Ladislava (10/5): Rádi si pobyt zopakujeme, již doporučuji všem známým. - Naprosto luxusní snídaně, neskutečný výběr, pohodlné postele, čisto, voňavo, skvělý výchozí bod, velmi milé, usměvavé a ochotné recepční, nebyl problém odnést nápoje na pokoj, kdykoliv po celý den přístup k nápojům - prostě boží... pouze by mohla být silnější Wi-Fi, jinak určitě není co vytknout

Christian (10/5): Selten habe ich mich so wohl gefühlt in einem Hotel. Insgesamt ein mehr als angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Tolle Lage, super nettes Personal. Top moderne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es extrem viel Auswahl und war wirklich außergewöhnlich gut! Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu schreiben!

Tomáš (10/5): Jednoznačně můžeme doporučit - Krásný menší hotel se super atmosférou a zázemím. Na začátek musíme vyzdvihnout úžasné chování milého personálu. Hotel jako stvořený pro rodiny s dětmi. Poprvé jsme se setkali s tak širokým výběrem všech možných “drobností” pro děti, jako jsou například Albi tužka a knížky, stolní hry pro děti i dospělé, nádherná hernička. Pro dospělé knihovna, stolní fotbal, Xbox a posezení. Měli jsme trochu strach o snídaně, když je to menší hotel a byli jsme vyvedeni z omylu. Krásné snídaně se super výběrem a opět spousta věcí pro děti. Celý den k dispozici různé snacky, alko/nealko, toasty,pizza. Hotel umístěn přímo u zastávky tramvaje, která vás doveze až do centra města a nebo třeba do ZOO. Za celou rodinu můžeme jen doporučit

Osobní a milý přístup, perfektní interakce s dětmi od holek na recepci, pokoj skvělý s malým dětským koutkem, hračkami a knížkami! Snack bar fajn, super systém s občerstvením. Snídaně také velké překvapení s výběrem a kreativitou! Opravdu klobouk dolů, rozhodně budeme jezdit pravidelně!

Kristīne (10/5): Very clean accommodation with excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Ideal for families with kids. - The accommodation exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, fresh and new. The staff was kind and very responsive. The breakfast had a large and wide selection. A very big plus is the children's room and the fact that there is also games in the room for kid - I recommend it for families with children. The rooms are spacious enough, well equipped and quiet. This accommodation set a high bar for other accommodation :) No complaints at all, we really enjoyed our time here.

Katherine (10/5): Friendly, well-equipped hotel with an amazing breakfast - Amazing breakfast buffet - what a great selection! Very friendly and helpful staff, also fluent in English and German. Good storage area for skis etc. An easy walk to the ski slopes and the nearby tram stop.

Václav (10/5): Zklamaní při příjezdu.... - Přístup personálu - ochota s čímkoliv pomoct Není skoro nic až na "kauci 10.000kc" ! Kdybych neměl tyto peníze u sebe,tak netuším zda by mě ubytovali a bylo k půlnoci,tak nevim kde bych sháněl nové ubytování. Rezervaci jsem měl přes Booking.

Juri (10/5): SKI URLAUB - Wir haben ein Apartment mit Gartenblick was sehr schön war und ruhig. Für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Weiche Betten. Im der Nähe Skilift zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Frühstück ein Traum. Wenn man in SPA möchte muss man vorher buchen obwohl ich dachte das es mit integriert war. Sehr teuer wurde von uns als Familie mit 4 Personen 4000 Krone angeboten. War aber in den Tagen wo wir waren ausgebucht.

Anastasiia (10/5): - Отличный отель. Приветливый персонал. Достаточно места на паркинге. В номере было чисто. Чистая постель и полотенца. Тепло. Хороший завтрак. Посреди дня можно на месте заказать пиццу и напитки. Для нас отличный бонус был детская игровая комната. Мы довольны и я точно рекомендую ваш отель! Нет лифта, с чемоданами по лестнице не очень удобно.
