Guest Reviews
- Juan Jose (10/5): -
- Tom (10/5): Nice folks running the place , comfortable rooms . - Breakfast was quick and light. Nice to have a pot of coffee All was great . Make sure you book. Your airport trans through them , 14€ and someone will also meet you and guide you to the RIAD as it is a maze
- Christine (10/5): Exceptionnel !!
Ras
- James (10/5): Memorable stay for our 10th Anniversary - We had memorable stay at Riad Irene, Pascal and Irene made us feel very welcome, ensuring that we knew our way around the Medina, to and from the riad, with directions on maps and recommendations for places to eat and agencies for tours. They also ensured that we had a taxi from the airport booked because it can be overwhelming when you first visit the city. The breakfast was especially important each morning and changeable with the times especially when we had to get early to places to visit to beat the crowds or the tour we made to the Atlas mountains. We really want to thank Abdul for his warm personality and hospitable nature towards us, he was always attentive to our needs and made our stay without problems, whether it was a tea or coffee on request or booking us the taxi for the airport to return home. Nothing, everything was perfect. Once again thank you for making our 10th anniversary the best trip we have made for both of us. Truly you have a beautiful place to be proud of.
- piergiorgio (8/5): - tutto nulla
- Aleksander (10/5): Bardzo wygodne, klimatyczne. Kawy i herbaty według życzenia. Miła atmosfera. Wszystko było bez zarzutu.
- Ulrike (10/5): wunderbar!
- Amanda (6/5): Not recommended for solo female travellers - The riad and room was beautiful, hosts were nice, breakfast was good although no hot items, consisted of a sweet based item, yogur, a fruit, coffee and juice.
The room was beautiful and comfortable The location is a 20min walk to the souks and the same to other places. It is in a local area and you need to walk through many narrow alleys.
I was uncomfortable being in the area as a solo female traveker especially in the evenings.
Restaurants and shops again required walking through often dark alleys for at least 10min
Also I had trouble using the AC for heating
- Milena Magdalena (10/5): Perfect place to stay! - great and caring staff, clean rooms, calm, hot shower, feeling safe, big and good breakfast (more sweet version), beautiful riad, close to the main attraktion, they can offer a Taxi to pick you up from the airport (normal price)
(If you plan to return to the riad late in the evening, make sure not to walk through the souk. When the gates are closed and you’re inside, you can get closed inside. We almost made this mistake.) Everything was perfect!
- Nerina (10/5): -
- Kenneth (10/5): - War alles super
- Dmitrii (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Riad Irene. The atmosphere is truly special – you can feel the care and thought put into every detail of the interior. The hosts were incredibly kind, open, and helpful, making us feel very welcome. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place that perfectly captures the spirit of Marrakech. Highly recommend!
- Ahmed (10/5): Overall a good experience and short distance from most attractions. - Very classic riad. Conveniently located. Good facilities. Staff was very humble and attentive. Nothing really
- Tomas (8/5): Very good - Friendly and very helpful french couple that run it. Location is close to souk. Also close to new Marakesh and Jardin garden. The wifi is not very strong. Should have a stronger router or repeater.
- Marko (1/5): Bad -
- James (3/5): Go elsewhere - Room itself was nice and spacious. Shower had good pressure and was hot most of the time. Breakfast was good for short stay. Bed was uncomfortable, no refrigerator in the room, location was run down and unsafe. Hosts lived mostly on location and used existing limited facilities including entertaining friends visits. No locks on doors and hosts when in and out of room without permission. All adders- laundry, beers water and wines were marked 💯 percent. Service at the facility was poor and secondary to host requirements. It felt like you were helping to pay for their winter residence including their hired help. Internet was spotty
- jouni (10/5): Kaunis riad ja erittäin ystävällinen palvelu! - Olimme 4 yötä Riad Irenessä ja olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä valintaamme. Isäntä pariskunta Pascal ja Irene ja henkilökunta olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja tunsimme olomme heti kotoisaksi.
Tilasimme Riadin kautta lentokentältä noudon (hinta n.12€)
- Scott (10/5): - The riad was beautiful, the owners and staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The riad is in the Medina and some of the surrounding buildings appeared to have been damaged in the 2023 earthquake and have yet to be repaired. Also, some of the passages nearby were dark and in the process of being improved, but we never felt unsafe in the surrounding area. We felt like we were guests in a royal palace!
