• Lauren (9/5): Un bel endroit après un long vol - Un accueil très agréable alors que nous sommes arrivés vers 1h du matin, merci de nous avoir attendu aussi tard ! Les petits déjeuners étaient bons et le jardin très agréable. Notre chambre était en réalité une maison de 2 grandes chambres et 2 salles de bain. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir dîner sur place, ce qui n'est pas possible, mais heureusement l'hôtel est situé à 3 minutes d'une rue pleine de restaurants.

Wij zijn onze backpack reis door Srilanka hier begonnen. Een heerlijke start zo! Het bed was echt enorm hard. Maar dat is misschien ook persoons gebonden :) verder geen opmerkingen

• Valerie (10/5): - The room was spacious and clean and ample drinking water was provided. The pool was pleasant (albeit a bit warm) with sufficient lounge chairs. The location is very central, within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach but still quiet. Very convenient to get to the airport if this is the last leg of your trip. Wifi was also very good. I stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once. It's ok for short stays but would be nice to have it cleaned every other day (at least to empty the trash).

We loved swimming in the pool. The breakfast was terrific and the best we had in Sri Lanka. There were about nine different fruits on our plate! We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we had the time. I could not find a washing machine in the apartment and had been hoping to do a load overnight (the property details suggested there was one). There may be one in the larger villa. Because we arrived late I didn’t ask about it.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück (wenn auch mit Zusatzkosten).. Wir sind von dort aus zum Strand zu Ocean14 gegangen und waren auch damit sehr zufrieden. Alles gut.

И хозяин виллы предложил нам продлить наше проживание еще на одну ночь. За что мы ему очень благодарны!!!! Вилла просто огромная! Две отдельные спальни со своими санузлами, очень удобные кровати и подушки! Большая гостиная, столовая и кухня! В вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания!!! Управляющий был очень заботливым и внимательным! Затраки были очень сытные и вкусные! Нас было 4 человека, но наш сын очень плохо ест, особенно фрукты и мы заказывали 3 завтрака, но нам всё равно приносили на всех😂 Мне показалось, что на Шри-Ланке всегда хотят накормить своих гостей досыта!!!! Это очень располагает их к себе! Территория виллы очень красивая, зеленая и ухоженная 👍 большой бассейн и удобные шезлонги. В общем мои рекомендации!!! Спасибо большое за теплый приём ♥

• R (10/5): Lekker relaxen, ontbijt met veel fruitsoorten en lekker zwembad om af te koelen - Een oase van rust, hoewel de locatie op korte loopafstand is van de drukke hoofdweg Ik ben er te kort verlegen, had er langer willen blijven maar ik moest door.
• Ans (9/5): Zalige familie villa in prachtige tuin met zwembad centraal gelegen. - Fijn huisje in mooie tuin met prachtige begroeiing. We hadden een Villa met 2 slaapkamers. Het huisje had uitzicht op tuin en zwembad en een enorm terras. De 2 slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer zijn goed geluiddicht. Er was ook een drinkwatertap. Het zwembad heeft voldoende ligbedden met kussens en een badhanddoek. Het ontbijt kon je bijboeken voor weinig geld en was werkelijk zalig. Alles vers en zeer uitgebreid met vers fruit en verse fruitschake, toast met jam/boter en een keuze van een ei gerecht. Er zijn meerdere appartementen op het terrein. Matrassen niet slecht maar ook niet fantastisch. Badkamer kon iets schoner.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a warm welcome. We only stayed 1 night. The villa itself is a good size, the aircon and fan worked well. The beds were comfortable. The pictures of the villa look better than reality. We feel that it the villa was looking a dated and tired.

Très bon endroit au calme pour récupérer du voyage. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel présent mais très discret. Il y a même des prises anti moustique dans les chambres (nous n’en avons pas vu). À 2 pas de la plage pour observer le coucher de soleil. Vraiment pas déçus !

• Mara (9/5): Top locatie met lekker zwembad - Goede locatie met genoeg eettentjes om je heen en vlakbij het strand. Aardige eigenaar en personeel en fijn zwembad om even bij te komen na je vlucht. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De badkamer was iets verouderd (beetje gelig), maar de douche etc werkte naar behoren, dus voor ons helemaal prima.

• Stephen (9/5): Ideal for a couple of nights. - Location for short distance to airport and nearby beach and restaurants. The garden area was a peaceful haven from the bustle of the city. Sitting outside our villa I was irritated by flys that kept landing on me but the staff did offer incense sticks to try and keep them away. It didn't seem to be an issue around the pool.

• Daniele Camille Denise (8/5): Très bien - Bon emplacement avec un magnifique jardin et une piscine très agréable. Chambre bien décorée, spacieuse, propre et équipée d'une bouilloire et d'un frigo. La climatisation est vieille et bruyante. L'eau de la douche était froide le matin, l'après midi et le soir.

• Friederike (6/5): Ok für die letzte Nacht - Das Frühstück ist phantastisch. Die Lage ist gut. Die Angestellten waren super freundlich. Wir hatten eine Villa mit Gartenblick gebucht und bekamen ein Zimmer im 1. Stock. Die Antwort auf die irritierte Nachfrage: Das Bild der Zimmer ist immer die Gartenvilla. Unsere ganze Unterkunft roch nach Chlorsteinen, die Klimaanlage konnte nur volle Pulle oder bisschen Luft verteilen. Der Pool ist so gechlort, dass einem die Augen brennen.
• Alexander (7/5): Good for two nights. - Friendly staff, good breakfast for $6. Beautiful garden and pool area. Unfortunately the property next door was being renovated, so at the pool and breakfast area where a little noisy. We arrived at the property at 0400 local time, no problem for the staff. We still received a welcome drink. The bathroom was not up to standard, especially not for the booking rating that this property has. For Sri Lanka standard it might be all right.

• Lisa (8/5): Logement agréable et pratique à Negombo - Le logement est spacieux et équipé, bien placé pour se déplacer en autonomie à pied pour aller dans des restaurants environnants ou à la plage, la piscine est agréable, le personnel gentil, les déjeuners sont copieux et les plateaux de fruits sont particulièrement chouettes pour découvrir pleins de fruits (même après 2 semaines au Sri Lanka, nous avons fait des découvertes). C'était notre dernière halte avant de repartir. L'aéroport n'est pas loin (+/- 30 min en tuk tuk), ce qui est très pratique. Rien à signaler.
