• Jean-Christophe (10/5): Découverte du temple de Poséidon depuis l'Aegeon Beach Hotel - L'Aegeon Beach Hotel est situé à la pointe sud de l'Attique, comme au bout du monde. Sa plage de sable occupe la quasi totalité d'une anse où viennent s'abriter parfois des voiliers. Il est surplombé par le temple de Poséidon qui est le pendant du Parthénon à Athènes. Un chemin rocailleux permet de gravir la colline et d'éviter de marcher en bord de route pour rejoindre l'entrée du site en 10 mn. Environnement bucolique, calme, bâtiment bien intégré. Bel intérieur bien pensé, personnel attentionné. Tout est conforme à la description. Au rez-de-chaussée, à l'ombre et au frais, le Tavern Beach propose des plats simples avec une vue sur la mer au travers des parasols. À l'étage, le Veranda est plus en mode gastronomique avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Le soir, il est possible de dîner d'un côté du bâtiment abrité du vent. Carte bien pensée, cuisine grecque ou internationale. Grande chambre, literie agréable, baignoire aménagée en douche et – pour les « vue mer » – grand balcon pour admirer un des plus beaux couchers de soleil de l'Attique. Peignoirs et chaussons fournis. Petit-déjeuner avec un large choix sucré ou salé. L'accès à la plage se fait très facilement depuis la chambre. La réception met à disposition des serviettes de bain. Pas de supplément ou de surprise du côté des frais. La réception peut organiser un transfert en taxi ou avec un chauffeur privé depuis ou vers le centre d'Athènes ou l'aéroport. Rien à signaler.

Pratique car tout près de l'aéroport. Excellent déjeuner sur la terrasse le matin. Le service au restaurant le soir. Tout était parfait jusqu'à ce que notre serveur disparaisse sans rien dire.

A személyzet figyelmes, a tisztaság makulátlan, a reggeli bőséges és változatos. A közelben két étterem is található. Időnként probléma volt a lifttel és nagyon sokat dobna a szállodán, ha az ágyban a matracokat újakra cserélnék.

• Michael (3/5): Viel Geld für wenig Leistung - Der Blick aufs Meer Das Hotel ist sehr alt, das Frühstück sehr einfach, dem Preis keinesfalls angemessen. Ich Reise sehr viel und kann mich nicht an eine ähnlich Diskrepanz zwischen Preis und Leistung erinnern. Hier möchte man für wenig Leistung gut verdienen. Der absolute Knaller war der JinTonic den ich zum Abendessen hatte, hauptsächlich Eis, ca 20ml Jin u. Tonic, die Eiswürfel hatten das Glas komplett ausgefüllt. Wir waren dann die weiteren Abende in der Nähe essen, dies war deutlich angemessener. Was ich nicht verstehe sind die vielen Top Bewertungen, das ist komplett unklar, wie diese Zustande kommen. Die Zimmer sind alt und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, mehr aber auch nicht. Das Einzig schöne ist der Blick aufs Meer. Dieser rechtfertigt den Preis keinesfalls. Keinesfalls werde ich dieses Hotel erneut besuchen. Und auch der Poseidon Tempel rechtfertigt dieses Geschäftsgebaren auf keinen Fall.

There was not a fresh squeezed orange juice or a good quality of tea, honey, pasteries etc. it is all industrial That, unfortunately, make me now think twice before returning to this hotel. High quality of breakfast is essential for a client like me. I recommend to revisit the cook and the food elements providers of the breakfast. Thank you

Πολύ άνετο επίσης! Θα ξανά πήγαινα σίγουρα κυρίως λόγω τοποθεσίας! Το μόνο που δε μου άρεσε ήταν ότι η τηλεόραση δεν ήταν smart πράγμα που ουσιαστικά την καθιστούσε άχρηστη. Σε ένα τετράστερο ξενοδοχείο θα περίμενα να υπήρχε αυτή η παροχή!

• Claudia (8/5): Consiglio - L hotel è molto bello, ho soggiornato con mia mamma, la stanza aveva vista sul tempio, grandissima vista, la stanza era pulitissima, grande e comodo il letto. nel frigo c erano delle bevande a pagamento, la colazione molto ma molto abbondante, le uova soda erano ancora calde quindi fatte in quel momento. personale molto gentile e disponibile, ingresso direttamente in spiaggia, parcheggio ampio e non a pagamento. volendo in 15 minuti a piedi puoi andare al tempio, il prezzo 170 euro per una notte in due , a mio avviso non è molto in linea anche se l'hotel è nuovo e con diversi confort , che nel periodo in cui son stata io, era freddo e intorno all'hotel non c'è nulla da fare o passeggiare.

