Can see the boats gliding down Fontanka river at night from my balcony. Overall, great price, very clean, 24 hour service, posh interiors and good internet. It had everything I needed.

Мы просили на ночь обогреватель. :) Завтрак отличный. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, даже очень услужливый. Отель можно смело рекомендовать. Не уверена насчёт 5*, но хорошая четвёрка. И да, парковки в отеле нет, хотя по фильтрам система выдаёт этот отель, как отель с парковкой.

- RivkaNir (10/5): Wonderful Hotel - Eccelent hotel. Very central, the rooms are nice, new and modern (the electrucuty is activated by a touch), great breakfast in a pleasant diningroom and nice peopel who are willing to help (especially Kostas who helpt me in the first day to fix the aircondition in my room and serve the breakfast)). The only deficiency is the Wifi. There is a different adress to each room. My wifi didn't .work at all. They didn't know why and couldn't solve the problem.
- golubevachristina (10/5): Best Hotel in St. Petersburg - It was not the first time we chose this hotel for a few days off in St. Petersburg. The staff is super nice, always ready to help any time of the day! The service is amazing. They have a delicious restaurant and room service is fast and convenient. We had breakfast there every day and enjoyed it so much! It’s always delicious with a wide range of food to choose from! Also, during the pandemic the hotel feels extremely safe to stay in! All the necessary recommendations are being followed. It’s very clean. The hotel is also extremely stylish: starting from the modern hall with amazing lighting and comfortable beautiful chairs, ending with bathrooms and rooms that are beautiful! The place is located in the city center, so you can walk around most beautiful streets of SPB. Near the hotel you’ll find a Summer Garden. Because of the good location of the hotel - the taxi everywhere is rather cheap. And you can avoid most of the traffic! Highly recommend!

- Yury (8/5): Уютный бутик отель на слиянии Фантанки и Невы - Бутики- очень подходящая характеристика для данного отеля. Великолепное расположение в самом историческом центре, но чуть в стороне от шума туристических маршрутов. Старательный дизайн - пусть порой и в ущерб функциональности. Но это коллеги надеюсь скоро поймут и по возможности исправят ошибки. В целом - очень неплохо.

Great service- staff extremely friendly and helpful, good breakfast and wonderful room. Located near the center but not in a noisy area, this is definitively the hotel to choose for a charming stay in SPB.
- chrisT2685TV (10/5): Wonderful Inner City Retreat - Booked DOM Boutique Hotel on a recommendation of a good friend who also is a travel professional and we were very happy we took her advice. The hotel is great, good rates and with all the amenities a traveler needs to make a great stay; but it is the staff that make is such an enjoyable place to hangout. From the accomplished and affable GM Marianna Neumann to the young porter/doorman and front office. Actually all of the staff we interacted with during our stay were very well trained, genuinely friendly and refreshingly knowledgeable about their city. They were happy to recommend and book restaurants (which where excellent choices by the way) and Uber/taxis for our little adventures around St Petersburg.
- concordia39 (8/5): Overall, comfortable - We arrived past midnight after the train ride from Tallinn. Had to wait 5 minutes for reception to complete a phone call. The 4th floor hallways are off-putting with flocked wallpaper and floral carpet in reds and purples. Our room is huge with chartreuse and purple decor. Furnishings are very good quality and the bed is super comfortable. The lighting is ambient and not great for reading. There are no individual bedside lights. However, despite the garish aspects we enjoy this hotel and are very happy staying here. Our breakfast was included and the variety was plentiful and very good. The quality and prep of the coffee suits us perfectly. We utilize the service of the concierge for dinner bookings. The recommendation the first night was unimpressive so we make our own decisions after that although allow them to book for us.

The hotel has a beautiful library too. The bar is intimate and welcoming and has an impressive selection of drinks . The Russian wines were notable. The staff are friendly , helpful and could not do enough to make me feel welcome . The rooms are large , quirky and the bathrooms are beautiful . The hotel is spotless , beds are uber comfortable with a choice of 7 different pillows. I ate in the restaurant on 2 nights - food was excellent quality and value . The choices at breakfast are extensive - all food fresh and tasty . Couldn't fault anything . The hotel is in a quiet side street opposite the Summer Gardens so no traffic noises .

- notebene (10/5): Very Stylish! Great location - Very Stylish! Great location. Its slightly away from the centre so the rooms are very quiet. Easy walk to Savior on spilled blood church, summer garden etc. Approx 25 mins walk to Peter Palace. Boat tour nearby. Some fabulous restaurants less than 15 mins walk (Birch, Duo Gastrobar) Popular venue for weddings / events but could not hear any noise at night. Really helpful porter / concierge. He really knows how to look after you. Tea/Coffee in room and bottle water refreshed daily. Good internet. Breakfast is expensive. Tried it once but I didn't think it was good value. Several cafes nearby that are much better options. Download Yandex taxi (similar to Uber) you can pay by card or cash. The public transport in St Petersburg is also really great so its easy to get around.
- Cad5960 (10/5): Elegant Hotel - We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our room on the third floor had a small balcony and a view of the Summer Gardens and the canal. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious and the bathroom also gorgeous. I loved the deep bath. We did hear a little traffic noise from the road at night but it wasn't too bad, especially when all the doors and windows were closed. We had a few problems with the air con (room was too hot) and one night it didn't seem to be working at all which we mentioned to staff when we checked out. Breakfast was amazing. So delicious with everything you could possibly wish for. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All in all I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would love to stay there again.