- Pauline (10/5): - We were met by Pascal, riad owner, by the closest city gate. He showed us the 200m route to the riad. Upon opening the door to the property, we were amazed at the contrast! A beautiful entrance area welcomes you to a home set around a lovely courtyard furnished with three bistro style tables & chairs. This outside area has trees, terracotta pots of plants, small birds flying around & a lovely tiled water feature.
A bedroom on one side, dining room & lounge the other, and a kitchen on the third side.
Stairs which lead to the first floor with four further bedrooms - two large and one smaller overlooking the courtyard, another smaller with a street view. There are also seated areas overlooking the courtyard.
The room that we stayed in - Essaouira Suite - was a good size with plenty of space, large bed, two armchairs & low table, sideboard, wardrobe with hangars and a stand for suitcase. Beautiful soft furnishings and rugs covering the tiled floor, windows and glazed door overlooking the courtyard. A/C to heat or cool. The ensuite shower room was a good size although no shower enclosure meant the floor got wet.
More stairs to rooftop terrace. Sunbeds, sofas, tables & chairs.
Ample bkfst of yoghurt, fruit, rolls & varied pastries/pancakes.
An ancient city is always going to have its challenges re conditions and cleanliness - having said this I witnessed many people sweeping the pathway outside their property & many damping down to prevent dust.
Lovely staff. We would revisit.
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional - Both Pascal and Irene were fantastic hosts.
With the maps and great directions from Pascal it meant I only got lost once. 😂
Pascal came to the gate in the wall to collect me and show me where the Riad was.
- Milorad (10/5): Exceptional - Review:
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with the best Moroccan pancakes we’ve tried in Morocco. The terrace was stunning, providing a perfect spot to relax. Our room was cleaned daily, and the bed was super comfortable.
Irene and Pascal, our hosts, went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect and were always available to help.
Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend it! The only minor downside was the location, which wasn’t the most convenient, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.
- Hannah (10/5): Comfortable. - Charming Riad located at medina walking distance to nice eateries. Clean and charming with nice roof terrace. Room was cosy with big shower and super hot water! Pascal and Irene are lovely, welcoming and very helpful. There made our stay really comfortable. Place to come back in Marrakesh.
- Luigi (10/5): Riad perfetto - Tutto perfetto come da prenotazione .
Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili .
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing - Amazing service and very kind, helpful hosts! The rooms are beautiful and the riad itself is super charming. We especially enjoyed the relaxing rooftop and great food.
The location is perfect: close to both the center and pick-up locations outside of the Medina.
- Ditte (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were very helpful, the breakfast was good and homemade. The roof terrace was nice. Nothing
- Marinka (8/5): Very good - Riad was very clean, comfy, breakfast was very good. We also loved that they came to pick us up in front of the place taxi left us, so we didn't get lost. Bathroom a bit tiny with no place to put stuff.
- Tharindu (9/5): A great place for a long stay in Marrakesh. - Riyad Irene is a perfect place for you to stay if you are looking to spend some time in a Riyad rather than just spending your evening time. The Breakfast is superb and Abdu was really a good kind hearted person. He came to pick us from the main road into the Riyad and showed us the room. The place is really clean and the rooms were cleaned out all the time when we are back from the day trips. Its spacious and in good quality. The surrounding is superb and you feel like you are absorbing the Moroccan culture. A Vehicle cannot access the Riyad so if you are booking this place just be sure to let your driver knows to drop at the Ben Brahim and you can contact the staff at the hotel and ask them to come to pick you up. Never try to go using google maps and you will definitely get lost in mid of no where.
- Donna (9/5): Beautiful Riad - The Riad is very beautiful and the breakfasts amazing and plentiful. Abdul and his wife were so kind and patient with us, we came in late and Abdul was there to let us in. We were had breakfast late, and Abdul was there (with his amazing wife's cooking). We left at 6 am, and Abdul was there. Really, our experience wouldn't have been the same without him.
A lot of reviews said it was in a bad part of Marrakech or that they didn't feel safe. Please ignore them. People need to stop expecting the world to be like their home but accept differences. Given that, if you don't want to see anything but the touristy parts, this is not a Riad for you. I was expecting such amazing customer service from Irene and Pasqual, given the reviews but we barely crossed paths. We did buy a bottle of wine (which we were really grateful for, given where we were) but it was bad. I really don't have anything bad to say about my experience.