Restaurant was very good, food is a very high standard and includes Greek food we had not heard of, such as chewy Greek ice cream.

Beds comfy, staff helpful. Fish taverns nearby are very good, some are cash only and the atm is broken. Busses of tourists arrive to the beach from about 1-4. It is really busy on the weekends. But hotel guests have access to any of the cabanas, you just need to reserve your spot earlier in the day.

Went in early October - weather was still very nice and the hotel was not full. Room and hotel seemed a bit dated (for the price). It could have been cleaner. • georgina (9/5): Not long enough! - The Aegeon Beach Hotel is fabulous! We loved the architecture and the fresh, easy feel. Situated atop a beautiful sandy bay, it also has the most glorious and theatrical view of the Temple of Poseidon, which is illuminated at night. Quite breathtaking! The only niggle was that there wasn't a more easily accessible place to dispose of the beach towels - these had to be taken up to reception.

• Joel (10/5): Perfect, enjoyable, and relaxing! Only an hour or so drive from Athens on a scenic road. - Amazing location, swimming with the Temple of Poseidon in view, looking over us from above. It was idyllic. Breakfasts were exquisite, and enjoyed with the sublime and historic cove surrounding us. Elevator needs updating. But this wasn’t a problem.

• peggy (8/5): Aangenaam relaxen - De ligging is zeer mooi met kamers met zicht op zee en de tempel van poseidon. Het strand is een zandstrand (geen rotsen of stenen in het water) en netjes onderhouden. Op wandelafstand van de tempel van poseidon en enkele taverna's.
• Μαργαρίτα (10/5): Μια υπέροχη διαμονή! - Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικότατοι. Το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο νοστιμότατο και ποιοτικό. Το πρωινό επίσης νόστιμο και ποιοτικό, περιείχε τα πάντα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια πολύ αναπαυτικά, η θερμοκρασία ιδανική, το μπαλκόνι πολύ όμορφο και η θέα πανέμορφη. Κοιμηθήκαμε ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων να σκάνε στην παραλία, απλά υπέροχο! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία! Δεν υπήρξε τίποτε άσχημο στην διαμονή μας!

The archaeological site can be reached on foot within 10 minutes uphill. Lovely beach right in front of the hotel. Comfortable rooms with views of the sea and/or the Temple. 2 nice restaurants for lunch and dinner within the hotel.Great breakfast with variety served on the terrace when weather is good Guests should keep in mind that there is nothing much in the surroundings of the hotel (just two tavernas right next to it) so for other food options, other beaches, stores etc having a car is a must

• Michel (9/5): - Das Aegen Beach Hotel ist mein Lieblingshotel in Griechenland. Es liegt nicht weit von Athen und dem Flughafen entfernt, ist leicht zu erreichen und verfügt über Parkplätze: So umgehen Sie den Verkehr in Athen und die fast unmögliche Suche nach einem Parkplatz in der Stadt. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig: am Fuße des Kaps Sounion mit Blick auf das Meer und den Poseidon-Tempel... man fühlt sich wirklich wie in Griechenland! Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und verfügen über einen Balkon mit Terrasse. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Ich habe bereits zum dritten Mal meine erste Nacht in Griechenland in diesem Hotel verbracht und es ist jedes Mal ein Vergnügen!

• Patricia (7/5): Super Lage für Badeferien. Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - Ruhige Lage gleich unter dem Kap mit Blick auf den Poseidontempel. Die Bucht ist ideal zum Baden, das Hotel bietet einen privaten Strand mit ausreichend Liegen & Sonnenschirmen. Die Zimmer bieten einen grosszügigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht. Empfang und Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich. Der Lift ist ungemütlich und klein und entspricht in eher einem Warenlift als einem Hotellift. Das Personal im Restaurant (Frühstück) und in der Strandbar war sehr unfreundlich. Die Preise fürs Nachtessen sind übrrteuert. Die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Ränder der Duschbadewanne waren schwarz.