- kovitss1965 (10/5): Truly Boutique!! - We very much enjoyed our stay in St. Petersburg, and partly of course for our choice of this hotel which is quite a little gem! The rooms are lovely, decorated with style but still always practical as well the bathrooms. We stayed in a suite which had a separate living room and also a small balcony, my daughter in a courtyard deluxe. Everything about the rooms and hotel matched (or exceeded) what we viewed or read on the website or in reviews. Location is just slightly out of the center of town but Yandex (Uber) is so convenient, efficient and reasonably priced, we really enjoyed this location. We also walked from the hotels many times as The Hermitage was about a 30 minute leisurely walk away. reception staff were always helpful and housekeeping was also 5 star. I look forward to our next stay already and would have no trouble recommending DOM boutique to friends. Thank you!
- rpitton (10/5): very stylish, great rooms, great breakfast - May be not the most central location but all attractions are within 20min walk. Room was very well design and very spacious. it a bit off the main roads and rather quite. Part of design hotels and it definitely matching the high expectations. Reception staff was very helpful.

And the life pianomusic is nice. Location is good. Not far from most interresting places. Anyway SPB is a large city. ;-)

Small boutique hotel which is very quiet , even a bit too quiet. Breakfast is disappointing and we are missing a gym or Spa but this is our mistake, we did not control before. Position is ok, not really downtown.

Bag was with us the entire rest of the day. Zero assistance when reaching out to them after. At check-in, hotel also tried to place us in the wrong room types, claiming to have never gotten the types we paid for on Expedia. This took 40 minutes to resolve. Also, this was an Expedia VIP access hotel but there were no perks mentioned or offered.

- DAVID (10/5): Amazing Stay - Fabulous stay, much more than I expected for the price. Comfy, fabulously decorated, lovely staff all English speaking, cracking location. Beds comfy, rooms quiet and possibly the best bath/shower combo of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Would cost x3 anywhere else!

- Denise (8/5): - Boutique style hotel in residential area, within 15min walk to Summer Palace and Church of Spilled Blood. Room clean with all expected amenities. Breakfast ( not included un my room rate), was 1000 rbls - usual hot/cold buffet, I thought it was ok but nothing special. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Small minimarket 2min walk away. Beware of flight of steps upto reception. Not ideal with suitcase. Staff there to help in most occasions.

- AC (10/5): Great small hotel, well situated for tourist sites - Spent three days here with my teenage son during the World Cup as one of our "base" locations. Hotel was easy to communicate with in advance of arrival, very helpful at the front desk (good English language skills) and the hotel is immaculately clean and modern throughout.

- V (10/5): Excellent stay in St. Petersburg - We had very pleasant times during our stay in DOM hotel, everything about this place is excellent, from the service, breakfast, room, even to location. The staff was always willing to help out with anything we needed, from arranging transportation, finding pharmacy, late night snacks, to the regular concierge stuff. Highly recommended!

- Linda (8/5): Beautiful hotel close to Spilled Blood Cathedral - Beautiful hotel in a fab location next to Fountain River Canal, Summer Gardens & Spilled Blood Cathedral. Hotel comfort outstanding - beautiful rooms. Hotel staff very helpful & attentive, arranging taxi transfers, guided tours & late check out. Breakfast only disappointing due to food being cold - hot food served buffet style but allowed to go cold. Fix this and it would be 10/10.

Prices are fair for what it offered. Definitely recommend. Only small consideration is that it takes about 15 mins to walk to the heart of the city and the hermitage is etc. But it's nice stroll by the canals...

Bed was comfortable and shower relaxing. Staff was helpful and attentive, were able to answer all questions. English spoken by everyone. Hotel was walkable to sites and great restaurants within a few blocks. Would absolutely recommend and when in St Petersburg would stay again.

- Robert (10/5): Classy & Romantic - Stayed in Winter and used cheap Uber or walked. Next to canals and parks and off the crowded shoppers path with Winter Palace and Blood Church visible in the distance which we walked to. Showers and beds are very relaxing and curtains are dark.
- stephen (8/5): New hotel worth a visit - Virtually new hotel in an ancient building in a quiet area near the famous Summer Garden. Situated 20 minute walk from Nevsky Prospect along the canal and 5 minutes from bustling restaurant area. Staff are friendly and made efforts to please guests.
- ANDREY (10/5): Excellent Boutique Hotel - The room was large, comfortable and well designed. The location is close to historical center and just minutes away from Church of the Savior on Blood and Palace Square. Breakfast is served from 7 -10am and has plenty of choices. There are many good dining options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive.

- Agnesa (10/5): Super boutique hotel in St. Petersburg! - This hotel is fantastic! Great location in the city center with all main sightseeing sites comfortably reachable by walking. Very nice decor and comfortable room! Great for both business and leisure. The only problem is with breakfast - the selection is not great, food that should be served warm was cold, staff doesn't speak any other language than Russian, service inflexible. Pity because otherwise the hotel is a gem!