- Yonna (8/5): Very good place and atmosphere - The breakfast at the riad and the rooftop were amazing. We had a very good night sleep and the area is not noisy at night. The staff at the riad are friendly and always there to help - to arrange taxi to and from airport and help find the place when we arrived as it was quite late. The room and the bathroom were clean and we felt very safe staying in the riad. The area around the riad is not the safest and it could be hard to navigate at first. WiFi in the room was not good as it was not close to the router.
- Tomas (8/5): Very good - It was nice service there. It was a little bit louder then normal, in the evening around 22:00. The personal and people should get more quiet at that time.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Our hosts were anazing, as were the Staff and the accommodation. The rooftop was a fantastic lounge area and a sunbathers delight. Nothing was too much trouble and Irene's authentic meal on our last night was the perfect end to our holiday.
- Jake (8/5): Very good -
- Radwan (10/5): Exceptional - Paskal and his wife are very friendly. Also, Abdo and zakyyah are extremely nice and helpful
- Sara (10/5): Highly recommended. Great people and service. - Very friendly and welcoming couple.
Great staff.
Accommodated requests such as early breakfast and booked taxi for us.
Highly recommended ;)
Thank you!
- Joseph (10/5): Can't think of a single negative 🤔 - The building itself is beautiful and very small which makes for a really pleasant stay, I think there are only 3 or 4 rooms in total and often it feels
like you're the only one there!. It's also really quiet in the Riad which promises a good night's sleep after a long day in the very noisy Medina. The breakfast hours are long, and if you want to get an earlier breakfast you can. I thought the breakfast was quite good considering it's included in the price for a night.
There are a range of good restaurants less than 10 minutes walk, and a place you can buy cheap bottled water a 2 minute walk away. You can get to the big square in about 20 minutes, so everything is close but this Riad isn't right in the middle of the mayhem and is a nice place to retreat to at the end of the day.
I think it's definitely worth booking the superior room (if you can afford it) as it looked much bigger than the standard room and I don't think the cost difference was that significant.
The owners, Pascal and Irene are available to help you with anything you need and are really helpful if you need them!
Excellent place to stay! Booking.com doesn't include the price of the tourist tax in the costings so we paid about £20 more (for 5 nights) than we expected when we checked out so just bare in mind there will be extra costs associated with your stay that the Riad aren't liable to pay for you.
- Tania (10/5): Nice place, nice people… awesome vacation! - A very nice stay!!! Pascal and staff were all great! Breakfast was a plus and delicious! Staying inside the Medina is like staying inside a maze; however, Pascal gave us a map and easy to follow. Nothing at all. Everything and everyone was awesome!
- Rich (7/5): Nice Riad, short break only recommended. - The room was nice, maybe I expected more as I like a hotel and pool.
Bed was comfy, and staff was great (Zakia was amazing).
Shower was small, and no hot water on a couple of days was a problem.
Breakfast could have offered some other options, eggs, pastries??
Locatio is not great, a long way through winding passages to get anywhere with locals asking for money. (TIP - Download offline map on phone).
Wouldn't go back, but I wouldn't advise negatively about staying for a couple of days. No hot water on 2 of 6 days.
More breakfast options.
Location.
- Cathy (10/5): Great authentic Riad experience - Stayed in double room which was clean, had air conditioning, shower room and hairdryer. Towels were clean but had seen better days. Zakia and Abdou, who manage the Riad, were amazing. They were always available, helpful and made us feel like we were staying in their home. Continental style breakfast was provided and we had an evening meal at the Riad which was delicious. We loved the roof top terrace. The Riad is within walking distance of the souks but far enough away to be fairly quiet. A taxi was organised to pick us up and take us to the airport which worked well and was a reasonable price. The Riad is not accessible by cars but we were accompanied both ways by Zakia on the the short walk to and from the taxi. If you want an authentic Riad experience, Riad Irene is definitely one to consider.
- Jill (10/5): Very enjoyable Stay - Very much enjoyed our stay at Riad Irene. There was nothing to find fault with in our acomodation, the room & bathroom were superb, bedroom spacious, the decor & furnishing were lovely & the bed was super comfy. We very much enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The owner Pascal was very helpful as it was our first visit to Marrakech, providing us with a guide book, map & some recommendations of good places to eat as the riad was only serving breakfast during our stay & not evening meals. The location is a little tricky to find if you are new to the city but as Pascal arranged our taxi to & from the airport this was not a problem for us. We only got lost one night try to finding our way back after dark but that all part of the charm of being in the Medina.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - We had a really nice stay! The riad is beautifully designed and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Despite some negative comments concerning the location, we didn‘t have any negative experiences. Just stick to the map offered by Pascal and if you get lost, walk along the city wall and you easily find your way back. Also, the area between the riad and the centre is a bit calmer and there are nice options for dining or shopping.
