- Galit (7/5): Nice hotel, great location. - The location was great, rooms are nice and comfortable. We received a bottle of Cava to the room for a Birthday we celebrated. We booked a massage for 2pm. The room was not ready before so it was difficult to get ready. The check in is until 3pm but I was told that it would probably be fine. Or after I asked a few times they changed our room to one that was ready so we can get organized. Also, the massage area is on the roof right near the jacuzzi-so it was noisy from the outside.

- מישל (5/5): נחמד לא יותר מזה - רק את צוות הקבלה , לעומת הציון של 9 בבוקינג הייתי מופתעת מאוד הציפיות שלי היו גבוהות לעומת מה שקיבלתי בפועל . שעות פתיחת הבריכה לא נוחות בכלל , לא היה ג׳קוזי פעיל כמו בתמונות , היה ריח לא נעים במסדרונות, אין חניה מסודרת , חדר בינוני מאוד ומטה , השירותים היו תקולים, לא היו חלוקים בחדר , כשמתקלחים אין מה שיעצור את המים והיו מים בכל חדר השירותים , בגלל בניית הרכבת הקלה לא היו מוניות כשהייתי צריכה והמיקום היה בעייתי. כנראה שלא אחזור

- Debra (7/5): Fantastic staff, nice pool, great location, shame about the noise! - Every single member of staff was cheerful and incredibly helpful. The location was central, felt safe, with cafés, bars & restaurants nearby, including the cafés where the hotel breakfast vouchers can be used, which are a 5 minute walk away.The rooftop was a lovely place to chill with a bar and a nice pool (although not a huge amount of loungers). The rooms were small, well fitted out (robes, slippers, mineral water) with comfortable beds and a good shower. All in all a decent, if somewhat expensive hotel, but it's an expensive city, with a lovely team who go out of their way to help. The hotel, being very central at the edge of the Carmel Market with cafés & bars all around, is incredibly noisy - no ones fault, it's just what is.. but the description when booking said 'soundproofing' and there isn't any. Single pane windows mean that as long as the bars are open it feels like the party is in your room. From about 06:30 you have lots of delivery trucks unloading. I'm a light sleeper, but even with earplugs in, found it impossible to sleep well. I paid for an upgrade (albeit with a discount) to a larger room on the other side of the hotel away from the market. This was over Allenby St which is currently undergoing heavy construction which happened not to be active during the few days I was there so it was pretty quiet, , but if it had have been, there would have been no escape from the noise.
- Emily (8/5): מקום מושלם, צוות מקסים, המלון חדש נקי ונעים מאוד. הבריכה בגג פינוק נהדר. לקחת בחשבון שזה לא חדר יוקרתי - מיקום מעולה ממש ליד שוק הכרמל, 10 דק הליכה מרוטשילד , דקות בודדות משנקין. הכל נגיש ברגל בתי קפה ברים המיטה הייתה נוחה ומפנקת, אבל מזרן רך קצת גמר לי את הגב . והוילונות לא היו אטומים מספיק אז כבר מ 5 בבוקר בחדר היה מאוד מואר

- Matthew (10/5): Would definitely come back - My favorite parts were the staff always willing to help: Matan Mor Karina Erin I felt that anything I needed they'd be able to help with. I stayed for a week, so there were a lot of questions that I had. The room was VERY comfortable with well equipped international television. The pool and sundeck were a huge plus for me. Sometimes a bit loud inside and outside but that's Tel Aviv. It's in a great location, but the construction means that public transport is quite limited.
