. No hay microondas pero si un horno para hacer un asado, absurdo.

De plus, le lavabo était bouché et l’insonorisation catastrophique. Très cher, je ne reviendrai pas.

Pokoje czyściutkie i co najważniejsze z klimatyzacją a była potrzebna :) przemiły właściciel, bardzo pomocny! Poza ścisłym centrum, obiekty super, sama dzielnica wymagałaby odświeżenia.

The price is very high for a hotel of this level- considering there is no pool and it is not super luxurious so the price is high for what it offers in my opinion.

Logement assez bruyant du fait d'un bar à proximité avec karaoke tard dans la nuit le vendredi soir, stationnement compliqué dans les rues adjacentes, communication très limitée avec le responsable (aucune réponse à nos questions en fin de séjour que ce soit sur booking ou sur whatsapp), aménagement à minima : aucun produit d'entretien, pas même la moindre éponge à vaisselle, juste un balai...

- SB-S (10/5): Sparkling clean with charming courtyard. - The room was spotless! By far one of the cleanest room I've been whilst on holidays. Also, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The building is located close to a nice little square and there's plenty of parking around. It's a quiet area and you feel well safe with the private entrance to the lovely courtyard. The building is not far from the city centre, walking distance to the train station and many shops. I definitely recommend you staying here. Just a Little Little detail, our room had a standard Italian double bed (so really great size one) but with two separated mattresses, so could be a bit uncomfortable whilst sleeping. Nothing major though. I would like to have the option for breakfast-included.

- Markus (10/5): Wunderbar - klare Empfehlung - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und extrem sauber, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch für Sonderwünsche. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Vor den Apartments Sitzmöglichkeiten im Schatten. Nichts.
- Juan Manuel (8/5): Comfortable apartement. Staff attitude can be improved - The apartment is clean and very spacious. It is also close to the center and many restaurants. I did not like was the fact that I was forced to pay twice the deposit due to a failure in the host system. Basically, the host mentioned the deposit payment did not go through the first time even though I showed him on my phone that the money had been taken. He said I could not stay without paying deposit and that we have to try again, so I paid 250 EUR for the second time with a different card. After some days both deposits were returned, but having to pay 500 EUR instead of 250 EUR just because the host did not want to double check on the first try can be annoying in you are traveling on a budget.

- Christian (7/5): Anständige Unterkunft in Laufnähe zur Altstadt - Die Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Draussen gibt es verschiedene Gelegenheiten zum sitzen und draussen frühstücken in der Sonne. Man finder tagsüber eigentlich immer Sonne oder Schatten und es gibt Pflanzen. Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. In Laufweite habe ich meinen Lieblingssupermarkt von Sardinien entdeckt Die Kette hiesst "MD". Der Bus hält ganz in der Nähe und bringt einen in ca 15 Minuten zum Flughafen. Wir waren das erste mal auf der schönen Insel und blieben zwei Tage in Olbia. Zwei Tage sind zu viel gewesen. Besonders schön / sehenswert fand ich den Ort nicht. Es gibt ein paar schöne alte Strassen, durch die man schlendern kann. Das einzige? Museum, ein brutalistisch wirkender Betonklops, wirkt wie ein Gefängnis und hatte prompt geschlossen. Natürlich fahre ich nicht zum einkaufen nach Italien. Dennoch, wir haben wirklich in der ganzen Stadt nichts gefunden, dass uns irgendwie gereizt hätte. Das bleib auch so auf der Insel, viel Plunder. Wie leider überall auf Sardinien haben Fussgänger quasi keine Rechte. Die Gehwege sind schmal und zuverlässig zugeparkt. Das gilt ganz besonders für die Strassen rud um die das Domus. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wie man in dieser Gegend Kleinkinder gross zieht. Die Autofahrer fahren selbstbewusst mit hohem Tempo durch die engen Gassen, man springt wie ein Hündchen ständig auf der Hut hin und her. Weil die Wohnungen dicht neben und gegenüber liegen, und der Hof hallt hört man alles, was die Bewohner so tun., wenn die Fenster offen sind. Manche Bewohner im Erdgeschoss wussten wohl nicht, dass der dünne Vorhang durchsichtig ist, wenn Innen Licht brennt. Aber es gibt einen zweiten. blickdichten Vorhang.

Situated in a lovely courtyard and within walking distance (5mins) to train station and bus stops. I liked that although there was no option for breakfast you were provided with items in your room jam,toast etc very much appreciated 👍 I would definitely stay again very good value for money clean everything you need. Nothing all 👍
