- Jonathan (8/5): - Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, und es war alles schon ein bisschen heruntergefahren. Das Hotel ist wohl verkauft und keiner weiß wie es wirklich weitergeht. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.
- Mario (8/5): - Sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern, hier und da vielleicht ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig, aber ohne das es im Moment störend ist. Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit sehr gutem Bett. Negativ nur die hellhörige Zimmertür und nur eine Bettdecke, die für 2 Personen viel zu klein ist. Wir haben aber auf Anfrage sofort eine zweite Bettdecke bekommen. Essen und Getränke sind landestypisch, aber nicht negativ gemeint, sondern da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Pool und Wasserpark sind schön angelegt, die Wasserrutschen machen Spaß und sind teilweise richtig aufregend. (3 von 5 Rutschen erst ab 12 Jahre). Am Strand kann man den ganzen Tag verbringen, mit Bar und Snackrestaurant wird auch dort für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

- Nader (8/5): - The beach, pools, restaurants, staff and other facilities. are good. My only comment would only be the quality of rooms. I think it is time for management to embark on a program for renovating the rooms. The rooms’ facilities are operational, yet they have surpassed their useful life in terms of furniture, ACs, bathroom, beds, lighting and other facilities. Obviously, this requires capital investment. It is worthwhile to upgrade and increase their rates to recover gradually their capital investment and attract more guests.

- Mehmet (10/5): 5yıldız otel kalitesinde bir tatil oldu - Beklentimin çok üzerinde bir tatil deneyimi oldu. Genel anlamda 5 yıldızlı otelde hissettim kendimi ilgi alaka da çok iyiydi. Özellikle barmen tarık ve dj Devrim’e teşekkür ederiz. Olumsuz diyebileceğim şeyler ise animasyon yetersizdi otel günleri daha dolu dolu olabilirdi. Bir de yemek çeşitliliği biraz azdı onun dışında ama gayet memnun kaldık.

- Vural (6/5): - Bu yorumu fiyat performans temelli yapmaktayım. Ortalamanın üstünde bir otel. Çocuklu tatil için imkanları ideal. Ancak bazı olumsuz noktalar var: - Klima merkezi sistem. Oradan sınırlı kontrol mümkün. Küçük bir çocuk ile konaklıyorsanız oda sıcaklığını ayarlamakta zorlanabilirsiniz. Antalya gibi çok sıcak bir şehir için bu oldukça önemli. - Cep telefonum odamda ve havuz çevresinde çekmiyordu. Bu benim için önemli bir sorundu. - Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. - Deniz erken derinleşiyor ve zeminde kayalar mevcut. Küçük çocuklar için dikkatli olunmalı. - Çalışanların hepsi iyi niyetli ancak bir kısmı görevine yeterince hakim değil. - Ana yemek alanı dışındaki pastane, restaurant (alakart hariç) gibi hizmetlerin içeriği son derece kısıtlıydı. - Alkol açısından ortalama. Yerli bir turist olarak bu fiyat bandındaki bir otelde bu hususların daha iyi olmasını beklerdim. - Otel temiz, odamız geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Öğle ve akşam yemekleri gayet iyiydi. Havuzlar yeterli. Çocuklar için olan sosyal aktiviteler yeterli. Bunlar da iyi yönleri.

- Natalie (8/5): - The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The management informed us the air conditioning system was working from 12pm to 2am only during the night shift. This was surely a bad experience. I have paid for a facility with air conditioning and that condition was not full filled. The gym needs full renovation - it's a messy place and kids under 16yo coming into the premisses despite announcement at the main entrance. Old and dirty equipment. Various lounge chairs are broken and need to be replaced. Food variety was good.
- René Manfred (6/5): - Die zimmer waren nicht in einem guten Zustand. Das Personal ist auf kein Bedürfnis eingegangen. Bei 30 grad wurde einfach mal entschieden die Klimaanlage abzuschalten. Entsprechend oft war das zimmer sehr stickig und warm.

- Yasemin (8/5): Nice hotel apart from spa area - The hotel is lovely but spa area is letting the hotel down Turkish bath and steam room smells bad and not clean at all apart from spa area everything else was great staff really helpful and friendly our room was fantastic was really happy with our room enjoyed our holiday😊
- Dilara (8/5): - Das Hotel ist bombastisch. Die Aussicht wirklich super toll, man hat nichts in dem Thema auszusetzen. Außerdem ist das Hotel extrem groß, man findet immer Plätze am Pool. Die Einrichtung ist auch super elegant und wunderschön. Für uns waren die Abendshows nichts, aber Familien hatten ihren Spaß. Danach gabs auch eine „Disco“ bis 1 Uhr, die leider größtenteils immer leer war. Der Strand war leider steinig, aber das war unser Fehler, da wir es davor nicht recherchiert haben. Dafür war der Pool umso besser. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht so modern, sondern eher etwas alt. Der Duschkopf war sehr alt, die Betten nicht sehr bequem. Man sollte abwägen was man eher haben möchte, großes luxusHotel oder eher ein kleines Hotel mit einer hochwertigen Innenausstattung. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Die Desserts waren nicht nach meinem Geschmack, dafür hat sie mein Mann geliebt. Also wirklich alles Geschmacksache! Verhungern kann man nie, da es immer zu jeder Uhrzeit etwas zu essen gibt. Insgesamt war es einer der besten Hotels
- Trond Arne (8/5): - Dårlig renhold av rom underveis, særlig ute på terrassen ! Dårlig påfyll av balsam / conditioner under hele oppholdet på 11 dgr. Skiftet håndkler HVER dag, til tross for at vi hang opp igjen håndkler til bruk neste dag, for å spare miljøet.