All in one - thank you for the amazing time!
- Goncalo (10/5): Exceptional - Most welcoming hosts and very helpful with everything. Extremely friendly and open to any issues that may arise during the stay.
I highly recommend staying here for a great experience! Nothing to point bad in this location
- Eleni (10/5): EXCELLENT - A beautiful Riad inside the old town where you can enjoy the traditional Moroccan architecture and hospitality. Our hosts, a lovely French couple (Pascal and Irene) with two friendly Moroccan housekeepers were helpful, polite and gave us a lot of information what to do in Marrakesh. We met outside the gate of Medina and walked with us all the way to the Riad. They offered a welcoming Moroccan tea with tasty pastries. The breakfast was generous and had excellent quality (was included to the price of the room). They were cleaning the room everyday. You could enjoy a very quiet, clean and relaxing space inside the Riad. That was very important for us as we felt overwhelmed with the busy and dirty streets of Marrakesh. You could order food or something to eat in a very good price. They have also arranged for us a taxi from and to the airport. Definitely we will go again if we visit Morocco in the future.
- Michael (8/5): Thank you Pascal, Irene, Zakia and Abdul for making our stay a pleasant experience. - It is a lovely, well maintained riad owned by a French couple who have put a lot of love into it. Zakia and Abdul maintain the property and look after the guests well. The roof terrace is a nice spot to relax, read and enjoy the sounds of Marrakech. It was unfortunate that our stay was interrupted by a building close by collapsing from weakness after the devastating earthquake last September. There was no risk to guests but it did make access just a little bit more difficult. This situation should present no problems for future guests.
- Ian (10/5): - We had a lovely stay at Riad Irene, it is well appointed to discover the northern side of the Medina, it’s about a 15 minute walk from the start of the souks, through a maze of twisting back streets, you can also easily navigate within the city walls to reach many fascinating monuments and travel highlights from restaurants to Hammams to local vendors and tours.
We really enjoyed our stay.
- Alvaro (10/5): Very cozy, we will repeat - Breakfast was very generous. Excellent quality. Orange juice, coffee, tea, pancakes, tarte Tatin, bread toasts, butter, croissants, mermelades, yogurts…
All prepared at the moment.
Good location, inside Medina, quiet and peaceful, very accesible
Irene and Pascale, the owners, speak French and English. They are very approachable and talk with the clients like a Family.
Only 5 rooms, personal treat. Pascale is there for your doubts, Irene asks about any special need like Dinner or any food intolerance
- Ingrid (10/5): Absolutely delightful! - What a gem! Everything was perfect. The owners Pascal and Irene are professional, kind and go out of their way to ensure guests have an amazing stay. It’s all the little things that make this place so special. The attention to detail in the decor, the cleanliness of the whole place, Zakia and Abdou the diligent and caring staff and the quality of the food just a few things to mention. I would recommend you book a dinner there. The clientele that visits are also quality and everyone so friendly and considerate. The room itself is exactly as described and the quality of the bed is fantastic. Lots of space and a very nice bathroom with a powerful shower and hot water 24/7. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend this place.
- Igor (1/5): Bad - Nothing First it is a very dangerous location. Can't walk there after 7 pm
I even in day times it's dangerous to walk for the Jewish people. I'm a Jewish. Dress regularly like many tourists but was ataked an they call me a bad words. Like f jew. Me and my wife are over 60 years old. And had to run from them. Also I'm a handicap person. And walk with the cane. After that I had to hire local person to walk with me and my wife. Because we got scared. It is a very bad experience and it's racial.
Second. On your listing it listed 4 star hotel. It's not even a half star hotel. I booked h2 hostels from you. In Madrid they are much more better. Toilet not clean. Towels are not charged. For 6 night. Toilet paper needed to wait. Until the morning. Doors for entrance to the room has no lock.
Restaurant need to order any food 24 hrs in advance. And it's not professional coo. It is home cooking and serving as a home kooking. Then on the last day when you check out they are telling you that for food you must pay cash only.
I made photos of everything. That I mentioned.
Your listing was very very far from reality. And I will apply for refund because of false advertising you made bi used your site before and it was safe. Exa as described. But not this time. Please provide information how to proceed thank you
- Samantha (10/5): Absolutely stunning Riad - The Riad was beautiful with lots of space and you were welcome to use all areas like the lounge, balcony seating area and the gorgeous rooftop garden. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much bother. Great breakfasts too, lots of choice and lots of food. A small point was that it was a bit tricky to find round the maze of alleys but this gave you an authentic experience.
