- Lilian (9/5): - The apartment was very big very spacious extremely clean and very well equipped. The location was fantastic, in a beautiful part of Netanya right next to the beach. The layout of the apartment and the amount of beds was very good. There were a few slight problems with the plumbing system especially when showering and using the toilets. The bedding could have done with a freshen-up, especially the duvets. I was asked to pay extra on top of an already quite high price to check out after the Sabbath. I wasn't expecting to have to pay for that.

The internet was not brilliant in a few of the rooms, but to their credit they quickly gave us an independent router for that room.

- Arye (8/5): Very good - During our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying a spacious apartment in an incredible location right by the beach. The convenience of a well-stocked and reasonably priced grocery store located right under the building added to our overall positive experience. The apartment offered stunning views, excellent central AC, and comfortable beds. In addition, the thoughtful provision of a hot plate and hot water kettle for Shabbat contributed to our comfortable stay. The building also boasts a beautiful backyard, which was a hit with the kids. Highly recommended! Old kitchen. Flushes don't work well. Barbecues are not allowed on the porch (we got a call that neighbors are complaining).

Directions to the apartment and how to work everything were very clear Close to shopping, kosher food nearby Shabbat amenities (hot water urn, candles, Shabbat elevator, hot plate, 1 flight up if taking steps, synagogue within walking distance) Shower water sometimes pooled out of the stall Only large towels (no washcloths or floor towel) - but plenty of them Sliding door to balcony sticks a little If keeping strict kosher, there is only 1 set of dishes so consider bringing plastic utensils. Pots aren’t labeled meat/dairy. This wasn’t an issue for us but just letting others know. Fridge didn’t seem to get very cold, only kept things cool

Don't book here!!! - After booking via Expedia, I received an email in Russian stating that my booking was erroneously made and that the price of the room is different. After I replied in English asking what the itinerary number was, I received a response in English thanking me for my purchase and that I was eagerly awaited in the room. When we arrived to Netanya and found the place, there was no sign or front desk. No arrival instruction was provided. We had to get someone to call the number in our itinerary to have the owner, Evgeniy, come and open the apartment door for us. The building itself is in poor condition with elevators not working properly and no light in the hallway. There was a dead bird outside on the windowsill in the hallway. The owner was extremely rude and slow. While my family was settling into the apartment the owner showed me the parking garage, which was acceptable, but difficult to get to. When I returned to the room, my family was in outrage at how disgusting the place was. The sheets were not washed, the towels look like they were old and extremely filthy, and both were seemingly neatly arranged after each visitor. The plumbing in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, no soap or shampoo, all the handles were grimy, and the tub looked so filthy that I wouldn't even want to step into it. When the host came he was extremely rude and asked us why it was his responsibility to provide soap. We left immediately and he didn't give us a dime back. Scam!