What let’s the hotel down is the cleanliness of the main pool grit and fruit from over Hanging palm trees every day and the small bits of repair required here there and every way.

- Lara (6/5): - The hotel is family friendly. They have variety in food but not delicious.. Swimming pool is suitable for kids the maximum hight is 1:30 meter and the water play area opens only from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM. They have show every night. Wifi was very bad
- Adis (10/5): Mycket nöjd besökare - Fantastiskt hotell som jag skulle kunna tänka mig att besöka igen och rekommendera till andra. Trevlig personal, maten var fantastisk, underhållningen var kanon. Mindre bra: Wi-Fi på rummet funkade inte alls. Svårt att hitta lediga solstolar vid stora poolen, men det ska tilläggas att det var högsäsong och hotellet var fullbokat.

- VALERIA (8/5): Lovely place - Lovely place to stay. The food and athmosphwre were great the services as well. The only unpleasent was the approach in the main restaurant as the cleaning and servise kind of stopped 30min before the dinner/lunch finish. Really unpleasent to fight for a coffee or your glass of wine to be picked up. Is a pitty noone realise when you are on a holiday you dont want to rush but enjoy your time.

The whole resort was very well maintained and cleaned. There were plenty of sunbeds available every day, the food was excellent with loads of choice and variety. We would have no hesitation recommending this resort to others and we look forward to returning.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The resort has a great variety of things to do, great activities for the kids although wouldn't trust to leave my daughter at the kids club on their own as seemed under staffed and there was no one watching the kids on the equipment outside with kids ranging from 2-16. The staff are amazing and so helpful, we were a group of 15 people and they reserved and laid out a table for us every night and the service was impeccable. Food and drink is the best I have had and we always go AI all over the world, huge variety and all really well cooked. The resort is really well kept with lovely green areas and walks, plenty of choices of pools and bars, billiards, table tennis, various beach activities and water sports etc. We will all be going back next year as really found it hard to fault. Only small bits were ask for a mattress topper when you arrive as without it the mattresses are like granite, the beach is artificial which isn't an issues, it lovely, but under the sea is very rocky and quite hard to walk on (water shoes recommended) and unfortunately they dont have baby changing facilities in the disabled or mens bathrooms, only the ladies (come on guys, 21st Century!) these are all minor things though and would recommend the hotel to anyone who would listen.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is an amazing resort. I have stayed in many different resorts around the world (Mexico, Dominican, Cuba, Panama) just to name a few. This would have to be once of my top resorts based on the sheer number of activities to participate in. This was my honeymoon so it was my first vacation with my wife and son. Vacationing with a family is a first for me so I must review this differently than I have my previous reviews. This place is amazing for families. We never used the kids club but there were always doing something interesting around the resort. The restaurants were excellent. I did get violently ill after my first day there. But I can't link it to my final meal in Ukraine or my first in Turkey. I should not have kept eating but the amount of delicious food made it impossible not to. I just went to the local pharmacist and told him my symptoms and he gave me some medication. They even have a kids restaurant beside the main buffet catering to children. The beach was good not great. Water was warm but had many big rocks until you got out further. I highly recommend water shoes. We found a spot where there were fewer big rocks and stayed there for the week. It was in front of one of the cabanas we rented for the week. As it was our honeymoon they upgraded our standard room to an ocean front room. It was a welcome and much appreciated gesture. They also decorated our room and gave us a gift of champagne, fruits and Turkish sweets. All in all great vacation!

Liked so much as was different themes everyday no need to try the other a la carte restaurants.. Staff very friendly and helpful... Kids club was brilliant and it made our holiday seeing our son playing with other children there.. A great choice too of activities throughout the day both for children and adults

- Verified traveler (8/5): - We spent a lovely family beach break at this hotel and enjoyed the pebble beach & pools. Food was plentiful at all times with a large selection and theme dinners were suggested every night. i liked the detox juices in the mornings and kids couldnt be any happier for having ice cream any time they liked :) i must say , however that flavors would need to be improved especially for the pastries and patisseries, there was too much variety but the taste not always indulging. The staff was friendly and did his best to provide quality service yet most of them could not speak English so communication wasnt very easy. Last, the water park was not suitable for kids below 12 and the lazy river was almost stagnant. For such a beautiful hotel, the water park needs improvement to suit all ages and make everybody's stay, a memorable one.

Everything is sparkling clean, the food and drinks are tasty and diverse. The only downside is the beach, which has stones where you enter the water.
