• gerard (6/5): Très décevant pour un 4 **** - Le personnelles très bien Chambre les baies vitrée pas d'isolation trés bruillant jour est nuit voitures motos je n'ai pas dormie une nuit sans me réveillé, pas de restaurant a par le petit déjeuner moyen , pratiquement trés peut de touristes . Le jour du départ personne pour nous dire au revoir nous avons rendu le badge a l'accueuil ,sans un au revoir .

• Rachel (7/5): great for a few nights - Very comfy bed and air con was great. Staff were extremely accommodating and family focused. The shower by the pool was surprisingly great and didn't need to extend the room for our late flight. Hotel was clean throughout. The pool needs some work as the stools are a little hazardous and makes pool questionable to swim in. Breakfast wasn't great and needs more options.

• Svensson (6/5): Rent och snyggt, tyst på rummen med utmärkta sängar. Utrymme för ett bättre serviceutbud. - Vi betalade till för frukost. Kunde ha varit lite mer för 250 TBH per person. Vi frågade om att få lite mer varierat pålägg. Svar nej, så vi fick köpa egen ost. Rent och snyggt, tyst på rummen med utmärkta sängar. Vi saknade en poolbar eller åtminstone en bar på hotellet. Samt att det inte fanns något att köpa på hotellet som t ex vatten. Det var ganska långt till någon minilivs/ 7Eleven. Balkongerna hade inga stolar eller bord, något som vi förväntade oss

• Harald (5/5): Ich werde da nicht mehr buchen - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, bis auf die 2 Damen am Buffet, die gehen wohl zum lachen in den Keller. An dem Kaffevollautomat konnte man Latte, Cappucchino, schwarzen Kaffe und mehr auswählen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab Pflegeprodukte, Shampoo, Duschgeld, Seife, Zahnbürste usw. Jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher und an der Rezeption Badetücher für den Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so toll. Das Weissbrot lag nicht abgedeckt da und trocknete vor sich hin. Der gekochte Schinken, die Würstchen sowie die Spiegeleier in den Warmhaltebehältern waren kalt. Die Thailändischen Speisen waren auch nicht warm sagte meine Frau. Die Teller am Tisch wurden erst abgeräumt nachdem man den Tisch verlassen hat und nicht zwischendurch so wie ich das von anderen 4 Sterne Hotels gewohnt bin. Als Obst gab es Ananas und Wassermelone das war ok. Das Wasser im ganzen Hotel kam Intervallweise. Knapp 30 Sekunden normal und dann etwa 7 Sekunden wenig. Zudem gehrten die Toiletten da wo das Wasser steht mit der Bürste gereinigt, leider habe ich auch im Eingangsbereich bei de Toiletten keine Bürsten gesehen. Alles in allem ist das Hotel höchstens 3 Sterne Wert, aber keine 4.

• Peter (7/5): - Good location. The two little chicks in the reception are funny, but not in a good way.. 😅 Night shift and cleaning staff are great. Water under the floor tiles in the bathroom. Yellow water.
• Renate (2/5): Da wir 5 Wochen da waren war unser Urlaub diesmal sehr enttäuschend,selbst Kamala ist dreckig - Am besten war ,das wir jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekamen,auch für den Strand Hotelausstattung,Sauberkeit,die Lage,Balkon nur für Wäsche zum trocknen,nichts zum hin setzen,Frühstück,immer das gleiche,nur Suppen gab es jeden Tag ,eine andere. Nachts sehr laut,da Balkonfenster nur einfach verglast war,musste mit Ohrstöbsel schlafen. Zimmertüren von den Hotelgästen wurden laut geschlossen,wegen der Türautomatic. Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt,lag noch Wäsche unterm Waschbecken vom Vormieter. Wir waren da 5 Wochen,leider keine gute Buchung,Booking sollte sich da mal gedanken machen,was man Urlaubern zumuten kann.Für uns jedenfalls war es bisher das schlechteste Hotel in Patong vor 2 Jahren war es viel besser
• Adam (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja i wygodne pokoje - Dobra lokalizacja blisko plaży Kamala, nocnego życia i restauracji. Personel nie był zbyt gościnny, udzielił mi jedynie kilku informacji i to wszystko. Brak ręczników plażowych. Brak normalnego okna w pokoju.

Bassengen var helt grønt..uaktuelt å bade i ! Annonserer med balkong, men den var så smal og det var ingen mulighet for å sitte ute på balkongen.. det var et stort minus!

• Megan (7/5): Ok - Good location and huge rooms, gym ok nothing amazing. Had early check in at 9am, travelled 2 hours early due to this and then to be told couldn’t check in till 2pm!! Tiles in bathroom were all lifted so all the water was underneath them. Staff weren’t very helpful on reception. Room cleaning staff were polite and kind.

• Katia (5/5): - The hotel is located by a main street, close to restaurants, bars, and a short 8-minute walk to the beach. The trash can in the bathroom had a used condom when we got our room. The shower water pressure oscillates on and off while you are in the shower. There are no night stands to keep your phone of personal items by the bed. It can get loud at night due to the bars proximity.

• John (6/5): Enjoyable stay but facilities were not as advertised - The pool was good with enough sun beds. Location was in walking distance less than 5 min from the beach. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant was not open after breakfast no lunch or dinner available. Pool bar was closed. Traffic noise was constant day and night and very noisy when sitting outside at the pool.

• Adam (7/5): Apart from shower water a very nice Hotel. Please fix the problem - Nice staff, excellent location, nice pool area, spacious and clean room that was well serviced. On the top or 5th floor the water pressure was awful. Shower pressure changed between a useless dribble to a minimal flow every 3-5 seconds. Temperature of the water was unstable and made showering a miserable chore and somewhat dangerous with temperature variations. The toilet and vanity water pressure was excessive so i do not understand the unusable shower!

• John (7/5): It’s ok, but I wouldn’t stay here again. - Just another hotel…. Nothing special, clean and comfortable. Staff were supportive when we needed to make a change to the rooms. Located on a busy main road and two bars, it was a bit noisy if you’re trying to get an early night. Sewer outlet not far from the hotel leaves a bit of a smell if you’re using the pool area. Pool water didn’t look too inviting during our stay.

• Kevin (7/5): Not overly impressed. - the location is good and the room size was decent The wifi was not great and kept dropping out. The shower fixtures were old, rusted and a bit damaged. Even with the window closed, you still get a lot of road noise. The staff were ok but not overly friendly and helpful. The pool didnt look the cleanest either. I stay in Kamala a lot but would not be picking this place again.

• David (8/5): Good quality rooms and easy walk to beach - Located just off the main road and about seven minutes walk to the lovely beach…. Late night Thai girl bars pop up around the hotel after dark if you’re into that or better to walk to the evening beach scene which is stylish. Impressed with the size and quality of the rooms and a nice swimming pool too.
• White (7/5): Good - Nice room, clean and serviced every day. Nice pool. Fair location, not too far from the beach, definitely walkable. Check the hotel policies when booking for a family, we made it work and shared the large double but you may be charged for extra beds for children.