- Paraschiv (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rowan (7/5): Good - The Riad itself was absolutely stunning, a real oasis from the chaos of the medina, the staff members were lovely (although didn’t speak much English) and the dinner we had was the best we had in Marrakech! The area was a fair walk from the main (touristy) square area of the Medina. Walking back after dark was scary at times. On the last 10 minutes of our walk we never saw another tourist and men would shout things at us or approach us. This wasn’t an issue as I was there with my boyfriend, but if I was there on my own or with only women I wouldn’t have felt safe leaving after dark.
- Claire (10/5): Riad Irene is amazing ! - This riad is fabulous, spotlessly clean and tidy, homely, the communal areas and so lovely with the fountain and the palm trees and the room was comfortable, slept so well. Breakfast was great, pancakes and jams, bread rolls, the freshest orange juice and coffee or tea however you like it. Abdul met us at the entrance to the medina and walked us back as it was dark, we were met with mint tea which was amazing.
Zakia cooking is great, we had a 3 course meal with wine in the dining room & she went the extra mile with candles and rose petals on the table. Nothing was too much trouble, they organised a taxi to pick us up and take us back to the airport, gave us a map of how to get to the square etc.
we would definitely stay here again, it’s so quiet from the hustle and bustle from outside.
- Zoubir (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place
- Agnieszka (10/5): Everything was perfect. Very good experience☺️ -
- Gayle (10/5): A traditional property and a memorable home from home to explore Marrakesh - The accommodation is in a great place to explore Marrakesh, within walking distance of the medina and also the modern areas outside of the old town walls. The owners Pasqual and Irene were amazing, providing so much important information and welcoming you to their home as guests. There are ample areas to sit and enjoy the amazing courtyard as well as the scenic roof terrace with sunbeds and sofas, sunshine and shade. The housekeeper and late night concierge look after your every need, we had a home cooked meal (definitely do this during your stay) which was the best meal we had during our 6 night stay in Marrakesh.
- Jens (9/5): Very good riad, well situated, good value for your money - Beautiful Place, very quiet, good service
- Rocchina (7/5): Good - The riad is very nice and comfortable. It is a typical, clean place to stay. The biggest problem is on the outside. It is in a dangerous area. We were unable to leave the riad after 8 p.m. We were followed by locals that wanted money. They kept telling us we were going down a closed road and to follow them. It's a pity because the riad is very nice. The area outside the riad is extremely dirty.
- Vanessa (9/5): Superb -
- Volha (10/5): Exceptional - I had an amazing time at this riad. I highly recommend it! As soon as you cross the threshold you will be impressed by the beauty and comfort of this house. My room was very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was very tasty. The hosts are very pleasant and responsive, which creates the feeling that you are visiting good friends.
Irene and Pascal thank you so much for your hospitality!
Olga from Belarus
- Donna (9/5): Super Riad definitely would recommend it. . - Pascal ,Irene, and the staff were just lovely. So helpful. Meal at the Riad was traditional and beautifully cooked. Strongly suggest you have at least one meal with them. Breakfast was always nice. The Riad is very homely. Owners are informative and go above and beyond to help.. All was perfect.
- Vanesa (9/5): Superb -
- Claude (10/5): Charming Riad - Superb hosts Pascal and Irene. Helpful local staff at charming Riad. Close to Medina gate and place larouss- gateway to souks. Pay attention to land markers (for me it was a pair of white cats) or you will lose yourself in maze of medina. Beware of local children- they will badger you and offer help, just politely decline. Food and shopping closeby at pl. Larouss but try out stalls outside medina gate for shopping and food if you're adventurous.
- Qianer (10/5): Super Beautiful Riad with great hosts! - super beautiful Riad, the host is a super sweet French couple. They were super helpful and gave us maps and tips around :) it is a bit far from the center square and a long walk in Medina can be a bit tiring at night.
- Pleming (9/5): Great stay, great place, great hosts and staff - Good breakfasts, hospitable and helpful hosts and good team all round Nothing
- James (9/5): Superb - The owners, Irene and Pascal and staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A very unique, beautiful, authentic and special place to relax and enjoy. A real home from home, very cosy and a delicious breakfast. Don't miss out on relaxing on the very private, sunny roof terrace. There is a wonderful silk shop on the approach which is a must see. The owner Mohammed was so helpful without being pushy. The scarves, purses and soft furnishings were exquisite. The initial alleyway approach to the riad was initially a shock and off putting but we soon got used to and embraced it's authenticity. The locals were very friendly but be prepared for the heartbreaking, malnourished stray cats.
