• Beth (9/5): Great value for a light modern, clean and perfectly located apartment - So clean and easy to keep clean. The view from the balcony was awesome. The staff were welcoming and it was located close to the station, the town and fjord! It was great value for money in my opinion. There were 3 rooms so the children had a room each which was ideal and plenty of space for clothes. Liked that it had a coffee machine and lots of plates. Dishwasher and washing machine worked well and the heating was great too. It could have done with more than one oven shelf and an oven tray. There was only one glass oven dish so a flat metal pan or grill pan would have been better for the sort of food I cook for the kids (pizza, chips fish fingers and hot dogs) I also could not open the wardrobe properly in one bedroom as the bed was in the way (perhaps a sliding door would work better) I think the glass table is getting a bit wobbly and got very smeary so perhaps needs tightening and would benefit from a few place mats. Perfect for couples and families who will eat out - which most would (we just have picky eaters)

• Annika (5/5): Central, men minimalistisk lejlighed - Beliggenheden var fantastisk. Meget central, tæt på byen og offentlig transport. Der er dagligvarebutikker rundt hjørnet. Medarbejderne var flinke og hjælpsomme. Det var muligt at opbevare kufferter efter check-ud, hvilket var rart. Lejlighederne er store. Fantastisk udsigt! Lejlighederne har et begrænset udvalg af service og køkkenredskaber. Det er passende, hvis planer om madlavning er begrænset, men hvis man har lyst til at spise måltider i lejligheden, så tjek skabene først. Vi havde f.eks. kun én rist til ovnen (ingen bageplade). Sengene er meget bløde.

• Katharina (9/5): Thank you for the stay, really enjoyed it - The stay was great, we could travel everywhere quiet fast, the apartment was big and comfortable, if you want to cook everything is there, you just have to buy some oil and food. Everything was clean, you have a washing mashine, an iron, the kitchen etc. Its also very easy to access with a key box, i like that. The matress is okay but not super comfortable. But thats complaining on high level i guess :)

• Jimena (1/5): STAY AWAY! Noisy party student building. - Totally horrible experience. The building is like a big complex for students, but it is not advertised like that. There were parties at night, the music very very load and people shouting, smoking, drinking like in a fraternity. I called the property responsible, they asked the neighbours to stops the party, but it was 1 am and the party was still on. The same repeated the next night. I called again but this time nobody answer. That is a student building where there are parties and noise at night. If you want to enjoy Oslo stay somewhere else!

A mas intri alguen de la empresa a entrado en nuestro piso sin nosotros saber y sin avisarnos ni antes ni despues.Nunca mas alquilaria de un rondo de inversion que no te aregla nada de los inconvenientes y que te puedas comunicar sooo por email con ellos.

• Lisbeth (3/5): Veldig misfornøyd med oppholdet, innfridde overhodet ikke forventningene - Sentralt Et soverom uten vindu, ingen mulighet for lufting eller rømningsvei. Det andre soverommet hadde vindu men det kunne ikke åpnes. Dette ble ikke opplyst om på nettsiden eller ved bestillingen. Det er helt uakseptabelt når 3 voksne mennesker skal overnatte der. Ekstremt ubehagelig når det ikke er tilgang på frisk luft.
• Kurepalu (8/5): - Appreciated the possibility to wash clothes. The WiFi worked well and was fast. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfy! The check-in instructions for the floor 0 were a bit confusing. As for the facilities, the apartment didn't have a coffee maker, coffee/tea mugs and a pan. Adding these in the apartment definitely would be useful! If staying for the longer period of time a broom to swipe the floors with would be good as well.

El balcón, su mesita con sus dos sillitas, ideal para el buen tiempo! Un paseito largo hasta el centro, pero agradable disfrutando de la vida noruega!! La cama está algo arrinconada, pero corresponde a las fotos, es mas sensación personal de ver las escaleras encima tuya mientras duermes!!

Hadde det vært såpe i dusjen og, hadde alt vært perfekt. Men det gikk fint an å bruke håndsåpa, så det var ikke noe problem.

Tutto perfetto.

• Haregewoin Haile (8/5): The stay was good, but the living room was quite cold and uncomfortable. - It is nice and clean in general. The heater didn’t work during my stay. The bathroom sink is quite small, so it was challenging to use without water spilling onto the floor. The shower also doesn’t have a soap holder, which was inconvenient.
• Inger Dordi (6/5): Alt vel, men nedtur med soverom uten vindu - Beliggenheten er fin. Trygt og rolig strøk, stille. Liten privat sitteplass rett utenfor (ikke skjermet mot naboer). Uproblematisk å komme seg inn. Ikke akkurat rett ved busstopp, men ikke veldig langt å gå, til Marienlyst. Obs at man må passere en trapp på veien. Rent og pent, greit med kjøkkenutstyr. Internett fungerte bra. Forholdsvis billig. TV, men vi fant ikke ut hvordan man kunne se, evt. leie film. Den store nedturen var at det ene soverommet er uten vindu, det andre med vindu som ikke kan åpnes. Dvs. at hvis man skal lukke døren til soverommet (skyvedører) blir man uten lufting (annet enn via det som måtte være av ventilasjonsanlegg). Kun et lite vindu og dør til uteplass kan åpnes. Ellers, ikke forvent mye plass til å henge fra seg klær, men greit nok mtp. prisen. Heis i bygget, men vi bodde på "plan 0" (?) og dit kom vi bare via trapp.
• Celina (9/5): - Das meiste was macht brauxht, war da. Gute Lage. Am Tisch war die eine Seitenleiste halb an, und hat somit gestört und die Lampe im Wohnzimmer war nicht wirklich hell.
• Éomer (9/5): Excelente experiencia - El apartamento era muy cómodo y bonito. Estaba muy limpio, la cocina estaba bastante bien, una cama cómoda, y una ubicación excelente. Faltaban algunos productos de limpieza como una escoba, por ejemplo, o trapos. Igual algun cojín más y champú. Tuvimos el ático y nos costó mucho conseguir echar el cerrojo a la puerta de arriba, daba un poco de inseguridad porque conectaba con todos los áticos. Por lo demás todo genial, súper recomendable.

