- antonia (10/5): Qualora tornassi in zona sceglierei ancora questo hotel - L’hotel non ha nulla di pretenzioso, è essenzialmente moderno. Dista appena pochi chilometri dal centro di Meldola, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Ma ciò che aggiunge un quid in più è la genuina cortesia del personale tutto . Sempre disponibile e presente senza essere invadente! Pronto a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza con grande garbo e discrezione. Davvero meritevole.

Peccato per i numerosi insetti schiacciati sui muri e le donne delle pulizie che alle 7.30 parlavano ad alta voce nei corridoi. Un punto negativo, in questo periodo di covid, rientrare la sera e trovare gente nella hall senza mascherina e sigaretta in bocca, a differenza del personale che seguiva scrupolosamente le regole.

The breakfast was of a continental constitution and was very pleasing during consumption. The room had a carpet in it and there were curtains which could be opened and closed at the required times with consummate ease.

While English isn't very known in the hotel or the local town, the people could not be friendlier. Thankfully we had people in our group who could speak Italian but even without nothing was too difficult. This is a superb hotel for the price. Excellent service and friendliness of staff make this such a high review.
- fernandezbacad (10/5): The nicest staff ever, and that's just the start - I was attending a conference in nearby Bertinoro and wanted a place where me and my wife could both relax. There really aren't that many choice in the area. The only other one that seemed OK was the Grand Hotel across the street from Fontanelle. I was about to book a room in the Grand Hotel, when I saw the tripadvisor reviews for both place. Those for Fontanelle were surprisingly strong, so on the basis of that, I opted for it in the end. Were we ever glad! The price was incredibly reasonable, the people at the front desk were wonderful -- actually exceptional. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed many a great meal at the hotel restaurant. English is not much spoken at Fratta Terme, but we have never felt more comfortable in a hotel.