- Georg (9/5): A really lovely place to stay - beautiful, comfortable room, helpful staff and wonderful food. - Very charming and helpful staff. Easy checkin. Very relaxed and relatively tranquil inside the Medina. Large, comfortable bedroom. Nothing really
- Harriet (10/5): We were so happy to have stayed at Riad Irene. - Wonderful welcome; excellent location, breakfasts were superb and room provided every comfort. We would recommend this riad wholeheartedly, cannot praise or thank highly enough. The owners, Pascal and Irene went out of their way to help us during our stay, they are charming hosts and Abdou and Zakhia were so kind and thoughtful. We would return in a heartbeat. The riad is only a few minutes walk from the souks, restaurants and the gardens (Majorelle and Jardin Secret) so the location was perfect. Taxi transfers to and from the riad were set up for us so it was a really smooth stay, the riad also has a charming roof terrace for enjoying the plentiful sunshine. Nothing! We chose based upon other guests' feedback and our own 100% positive experience mirrored the reviews left by others. The riad offers exceptional value for money and is an absolute gem.
- Katielt (10/5): A little oasis in the medina - Riad Irene is walking distance to most of the sights in the Medina and the new city (15-30 mins), but it is in a quiet residential area so it is very peaceful. The roof terrace is a fantastic spot to relax, the facilities are very comfortable and the breakfast is good. The staff are super welcoming and helpful, Pascal provided so much information about getting around the Medina and good recommendations of places to eat. They also arranged a taxi for us and escorted us to the Riad when we arrived (much appreciated because we would definitely have been lost otherwise!). Finally, a special mention for the soaps and shampoo which smelled amazing. It was a great location for us, but if you want to be in the middle of the action this riad is not the one :) though it is only a short walk to the souks!
- Rocio (8/5): Confortable and good service. - Breakfast was fresh everyday and the staff is super friendly. They will help with any questions you have! Needs more signals to guide you inside the medina. More signs at the door so it is recognizable at night.
- Konrad (10/5): Exceptional - If you see an available booking in Riad Irene - don't hesitate to reseve. Riad is located in Medina but a little away from busy tourist streets so you can expect peace and quiet. Owners Irene & Pascal gave us a warm welcome and care. Both the Riad itself and our room were super clean. It was taken care of by the excellent Riad staff.
You will enjoy a breakfast on beautiful patio, great communication before Your arrival, rooftop and other small things which are making a change
Thank you for your fantastic customer service.
- Amelia (10/5): Riad Irene was a great start to our Morocco trip! - Zakia, Abdou, Irene and Pascal were lovely people!
They were nice to leave some local sweets for my birthday, also helped to pack breakfast on the day we left as it was an early check-out.
Location was great and away from the hustle and bustle if you like a bit more of a quiet night. It is also easy to get to Jardin Majorelle. Bathroom was a little small but manageable for the short stay.
- Bernice (9/5): Superb - very friendly and helpful
- Kamil (10/5): Stylish Riad in the old town - everything you need to immerse in the Morrocan culture! - Pretty stylish place. Here you can immerse in living in typical Riad . Located in the old town. Be aware roads are narrow, looks doggy, but that how it goes in old medina. Owners are pretty helpful, will help you with transfer and accompany you to the Riad, then you will get all the information how to move around medina which is pretty important. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.
- Malcolm (10/5): Difficult to find but brilliant Riad - Super friendly and exteremly knowlegable owners. My Essaouira suite was fabulous, common areas are splendid , breakfast was very good
- Diyaree (10/5): A lovely stay in a beautiful, homely riad! Thanks Irene, Pascal, Abdou, and Zakia! - Irene and Pascal are the most caring and supportive hosts. They are very accessible, give very helpful advice and recommendations, and genuinely look out for the welfare of their guests.
Abdou and Zakia are very lovely and take very good care of the riad and the guests.
The breakfasts are always delicious and filling. Abdou kindly prepares an early breakfast on request!
The riad is also located in a nice area. It is very easy to walk to the souks and the main attractions. Irene and Pascal can arrange an airport transfer so that the guests can get to the riad easily without getting lost in the medina.
Loved the stay at the riad and would recommend it to anyone! Would stay here again and again!