Egyik este, az utazásunk alatt hajnalban megszólalt a tűzjelző egy másik lakónál és evakuálni kellett az egész épületet.

• Silvia Regina de Souza Arrabal (10/5): - Trata-se de um apartamento (tipo kitnet) bastante confortável. O apartamento estava limpo e organizado e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. A localização é ótima com padaria, minimercado, cafeterias e restaurantes próximos. O transporte para o centro da cidade ficava próximo. Muito bom!

• Piotr (10/5): Jestem bardzo zadowolony. - Cicha i spokojna okolica. Budynek znajduje się w dzielnicy 3-4 piętrowych kamienic. Z lokalizacji było blisko do sklepów (np. REMA 1000), przystanku tramwajowego (zaraz za pobliskim parkiem) oraz niedaleko metra. Lokal: 3 sypialnie, łazienka, salon połączony z aneksem kuchennym - z salonu wyjście na balkon. Dodatkowym atutem jest wyjście na własny kawałek tarasu położony na dachu budynku, z widokiem na dachy okolicznych budynków i skocznię Holmenkollen. Ja bym nic nie poprawiał :-)

The weird smell. The bathroom sink was so small and the shower-holder was loose. The bedroom had no ventilation.

No extra toilet paper or kitchen clothes supplied. The Apartment did not have broom or vacuum so we could not clean the floor or rug during our stay, perhaps this could be addressed if rooms do not get serviced.

Schlecht ausgestattete Küche. - Die Wohnung war "kalt" eingerichtet und entsprach leider gar nicht den Eindrücken der Bilder auf Booking. Der Code des Schlüsselkastens war bei uns und einer weiteren zeitgleich anreisenden Familie falsch, so dass wir Probleme hatten, in die Wohnung zu kommen. Bei Problemen mit dem Geschirrspüler konnte der Vermieter nicht helfen und hat uns unterstellt, den Startknopf nicht gedrückt zu haben. Die versprochene Mietminderung wurde uns leider nicht wie angekündigt von Booking.com ausgezahlt.

• anke (6/5): - de ligging was voor ons goed Het elektrisch fornuis werkte niet en dat ontdekten we op de dag van aankomst s avonds 19.00 toen we wilden gaan koken. We hebben er gelijk de volgende dag over gebeld (het was moeilijk een telefoonnummer of email te achterhalen. Overdag is er iemand geweest voor reparatie maar savonds werkte het nog niet. Weer gebeld, volgende dag iemand langs geweest in ons bij zijn toen werkte het fornuis. Wij zetten het savonds uit maar viel om de vijf minuten uit, dus koken was een ellende om steeds naar de meterkast te moeten lopen. We hebben weer gebeld maar uiteindelijk is het niet opgelost en werd ons verteld dat er een vergoeding tegenover zou staan. We zijn nu 3 keer uit eten geweest terwijl dat niet onze bedoeling was omdat het te duur is voor ons en we het eten al in huis hadden om te bereiden. Toen ik de derde dag vroeg om een paar extra handdoeken (1 set per persoon voor 6 dagen is wel heel weinig) werd ons verteld dat we hiervoor moesten betalen!!!. erg jammer allemaal en een vreemde nasmaak terwijl het appartement ons verder beviel. Het fornuis had gewoon moeten functioneren , we hebben bewust bij het boeken de keuze gemaakt voor een appartement tov een hotel zodat we om kosten te besparen sochtends een ei konden bakken voor het ontbijt en savonds een warme maaltijd konden bereiden.. Hopelijk staat er nog een vergoeding tegenover om een ander te compenseren Met vriendelijke groet Anke Wijnia

• Marie (8/5): Comfortable and straight forward - Quiet location very close to public transport and grocery stores. The apartment was very spacious and tidy, with great facilities. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very good value for money, I would definitely recommend. Would have liked the information to enter the building a bit earlier as I had to use data to access information, and messages weren’t always answered straight away. Apartment was missing some items which may have been helpful (vacuum, dustpan & brush, oven mitts).

• ANTIGONI (9/5): Όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα - Καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα, καλά εξοπλισμένο, κοντά σε στάση τραμ και μετρό, σχετικά κοντά από το κέντρο και από το Πανεπιστήμιο, ευγενικοί και οργανωμένοι οικοδεσπότες, σε ωραία περιοχή, υπήρχε η δυνατότητα φύλαξης των αποσκευών μετά το check out Δεν υπήρχε στεγνωτήρας μαλλιών ούτε προϊόντα περιποίησης (αφρόλουτρο, σαμπουάν).
