Je recommande le jus d'orange sanguine qui est traditionnel et excellent Un grand merci Un peu peur du bruit en soirée et d'un seul coup tout est devenu calme

• Maria Carmela (2/5): Da non riprenotare - L’unica cosa positiva è stata la vicinanza con il Palasele Il personale poco cordiale, ambienti freddi e le lenzuola macchiate di muffa. Quando lo abbiamo fatto presente, mostrando delle foto, il consierge ha fatto controllare ad una dipendente e si è giustificato dicendo che era umidità 🙄 Non ha mostrato alcun dispiacere per l’accaduto ma ha altresì insistito sul fatto che fosse una possibilità da contemplare perché le lenzuola vengono sigillate dopo l’asciugatura!!

• Emanuela (7/5): Ci tornerei per un evento al Palasele per la comodità - L'hotel è in una posizione strategica per chi si reca al Palasele. 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 7 minuti a piedi dal palazzetto. Le camere sono ampie ma un pochino datate. Vi sono dei lavori in corso quindi immagino stiano rinnovando. Il prezzo decisamente spropositato per i servizi e la qualità della struttura al momento, magari dopo i lavori sarà una tariffa giustificata. Colazione scarsa con orario 7-9:30 siamo scesi alle 9:17 e ci hanno detto che stavano chiudendo. Buffet povero per il prezzo pagato.

Mini frigo assente. Camera molto fredda e sistemi di riscaldamento mal funzionanti. Le foto poste sul sito relative alle stanze non sono corrispondenti alla realtà. Direzione poco professionale e poco rispettoso.

Quando l'ospite della camera affianco si è svegliato verso le 6:30 del mattina ci ha svegliati aprendo le tapparelle e recandosi in bagno adiacente alla nostra camera

• Maurizio (9/5): Viaggio itinerante con famiglia - Vera camera quadrupla con due ambienti molto spaziosa, pulizia e staff molto cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente da ritornarci. La camera avrebbe bisogno di una imbiancata perché ci sono un po’ di segni sui muri, ma stanno anche ristrutturando la facciata e quindi sarà sicuramente fatta a termine dei lavori.

This suited us as we needed to get an early start the next morning. The hotel served a good value traditional Italian evening meal in the restaurant. A very good value breakfast was available. Parking off the street was available too. It's not a very interesting area, but certainly suits for an overnight stay in its convenient location.

• Alessandro (1/5): Manager Not Professional - the location is nice, high level of cleanness and recent renovation of the rooms One of the mattress was totally destroyed and for this I could not sleep at all. You could feel every single spring in the back. If you do renovations of the room, do it properly. Breakfast finishes at 9.30, we arrived at 9.40 and there was nothing left so no breakfast. That is ok for me but please don’t say “we were waiting for you but you didn’t come”. For making up of the broken mattress they offered us one night in the future at there own expenses. I asked if there was the possibility to make it the second night since I saw online that rooms were available and the answer was “sorry we cannot, we are full” “ah, that room that you see online is a “dancing” room” (una camera che balla). I don’t like when people take advantage of clients and they make fools out of them, a bit of respect. They even tried to contact me here on booking at 3pm to offer me again the room. What a show to appear good. In conclusion the manager is not professional at all.
